"Was perfect for our needs"
I only have one suggestion that I give to most hotels that I stay in. It is impossible to wash your hands or brush your teeth without rubbing up against the back of the sink because the faucets are so short. Something to keep in mind durig the next renovation.
The roomwas filthy, spiderwebs apear to been there for weeks, mention it to front desk and they laugh at me. Worse i have ever experience. Furniture had stains. I took pics. Slept in my clothes, mice or rat dropping behind furniture. Hear critters running through walls. Need to be shutdown.

The first room offered had a distinct, unpleasant odor. The interior rooms need a complete makeover. Breakfast offerings were limited, no fruit at all.

The motel room was very nice. The only thing was the exhaut fan in the bathroom did not work.

Getting breakfast was a fiasco. It ended at 9:30. That seems a bit early, but it was OK. We came down at 9:15 and my kids immediately got in line for the waffle maker. The whole setup was awkward so people wanting items other than waffles had to maneuver around those in line, and the line was so long everyone was eager to maintain their spot. At 9:30, […] with 3 people left in line, the worker took the batter away! We thought she was going to refill it, but after a few minutes we asked. She said no, breakfast ended at 9:30!! I said we were in line since 9:15. How can you just put the batter away with people standing there?! She said she would ask her manager, which she did & returned with the batter. All the people waiting for breakfast, even those not wanting waffles but trying to get around those that did, were getting frustrated & irritable. Also, I think there were many others that wanted waffles but weren't even going to attempt it. Les mer
"0kay for short stay"
When we arrived at 5pm, our room was not ready. Lock to an outside door would not work. Room was small. Some spots were noted on the rug and the bed spread. Was okay for the one night we needed. Although we did not have the breakfast, as we had other plans, it looked good and others seemed to enjoy it.

check in was quick, friendly staff, offers breakfast, room was very clean and modern, within walking distance of fast restaurants/shopping, super wal-mart just across the highway, mall and movie theatre a short drive, within a half hour drive to the beach

A/C was off in the room when we checked in, and the room was much too warm (I understand saving energy, i.e. it doesn't have to be cold --but maybe set e.g. to 77F to start with). It was difficult to sleep and took almost the entire night to make the room comfortable. The hallway was also very warm. "Convenient and Comfortable"
My daughter, our dogs and I stayed for a week at the Comfort Inn in conjunction with a national dog club specialty. This is the third year we stayed there. There is no additional charge for the dogs, which we appreciated. I had called and changed our original reservation to a non-smoking room which was not on file when we arrived. The manager worked […] hard and found us a non-smoking room upon our arrival, which was appreciated. The bath water was nice and hot. The breakfast provided was good and we liked the coffee. The hotel is quiet because it is back from the highway but still convenient to all the chain stores. An Applebee's was within walking distance, right next door. I had to carry quite a bit of luggage up a flight of stairs to the second floor, which was not easy. There is plenty of room to walk the dogs. All in all, we were happy with the accommodations and will stay there again. Les mer

"Worth an extra star"
Situated on a suburban strip of chain hotels and fast-food outlets, the Comfort Inn provides a *** service for a ** price. In this case, you get what you pay for and very slightly more. The breakfast was as good as that provided by Hampton Inn or Best Western Chain Hotels. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Nice and pleasant enough place to stay. Room was clean, A/C was cold, people were friendly. Continental breakfast wasn't so hot but what can you expect for free? Lot of flies buzzing around at breakfast too.

"Old, Worn, and Poorly Maintained"
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for the following reasons: Hotel is poorly maintained and mismanaged. Cleanliness of the facilities is terrible. Hallway wallpaper has numerous stains. Corrridor upkeep poor Door frames need painting. Exterior trash cans were overflowing with trash from time of arrive until departure. During room cleaning […] process, staff placing trash removed from rooms in hallways, which was an eye sore! Windows extremely dirty. Hair in bathroom from previous guest, ugh! Convenient to food and shopping. Few minutes to SU, great breakfast bar.
