I can't say anything bad about this hotel. The room was very nice, as well as the bathroom, and there was a great martini bar we visited upon check in. The hotel is just a few blocks, easily walkable, to downtown. I would stay here again without hesitation. Those who had something to say about the parking fee ($10) need to get over it. "Knoxville Hilton"
They missed cleaning our room. We called and they offered to but we were in the room until 8:00 that night. The front desk said they'd send some one at that time. I talked to the cleaner on our floor and she refused so we never got our room cleaned or clean towels. But the hotel was fine besides that
"bad experience"
I was disappoint with a number of things with my stay. I wasn't able to obtain a late check out. There wasn't any available microwaves or refrigerators available and when I got a microwave the next day it was broken and didn't work. I was there for a half Ironman competition as most of the guest at this time and there pool and wet area was down. "Great place to stay"
Loved the boutique feel of the lobby and the understated decor in the room. We found the bed to be very comfortable, making it difficult to get up and leave in the morning. We stayed on the 14th floor and could see all of downtown Knoxville. Overall it was a great experience and we would look to stay there again when in Knoxville.

Overall good location, great view of the river and stadium from our room, but we did not get a good nights sleep. Bed was not the most comfortable and the room is not sound proof at all. We heard every noise outside and every person that passed by our room inside. Restaurant and Starbucks in the hotel was very convenient, and lobby with fireplace and […] sitting area was nice. "Older but still Excellent Hotel"
The Hilton Knoxville is in an excellent location downtown. It is right across the street from the Knoxville Convention Center, UT Conference Center and the World Fair Park. The staff is also very friendly and helpful in ensuring your needs are met. I did face an aggravation with the in-room television, as the remote would only work in a very narrow location. I highly recommend this hotel due to its location in the middle of downtown and the fact that you can walk to UT, Volunteers' Landing and other locations in Knoxville. "Needs improvement"
We had to listen to slamming doors at all hours. The air conditioner was also very loud. If you self-park you are still charged $10 a day. We had trouble getting our keys to work in the garage and the workout room.
"Good if you're not on a smoking floor"
I've stayed here before and was pleased when I wasn't on a smoking floor, which was why I gave it 4 stars and not fewer. We had a late check in after a UT game and they had nothing left but a 2 queen room on a smoking floor, even though I had booked my room weeks in advance. The hallway smelled horrible. Fortunately the room wasn't as bad, but you could […] easily tell smoking was allowed in it. Other than that, no complaints. Parking is $10 next to the hotel, but there are two garages close by that offer free weekend parking if you're there on a Friday thru Sunday. Convenient to Market Square, UT, and World's Fair. "Kville Visitor"
This was the first time staying in the Kville Hilton. I will return--this place has the best mattress I've ever slept on. Room was fine and probably a great place for business visitors. Very nice staff. Good restaurant. All in all, a very comfortable stay.

Do not pay for parking on the weekend because it is easy enough to find a space on the street nearby in downtown Knoxville.
"Ask for non-smoking"
Since I was not asked if I wanted a non-smoking room, they put me in a smoking room and the smell was terrible as soon as we exited the elevator.
