"Helt OK, sett under ett"
Anmeldt av en hotels.com-gjest den aug 5, 2012Helt greit hotell. Fin beliggenhet både for handling og videre reise innenfor Dallas-Ft. Worth område. En stor fordel å ha det lille kjøkkenet på rommet, særlig for barnefamilier, fordi gratis frokosten var ikke mer enn middelmådig på europeiske standarder. Hotellets personell greide ikke å forstå at vi var fire i rommet og trengte dermed fire badehånkler, ikke de tre som de pleide å ligge igjen på rommet. Ellers var alt helt OK, og jeg ville antageligvis bruke hotellet igjen.

Anmeldt av en hotels.com-gjest den jul 22, 2012Maten på hotellet var god,men veldig dyr(til å være hotell mat). Frokost var ikke inkludert. Men hotellets personale var alltid gjestevennelige og hyggelige. Med unntak fra middags verten, der opplevde vi til tider overfladiske og noen ganger mindre hyggelige personale . Det var f.eks to restauranter og enkelte ganger fikk vi ikke valge mellom hvem restaurant vi ville spise på. Dette syntes vi var dårlig på grunnlag sv at det var forskjellig menyer og priser på de forskjellige stedene. Det var kort vei til downtown,noe som var et pluss og god service på gjesteinformasjonen. En klasie hotell som alltid var rent. Men ikke noe kjøleskap på rommet,stort minus.. Det var et lite svømmebasseng der,men ok for avkjøring:) det fantes ikke noe gratis transport til/fra hotellet og transporten hotellet ga var dyrere enn de lokale taxien i område..:) men i alt et fint opphold:)))

The hotel was convenient for a quick weekend in town. Compared to other hotels nearby, it seemed a little less well kept. The room was adequate, but not super clean. The hotel is accessable to major highways, walking distance to major brand restaurants and a short drive to shopping. Outside motel like atmosphere and somewhat secluded business park area. "Thrifty place to stay"
I stayed one night with my wife and felt the hotel was fine. You can stay here for an excellent rate, but the place could use a little work. Staff attention was excellent, breakfast was well presented and room was clean but dated. Certainly a good value for the money spent but could sure use some exterior maintenance and sprucing up. Beneath LaQuinta expectations, but a good low price one-night stay for our purpose. We always choose La Quinta when traveling with our dog, but this motel is ready for a renovation. Even if housekeeping did a good job the bathroom, especially the tub, would look dirty. It's just dingy. Time for an investment here. It is located on a very busy highway […] but has the convenience of a Denny's and several buffet-style eateries within a few steps. Easy access to Plano. The price is right and the staff are great. The wireless internet is a little slow but works good otherwise. Downside is no fridge or microwave in the room and the in-room coffee is not worth trying to make work to use. However the lobby always keeps a hot pot ready 24 hours and the staff is happy to let you use the kitchen refrigerator if needed. They […] have a pool hidden away outside and a laundry room that operates, so no luxury here, but likely the best of the few that reside in this direct area east of Central. I had two rooms for 4 people. We were very happy with everything except for the Plano/ Dallas traffic and the fact that Denny's next door was closed. I know you didn't have any control over that, just making a statement. We were looking forward to Denny's since our's has closed. "Amazing staff."
The hotel is not the best of La Quintas...a little old and tired. However, the staff made up for that. They were all amazing and helpful. We were there for a 3 Day 60 mile Susan Komen Cancer Walk. They were willing to open breakfast early for us, since we had to be at event at 6:30 or 7 AM. They were great with directions and were willing to do anything […] to help. Plus they all had happy smiling faces! Must be a Texas/Southern thing!!!! The location was on 75 in Plano at 15th Street exit close to George Bush Freeway . Finally, the price was great. This was a very unpleasant experience for us. From the moment we arrived we had to wait on someone to come to the service desk. Then she had some excuse. The overall hotel needs a major overhaul. The room was very dated and not the cleanest. The shower and the shower curtain had mold, the sink did not drain, hair left on the floor from previous guests, […] towels very stiff, trash left behind the bedside tables from previous guests, some bulbs did not work in room, linens worn and nubby feeling, spread stained, ceiling repairs looked bad, outside railings needing paint and attention, pool had algae and trash was floating on it! Both Receiptnists ( Kim and i forgot the other lady name on Friday night check-in ) are very responssible and with lots of smile on their face. We stayed two nights in the Dallas area. The hotel served mostly as a night time "jumping off place" for us while we visited family. Breakfasts were good and service was friendly. This site appears older and we were on a second floor outside entrances so no elevator I could see. Pool appeared adequate although we did not use it. Wi Fi in room was nice […] and flat screen TV. Room was very clean and staff was excellent! The only reason I gave a 4 on comfort was that the bed was a little soft for our taste, but that's pretty subjective. Otherwise, it was very nice room for the price and for a one night stay, can't be beat. I would stay there again. It's a tired older hotel but kept up pretty good. The place was clean and no bed bugs. The tub faucet leaked badly but they could not get a repairman until the next day (after I left). Did not bother me but they sure were losing money on their water bil (4 gallons per hour estimate). "Very satisfied"
We arrived late and were exhausted. The overnight clerk was alerted to our late arrival and had everything ready the moment I walked in. I was in my room in less than a few minutes. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would go there again in a heartbeat.Virkelige gjesteanmeldelser
