Our stay was fine, however, Housekeeping unplugged the fridge, and food was ruined. The man at the front desk was unconcerned when I mentioned it at check-out. Also, at check-out, I gave a different card for payment than my husband had offered when he checked in. Room was clean and roomy. Staff were cheerful and helpful, room was clean but plain. Overall a good value. I would stay again.

only problem was the hotel was hard to find for me and difficult to cross the street, don't think you can do anything about that.

Great bed, clean room - dated shower - shower head is low showing hotel was built many years ago. For a 6'1" man, the shower hit me in the chest. That is the ONLY issue we had with this hotel. Best 2 nights sleep we had in months.

yours is a nice little hotel with reasonble rates and great management. Having a breakfast is an attractive featujre, and you can always recommend great other meals in the neighborhoodS;

The hotel is older but the staff is very courteous and helpful and the it was a very clean hotel.

Hotel was comfortable and clean, pleasant surroundings. Would have liked to have a fitness center. Breakfast was very good and people working in the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

The front desk was rude and I was surprised by her flippant attitude. I will never stay at this La Quinta... It was dirty and cost too much for value received!!

We weren't there very long but it was very pleasant experience. Check-in was very quick and the room was comfortable.

I arrived early but staff was really nice and found me a room. Staff was so nice. The room was alot better than I thought; for the money if was pretty good.

I have stayed at this La Quinta several times, this was the most disappointing stay I have had. The bed linens on one of the beds in the room had not been changed since the last room was last occupied. The electic plug for the coffee maker and hair dryer functioned when it felt like it. We had a nice stay at this location. The room was very clean, the hotel in general was very nice, much better than I had expected. Would stay again and plan too. Breakfast choices were great! Overall a good choice and great for the price.

I had stayed there a couple of years ago; this stay was much better. The night clerk was very personable and polite. Check-in was very easy. The hotel is convenient to major highway. Adequate. We chose La Quinta because we have stayed at some of their other locations and they are pet friendly. The Nacogdoches unit seems neglected and has slipped in cleanliness and maintenance since our stay 9 months ago. We left after one night in search of better accommodations.

Poor service: Unloaded bags, walked to end of 2nd floor, end of hallway to unlock room. Keys cards were not activated. Bed sheets had stains. Requested housekeeping to change sheets the next day which did not happen. Front desk manager made excuses that spanish housekeeper does not speak english too well. We mentioned that the please change sheets / […] make bed card was bilingual! We mentioned that this was an issue of training and not language. Was offered points for next stay as an apology. Don't plan on staying here again if I can help it, so I declined offer of points. Les mer

I stayed in the La Quinta a couple of years ago. This time I found the room b be cleaner and more comfortable than the last time and the staff was friendlier and much more helpful. I will be staying there again the next time I am in Nacogdoches.

Very comfortable beds. Appreciated breakfast service. Friendly, helpful desk clerks. Appreciated help to connect wifi. Toilet had ring--not dirty, but maybe mineral deposits or something. Bathtub finish wasn't pristine--not dirty but looked a bit stained. Room was clean--plumbing just a little old.

Everything was great and very comfortable! My family and I were heading back from Texas and on the way stayed @ the LaQuinta. We drove a long way and got a great room at a great price!

Kory went above and beyond to make sure I was in a clean comfortable room. I asked for smoking and upon check-in, neither he nor I confirmed smoking status. Got EVERYTHING (work trip) into my room and discovered it was non-smoking. Kory located a smoking room and personally helped to carry everything to the new room. He even brought the keys. We had a great time visiting SFA. The hotel staffs were wonderful and we were able to checked in and left our things in the room before the allowed time because we had to be at the school by 12-12:30. So with this type of service, we appreciate the hotel and will book via hotels.com again for our future needs.

I called in advance to make sure the rooms was side by side. They said no prob when I got there the was on the other end of the hotel. But they did fix it. And the next day I had to ask for the bed to be made.. I will stay again

Didn't feel real safe with this location. Aldo , it was suppose to be a non smoking room. It had a very smokey smell. My clothes had that smell when I got home.

The motel room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. The cable channels were very limited. The guests were noisy outside. The breakfast lacked sausage biscuits, and choices were minimal. The bed was okay. Forced to watch Fox News in the lobby. Probably won't choose it in the future.

nice experience. Breakfast needs some improvments. Needs better quality of coffee, I could not drink the coffee in the breakfast area, and fresh fruit.

Not an expierence I would like to remember,asked for first floor rooms and desk attendant lied saying none available...while maid said that was not true and that there were over 20 rooms open on ground floor.

No hassle. Front desk clerk very friendly. Even recommended a few local resturants. Free breakfast included. I would stay there again.

The room was as clean as it could be given the age of the facility. Water not quite hot enough (desk clerk had received same comments from many). The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and accomodating though it took three tries to get a room...first room had broken bedside lights, second room had not been cleaned yet but the third room finally […] was acceptable. Apparently, I had reserved 2 king rooms for 6 people. Fortunately, the front desk staff was very understanding and allowed me to change them to doubles. She was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Although they are showing their age, the rooms were clean and comfortable. I expect to hear road noise from the highway […] out front, but I sleep very soundly without interruption. Breakfast was very light continental with not many choices, but it was nice that it was included with the price of the room. Les mer

The hotel staff was very professional and courteous, I got exactly what I reserved - two queen beds on the ground floor in a room with a microwave and refridgerator. No problem for check-in, pulled my name up and acknowledged payment without having to present the receipt. Room was clean, as was the bathroom. The bathroom was two sections, the sink section […] did not have a door so you walk through the door for the tub and commode. The tub/commode section was so small you had to straddle the commode or stand in the tub to close the door. Otherwise, overall nice, clean, comfortable, and safe. Good location as you come into town so you don't have to fight "downtown" traffic to get to the hotel. Breakfast was waffles, hard-boiled eggs, tubes of cereal, stale bread to make toast, and pre-packaged bagels, muffins, and oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, juice, and cartons of milk. About what you expect for normal continental breakfasts. Overall - good experience, will recommend to others and probably will stay there again in the future. Les mer

very convenient area. a little too close to the main street, can hear cars driving by sometimes. a little scary too. There is a patch of wood right behind hotel. I saw a guy waking out of the woods when I was walking my dog. Creepy! hotel does accept dog which is good but you can smell dog odor when you walk in the room. Bed was okay but carpet was […] dingy and dirty looking. This hotel really needs a facelift. They need to clean the vent area in the bathroom. Lots of dust in the vent. Yuck! Breakfast was okay. They did not fill the juice on the second day that I was there. The staff on the first day was pleasant but the male staff in the lobby on second day acted like he did not want to be there. People were still eating breakfast and he quickly cleared everything exactly at 9. He even put away all the napkins and utensils. I guess I have to use my hands to eat and shirt to wipe my mouth:( overall, not the worst place that I stayed at but definitely not great. Les mer
