Best Western Mercedes - Paris

My husband and I aren't very picky, so as long as the rooms are clean and the staff is nice, we're usually good to go. This hotel is good for the price. It's located about a 15-20 min walk to the Champs Elysees, but right next to a metro station so it worked out fine. You'll be fine if you stay here and are worried about getting to the tourist attractions. […] The metro is a hop and skip away and the Paris metro is very easy to use. It only cost 1.60 euros each way, so it's inexpensive. It's in a good neighborhood and right across the street from a grocery store which could save you money if you're staying for a while. The staff is nice. The hotel is small, but perfectly fine. The only complaint I have is that our room door didn't have a key cover (I'm not sure what else to call it). The battery and wires were exposed leaving it open for people to take the battery out if they wanted. Our bathroom door didn't have a door knob. It was broken off. These are not big deal items, but makes it seam as though they don't take great care of their hotel and not worried about impressing guests. Otherwise, it was not a bad stay. Les mer

One block away from metro station but it was about eight metro stops further than I would have liked to have traveled every day. Hotel was tiny but just fine. Neighborhood was quiet but also dead. This hotel has world's smallest shower stall--so small we kept turning off the water when I tried to soap up. The elevator was micro sized. Except for […] sales pitch to purchase tickets back to airport it was great. Oh, also it sucked that Internet PC in lobby was NOT free--10 Euros to buy block of time. I didn't buy... no way. Manager was nice enough to let me steal some time on it to check weather but it's bad business to not have Internet for free. At least offer 10 minute segments for a Euro.. but they didn't offer any time length that small. This is not serving the customer but just greed. Flat screen TV was nice to watch Parisian shows. The room was clean, large bathroom, quiet neighborhood, close to the metro, staff helpful.It was nice having free internet service(Wi Fi) in the room. A small grocery store nearby was also a nice benefit. We did not eat at the hotel. The biggest negative is the elevator. You can only fit two small persons in it. We usually used the stairs. Another is […] it is somewhat off the beaten track. But that was a plus for me since it was not very noisy. For the price I would stay there again. This hotel is one block from the metro and just a few blocks up the road from the Arc De Triomph. I found the staff to all be very friendly and all spoke english very well. The bathrooms were well stocked. The shower is a bit small and the rooms are not large, but for a tourist it was great. The bed was also very comfortable. Everything was nice and […] clean. The internet worked, but the connection was not terribly strong. The elevator was a bit small, but I still managed to fit two pieces of luggage, a backpack, and myself in it to go upstairs. Every staff was very helpful and patient. On the day of my checkout, they even allow me to deposit my luggage at the other location of Best Western since it will be more convenient to me. This hotel is kind small but rooms are nice.

This hotel is very conveniently located in a lovely area of Paris. The rooms were clean and beautiful and made us feel we had a true Parisian experience.

The hotel is well kept and the staff speak English. The metro is pretty close, but the line it is on doesn't go anywhere very touristy directly and you usually need to transfer once or twice. The bakery across the street is awesome and there is a convenience store across the street from that (the hotel is on the corner of a traffic circle). The towels […] didn't get replaced as often as they should have and the plastic water cups were broken a few nights in a row. The water pressure was great and the water hot. The room smartly decorated with a nice tv. The elevator is tiny and can accommodate one or two pieces of luggage as you might expect in Paris, but the stairs are good exercise. We were on the 6th floor in the big room (free upgrade; there are 5 rooms per floor and 8 floors) and the 6th floor is the first with a balcony, which is very nice especially at night. Les mer

First time in Paris, and it was a pleasure staying here. Nice furniture, style, bathroom, overall great feel. Plenty of room (a rarity in Paris), in a posh neighborhood, down the street from the Arch de Triumph. I actually used my rewards points towards this room, but it seemed like a great deal compared to others.

Everything you need, fantastic staff, willing to help and very polite. Elevator is small but it works great. Located in the very posh area of Paris, many good places to eat near by. Walking distance to the Arch de triumph.

This is a very nice hotel and a very good value. The room was clean, attractive, and large by European standards. The bathroom was well appointed and even had washcloths, a rarity in our experience. The staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful, they made our comfortable and pleasant. We took advantage of both room service and the breakfast buffet. […] The room service was served promptly and was delicious. Breakfast was wonderful, and given that it was a traditional continental breakfast there was plenty to choose from. The only down side for tourists is that most of the usual tourist attractions are not within walking distance. However, it is in a very nice neighborhood and there are metro stations nearby. This hotel located in a very nice residential area and about 15 min walking distance to the thriumph arc. Metro stop is right around the corner. It took us on average 15 minutes on the metro to get to the center of Paris. Metro system in Paris is very easy to navigate. Hotel staff was super nice and very helpful. Room was big and comfortable, with mini […] bar, and large bathroom. We would not recomend to have breakfast at the hotel because there are plenty little bakeries around the hotel, with vey nice selection of freshly baked goods. chambre de faible dimension mais confortable pas de parking à proximité immédiate petit déjeuner trés faible (un bout de baguette molle et un croissant) pour 17 € !

