Veldig greit motell til rimelig pris nær DFW International. Egen bil som bringer til og fra flyplass gratis ca hvær 45 min. Bare lett frokost, men god og rimelig døgnåpen restaurang like over gata. Kan anbefales.

Svært fornøyd med prisen på hotellrommet som var stort nok for oss med to store barn; studio med 2 queenbeds. Særlig godt med egen "forstue" med kjøkkenkrok. pluss sovesofa. Daglig renhold med håndkleskift. Innendørs basseng fikk vi ikke benyttet. Kort gangavstand til bl.a.History district samt stilige skyskrapere. Flott utgangspunkt for en snartur til Dallas.

IT WAS A NICE STAY. THE BED WAS VERY COMFY. JUST NEEDED TO FIX THE CLOGGED SINK AND SHOWER THAT TOOK THE TWO OF US TO PULL THE KNOB TO START IT. OTHER THAN THAT, IT WAS NICE AND CLEAN
"The hotel is near a freeway."
In spite of the hotel being near a major freeway, it was pretty quiet. Our room was near the back of the property and I thought that was great until the middle of the night when people started yelling in the parking lot. "La Quinta Dallas Garland - Warning!"
This hotel looked good in photos. I travel often with my child to her youth sporting events and regularly book through a website. But, this hotel room was terribly dirty (carpet, area between bed and nightstand filthy), room was in terrible need of remodeling (bathroom mirror edges were missing the silver film, tiles at tub missing grout, sink needed […] maintenance) room smelled awful of cigarette smoke (pajamas smelled after 2 nights there when I unpacked after getting home!), paper thin walls, and the free breakfast was inedible. Thank heavens for a Denny's next door! I had no choice but to stay there with my child as I had already booked thru Hotels.com and the first night was already paid due to late check-in and no cancellation by the time indicated on the website. I checked out as fast as I could. This was the worst La Quinta I have ever stayed at. NEVER AGAIN! Les mer
It was a nice stay, the pool was not open the kids were upset because they were looking forward to swimming.Also the wall in the bathroom looked like it might have mold .

"As Expected"
This is a value priced motel by the side of a freeway. I got what I expected. It was clean, average breakfast and close to what I needed. The wi-fi also worked very well.
"Noisy Noisy Noisy"
Staff was great - Room was large and clean - Beds were not comfortable and pillows were very lumpy. You could hear everything above you and beside you. We were on the end and then to top it off a huge garbage truck parked outside our door for 10 minutes and then proceeded to dump the dumpster right out side our window. This was at 1:15AM!!!!!!! "Hotel stay and experience"
The hotel staff were very hospitable. Attended to my request for special accessories in timely manner. The room (Room 225) was not very comfortable. The Carpet has some very bad stains under the table by the bathroom. This needs to be cleaned or the carpet needs to be replaced. Infact, the entire carpet needs to be replaced because it's very old and […] has been overused. "NOT ANY MORE"
I HAVE STAYED MANY NIGHTS AT LA QUINTA IN THE LAST FEW WEEKS, BUT THEY HAVE NOT ALL BEEN RECORDED ON MY ACCOUNT WHICH REDUCES MY ABILITY TO EARN FREE NIGHTS. OTHER MOTELS NEARBY (DAYS INN) OFFER A NICER AND NEWER ROOM FOR ABOUT $15 PER NIGHT LOWER RATE.
"cheap! and overpriced at that"
Holes and burns in bedspreads, soiled carpet needs either deep cleaning or total replacement, and bathroom lighting is pure punishment, must be 1000 watts! Ditto for room lighting, at least 500 watts. At least the TV worked well and the clock radio actually worked too both as a clock and as a radio. "Smelly and rundown"
I would not recommend this location to anyone. Our "non-smoking" room reeked of cigarette smoke. The smoke alarm was hanging off the wall by some wires. The air conditioner turned off at random intervals that had nothing to do with the thermostat setting. The surrounding neighborhood is terrible. Just a miss all around.

Even though I checked in in the middle of the week at 3pm in an empty hotel the woman at the desk gave me the farthest room away on the 2nd floor, and when I asked her for something a bit closer she got very snotty to me like I was asking for the world, she did switch it out to a room that the door lock didn't work and there were big black stains on […] the carpet. Staff was very friendly and efficient, hotel is not new, rooms were clean. Parking lot could be better maintained. Breakfast are was clean and well stocked.

"It's okay in a pinch"
In a pinch, I had to get 2 rooms at this hotel. It was okay but there was some stuff that was a little gross. The sheets were clean and so was the bathroom but the room just seemed icky for the most part.

We stayed at this La Quinta one night on our way to Galveston. The room was comfortable except for the stale smell in our non-smoking room. We opened a window to try to let in some fresh air, which did not work too well. Our room 218 was more satisfactory than our first stay 4 nights earlier. The room seemed to have been more up to date and nicer. (We had no shade over the window for privacy in our first room 216.) The shower area was "fresher" looking.

"Good for a quick overnight stay"
The online description doesn't really tell you much about the neighborhood. I was hoping for a little bit nicer area, but it wasn't too bad. Checking in was easy. The next door neighbors were pretty questionable, but it was probably to be expected for the area. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, although the pillows were extremely flat. Air cond. did not work and the shower head was limp. These items were corrected the next morning.The toilet seat is the size of a coffee can. Crickets invaded the second night and the neighborhood was scary. Bless their heart, they tried ,but just did not have a lot to work with. You get what you pay for.

"Good place to stay - great value"
We've stayed at this hotel more than once. It is in a good neighborhood and easy to find. Restaurants are close, one even shares the same driveway. Close to shopping, and it's only a ten minute drive to Superpages.com center.
