Hilton Knoxville Airport - Alcoa

Loved the location right at the airport. Very comfortable room and nice decor. Nicely updated property. But - got nearly scalded 3 times in 10 minute shower, needs some temp regulation! Can hear every door slamming in surrounding rooms.

The hotel is well located, and nicely appointed, but I think it is a bit tired and the rooms need better cleaning. The bathrooms need grout cleaning, some caulking at the tub, the doors to the hall really need to be polished up. The staff was very nice, I appreciated their courtesies and the dining room staff was polite. I ordered dinner w/giant shrimp; […] that was not the case, the food was not that great for a Hilton. I stay at the Airport Hilton whenever I have early morning flights or have to pick people up late at night. It is a fabulous hotel with a friendly and very attentive staff. This last trip, This is one of the nicest hotels that I have stayed at in the United States.

I arrived late at night and since I was unfamiliar with the area, this hotel was a good choice for me. I just walked out of the airport onto the hotel property. They were very courteous and informative when I asked questions. The price I paid was reasonable for an airport hotel.

We had a delightful stay at the Hilton Knoxville Airport. We attended the Hall High Banquet held at the Hilton each year. The service was outstanding, the location is excellent and our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We plan to stay at the Hilton every year when we attend the reunion! We always drive to Tennessee from New Jersey but the […] airport location is great for those traveling by air. Parking is an added bonus for us. The meal vouchers we received upon check-in included a delicious breakfast buffet. I was even able to purchase a small bag of safety pins from the gift shop located in the Hilton! There were multiple issues with our room, for one, the bathroom shower kept switching between cold and hot water during the shower which was not pleasant at all. The shower clearly had issues regulating hot and cold water together and I am sure I cant be the only one reporting that. The hotel was not busy, and even then we were given a room on top some […] public gathering place. I stayed in the hotel for just one night, and I kept waking up in the morning because of loud voices of people coming through. If the hotel was busy and packed, then I understand, but if the hotel is not that busy, they should have given us a room at a better location. The gym in the hotel was substandard, there was no Exhaust fan, and it got really hot with only 2 people working out in the gym, even with the AC on. I ended up just stopping my work out because of heat. The only thing that was good about the hotel that it is literally attached to the Airport, thats about it. Analog and digital TV reception was very bad with no improvement offered.

This hotel was connected to the airport with a covered walkway. It was extremely convenient to get to and helped us cut a day off of our rental car by leaving the pickup until the next day. The hotel food was o.k. and we appreciated the late night hours at the bar. Our room had been recently shampooed and the carpet was damp. The room smelled of floor […] cleaner. Had it not been so late, we would have requested another room. After our flight, all we wanted to do was sleep. Overall, you can't beat the location, but don't expect luxury! Les mer

Hilton employees dont know what is a concierge...... very bad.......
