Beliggende i et hyggelig og rolig nabolag, og et fint sted å trekke seg tilbake etter en hektisk dag i Paris. Som vanlig er i Paris er rommene relativt små, men Eiffel suiten som vi hadde er et herlig rom. God plass til to voksne og to barn, med flott utsikt. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbake til vår "leilighet" i Paris

The hotel was very good. I stayed for one week and was very satisfied with my room. Breakfast was good, service was excellent. I went for a morning run every morning in a park nearby. No problem getting a taxi every morning. Good restaurants nearby (5 min walk). Good wifi coverage. For my next visit to this part of Paris, I will use the same hotel.

Excellent room, excellent bathroom, superb service and very central in Paris. Bus and metro outside the door, and just a walk from Arc Thriump Champ Elysee. Easy access to Disney Land from the hotel and the metro. 8 of 10 places like Eiffel tower and Louvre is accessed by the metro/bus outside. Its also easy to get from Orly airport to the Hotel.
Hotell med grei standard og bra for et opphold for 2 voksne på storbytur. Nær metro, men allikevel noe usentralt.

Dette er et veldig greit hotel. Metroen ligger rett uten for hotellet, noe som gjør at avstandene til opplevelsene i Paris blir veldig korte. Skal man gå så kan avstandene fort bli lange. "Veldig tilfreds!"
Vi hadde en langweekend på dette hotellet. Det ligger bra i forhold til både tog og metrostasjon, samtidig er raskt å gå opp til Triumfbuen. Rommene er små, men det er de fleste i Paris. Rent og pent, gode senger! Vi spiste ikke frokost og valgte heller bistroen rett over gata, et par ganger. Herlig fransk stemning og god mat. Anbefales!

"Hotel Mercedes i Paris - trivelig og bekvemt"
Dette er et triveligog lite hotell ganske sentralt i Paris. Betjeningen er hyggelig og hjelpsom, men kanskje ikke alltid like effektiv. Rommet vi bodde på virket rimelig nyoppusset og var rent, moderne og fint. Rommene er ikke store på dette hotellet, men sengen var god å sove i, alt virket som det skulle og det var badekar på badet.

Fint og bra hotell forholdsvis sentralt. Tar ca. 15 min. å gå fra Triumfbuen til hotellet. Ligger mange restauranter og butikker i området mellom Triumfbuen og hotellet. Valgte dette hotellet etter å ha lest de andre anbefalingene, og må si jeg er veldig godt fornøyd. Rommet var veldig fint og det ble rengjort hver dag. bra service, personalet snakket bra engelsk. ligger ca 15-20 min gangavstand til triumfbuen. ca 2 min til nærmeste matbutikk. og 3 min til nærmeste metro. helt ypperlig. kjøpte paris visite pass for de dagene vi var der, kunne kjøre metro hvor mye man vil og man får bedre priser på noen spisesteder. helt ypperlig.

Koselig lite hotell, like ved Wagram metrostasjon. Et forholdsvis rolig område, med flere spisemuligheter i umiddelbar nærhet. Vanlig matbutikk var også kun 30 meter unna. Det tok ca. femten minutter å gå til Triumfbuen.Grei service og ok frokost. Vi koste oss.

Hotellet ligger bra til i nærheten av en metro stasjon. Det er grei gåavstand til champs elysse og triumfbuen. Hotellet ligger i et rolig og stille strøk som oppfattes trygt og ferdes i, også på kveldstid.Det ligger en hyggelig cafe rett over gaten som serverer småretter og det er et lite supermarked rett i nærheten. Det ligger også flere hyggelige […] restauranter i nærheten av hotellet. Hotellets fellesområder er noe slitt men rommene var relativt nyopppussede og badene var rene og innbydende. Et lite minus for safen på rommet. Det var en liten kasse som sto løst oppe på bordet og som lett kunne fjernes fra rommet! Alt i alt veldig fornøyd. Greit hotel til en god pris. The hotel is great for a quick weekend get away for 2 or 3 days. But a definate problem is parking and the size of the rooms. I stayed in a deluxe room and with my bags and myself the room was too cramped for my comfort level.

First time in Paris the Eiffel tower was about a40 minute walk from the hotel the staff was nice and helped us in every way Just wish they had a shuttle service from the airport because its 3 train rides or a 50 euro cab ride

The hotel was very nice and intimate. The location was great. Away from the tourist stuff and in a nice neighborhood with all the good shops you could want. We spent time just walking around by the Hotel and it was great. Metro is around the corner so it is very convenient. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is renovated with taste. Great location, 15 min. walk to the Arc de Triompe and Champs Élysées, 5 min. walk to Wagram metro station (direct to Louvre and Notrea Dame). Clean and cosy room, bathroom with window. Excellent service!

Everything about this hotel is just ok. If you get a really good rate, then it's an ok deal, but don't over pay. The location is reasonable but not great. The location of the Hotel was good and the manner of the receptionists excellent , but I do not think it was a four star hotel. the room was small and more maintanance needs to be done. For example the lift was very small and was out of service the whole time we were there !!! The room was very small but it was clean.

"Like a hostel"
Could not open the door of the room wide enough to fit the suitcase between the door and the corner of the bed. The shower ceiling was peeling and was so low anyone over 5'4" would be touching the ceiling. And this for an expensive rate!