Prima hotel, zeer redelijke prijs. Uitstekend kopje koffie met heerlijk croissantje in café aan de overzijde van de straat. Boulanger/patissier op de andere hoek. Parkeergarage op 400m. Kortom aanrader!

ce n'est certainement pas un 4 étoiles. Un 2 étoiles oui. Couloir d'entrée à propreté plus que douteuse, une tache de sang vielli sur la housse de couette dans une chambre trés petite à fenêtre retrouvée ouverte lors d'un retour à 23H00 en plein crise de froid !!!! Accueil parfait. Chambre impeccable. Petit déjeuner complet. Bonne prestataion. Nous avons réservé à la dernière minute (1/2h avant d'arrivée) et au lieu d'un grand lit, il s'agissait de 2 lits jumeaux accolés. Pour palier à cela, on nous a offert les petits déjeuners. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Si je ne remets en cause la gentillesse et l'amabilité du personnel, je n'accepte pas quand ayant une chambre pré-payée dans un 4*, on me demande en arrivant une empreinte de ma carte de crédit, de ma carte d'identitié, de signer un papier sur des dépenses futures ; d'autant plus que l'on ne me rend pas ces empreintes quand je pars et paie l'ensemble […] de mes dépenses!! Par ailleurs, je descends régulièrment dans des 3*, et je n'ai jamais vu une aussi petite douche en coin et je connais même des personnes qui n'auraient pas pu y entrer du fait de leur stature! Enfin, l'ascenseur date, ne mémorise aucune demande et est en plus très étroit! je suis très décue par cet hôtel et ne le recommanderai pas. Les mer

C'est un hotel à éviter si vous avez des bagages. Le couloir et surtout l'ascenseur est tellement petit que vous ne pouvez pas rentrer en même temps. La chambre par contre est assez agréable.

Séjour très agréable, hôtel très bien situé, chambre très propre et très joliment décoré. Dommage que l'on entende si bien la TV de la chambre voisine.

chambre tres bruyante salle de bain voisine attenante à la tete de notre lit des voisins qui ont pris 3 douches dans la nuit . pas facile pour le stationnement

Då rummen ser ut som hotellrum ska göra och är riktigt fräscha. Ett bra beläget och prisvärt hotell som varmt rekommendas!

Dejligt hotel i et roligt nabolag tæt på metro. Kan varmt anbefales.

Die Beleuchtung, vor allem im Badezimmer lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig: - Viel zu Dunkel für zum Rasieren. - Viel zu Dunkel für Make-up etc. - Keine guten Spiegel. Frühstück zu diesem Preis viel zu teuer: - Keine Früchte - Keine Spiegeleier oder warmes Essen. Weiterempfehlen ja, aber ohne Frühstück. Mit freundlichen Grüssen.

En general,buena ubicación pero el trato poco cortes, la falta de calidez del personal, la austeridad con utencilios de los baños, la falta de compromiso del personal deja mucho que desear de un hotel cuatro estrellas. Creo que si fuera 2 o 3 no sería importante, una estaría preparado para esperar esas condiciones.

O Hotel nos surpreendeu, pois foi a primeira vez que estivemos em Paris. Arquitetura antiga (como toda a cidade), mas por dentro todo reformado. Elevador funcionando, quarto com suite limpinho e cheiroso, frigobar (que não é muito comum em muitos hotéis na europa), cama confortável. Ótima localização, pois fica pertinho de uma estação de metro e também […] fica próximo ao Arco do Triunfo e sem falar de vários cafes que tem ao redor. Não utilizamos o café da manhã do hotel, que era opcional, pois preferimos conhecer os tradicionais cafes de Paris. Recomendo! Les mer

Et hyggeligt hotel, værelserne er ikke så store, men fint og i orden. Beligenhed tæt ved triumfbuen. Morgenmaden var temmelig dyr i forhold til udvalget.

Hotellet ligger lille ved Wagram-metroen, som bringer dig hurtigt rundt i byen. Men triumfbuen og Champs Elysse ligger for enden af vejen, hvorpå hotellet ligger, og er altså i gåafstand. Desuden ligger der flere små hyggelige restauranter i nabolaget og en god bager lige overfor hotellet, hvor morgenmad kan købes. Valgte ikke hotellets morgenmad, så […] ved ikke, hvordan standarden var her. Alt i alt et super hotel til prisen. Værelset er lille, men stort nok til det, man har brug for på en byferie. - Udsigt til de hyggelige gader. Les mer

dette hotel var lækkert og hyggeligt små værelser men beliggenheden og de dertil lækker indrettet værelser gør op for det høfligt personale og vis du går ud af døren og til højre så kommer metroen efter 50 meter det kunne ikke være nemmere

Des chambres confortables et très bien décorées mais un réel problème d'insonorisation. On a l'impression d'avoir tout l'hôtel dans son lit tellement les murs sont en papier carton. C'est insupportable.

Mukava pikku hotelli. Rauhallinen sijainti, ei mikään luxus, mutta asiallinen ja hinta edullinen. Miellä oli pieni parveke jota ei kaikissa huoneissa varmaankaan ole. Sijainti hyvä. Metrolle 100m, katua suoraan toiseen suuntaan Riemukaari n.1km ja toiseen Louvre ja Notre Dam vähän kauempana.

Fijn hotelletje, hulpvaardige receptie. De lelijkheid die er in Frankrijk snel insluipt was hier afwezig. Kamer zeer smaakvol ingericht met mooie materialen, maar wel erg klein. Geluidsarme airco/verwarming, goed sluitende ramen. Kamers onderling gehorig. Mooie ontbijtruimte, maar een gebakken ei of zo is niet mogelijk, want er is geen keuken. Godt hotel i hjertet af Paris med parkeringskælder i nærheden og med gåafstand til Triumfbuen.