Myself and the girlfriend took 4 days off in Paris and I have to say this hotel couldnt have been better. While we didnt spend much of our time in the hotel, as there is so much to do and see in Paris in 4 days, whenever we required information on transport, dining out, and just a friendly chat, the staff were always great. It is a great location to […] launch a days exploration in the city as a short power walk gets you to the Arc de Triomphe in ten minutes, or 200 meters away is Wagram Metro which brings you straight down to Notre dame/Louvre area. We found a great italian restaurant (Antonio's) across the road which is perfect for evenings when your too tired to make an effort for dinner. And many more in the locality within a ten minute walk. The cleaning staff start at about 10 - 1030 in the morning which acts as a great alarm to get you out of bed and kick starting your day in this beautiful city. It was great to come back every day to a freshly cleaned room and changed bed covers. Im certainly not used to that. The lift is hilariously small but as it was not busy when we were staying it suited out lazy needs perfectly, sure who needs room in a lift anyway, its more romactic that way and sure it is Paris. We stayed there 3 nights. The phone never worked, neither did the Wi-Fi. Then they placed a PC by the reception area charging 5 euros for 12 minutes. Now, that's a rip-off. In all, the room was not bad, we followed other reviewers and not ate breakfast there. Instead, we walked across the street to the bakery and had brunch. Pros: Clean room, nice wood work inside the room, friendly and helpful front desk. Cons: Tiniest room ever, even compared to european standards! Tiny elevator (2 people with one luggage is the maximum capacity), a little far from the main events ( you have to walk 15-20 min to get to Champ-Lysee),
Location, Location, This hotel is the place to start yoiur holidays in Paris. It is just about 100 meters from the metro and in a walking distance from the Arc de Triomph. Great despite the very small rooms.

The hotel is very charming and clean. The service is very much not there, however that seems to be the norm in Paris. The location is a short 10 mins walk to the Arc de Triomphe through a charming neighborhood. There are lots of little restaurants around the hotel and a metro station at the end of the block. For the value, I would stay there again.

This hotel is down-right acceptable. It's clean, cute, and located 2 minutes from the most fabulous subway system I've ever seen. Very reasonably priced. Good breakfast. Good service. Room is a little small, but not rediculously so. I'd definitely do it again.

"great location for a real french experience"
it is close to a subway station that makes it easy to visit all Paris but is located in a residental area with nearby coffee place that makes it very attractive. The staff was very helpful and arranged our return back with a cab even though you could use the train if you don't want to spend the money on airport transportation.People complain of the […] shower and that is true. They should put a shower curtain or something otherwise the whole floor gets wet but who cares. Is not that you have to clean it yourself.We walked everywhere and restaurants where open until 2 pm in the neighbourhood so it always felt safe to walk back. Small room but it had all you need if you plan to visit Paris and tour around and not spend your time in the hotel Les mer
"An awesome hotel, and outstanding staff"
If you want to stay in Paris choose this one. The rooms are lovely (LCD TV), plush pillows. But you can find these things in other hotels, what you cannot find is the staff. This is the most helpful and caring staff I have ever met. Period. Let me clarify. We had our stuff stolen during our previous visit to italy and we didnot have enough money on […] our credit cards to pay for the hotel breakfast. We just passingly mentioned this to the staff at Best Western and what did they do? They offered us free breakfast, called us up multiple times to ask for our well being and wait for it....Shiran, the restaurant manager offered to drop us to the Airport at 5:00 in the morning. Can you beat that? no you cannot. The staff at this hotel has real empathy for the visitors. You cannot go wrong with this hotel. Les mer

We stayed 4 nights for our anniversary. Other than the service upon arrival, overall it was a pleasing stay. Hotel condition is good, in a nice neighbourhood, and about 1km walk from the famous street. On arrival, we were given a room without A/C near the road and told there were no other room available. "Very Lovely French Hotel"
The room was as we expected in France,very clean,on the small side.A sweet little balconey overlooking the street below,and a nice view over all.The staff was exceptional,very helpful with the area and with "What Should I try to see in the limited time I have." Very accomadating,can't say enough about all of them but especially about Valentine she was […] the best,went above and beyond the call of duty.The only thing that needs improvement as far as we are concerned would be the shower,it was like trying to shower in an old fasioned telephone booth,very,very small. "Displeased"
As we walked into the lobby there was a customer complaining about something (I dont know what) to the desk Manager and saying that he wasnt going to pay. We felt the same way by the time we checked out. This is, on paper, an average hotel made substandard for us when they put us in a room that had an inoperative AC. Complaints to the desk resulted […] in relative indifference with no problem resolution, no room change and no compensation. They wouldnt even give us a fan to make our nights a little more bearable. This being August, it was too hot to sleep comfortably so we had to open the window. This also being a 1st floor room facing Wagram Ave (a major thoroughfare)the street noise of fire engines, trucks, and loud scooters all night long made sleeping a real challange. Without AC in Aug, we didnt much care about the rest of the "amenties" of this hotel, which appeared average. One other negative was the size of the shower stall which was so small that whenever I turned around inside the stall (I am realtively thin to average in size) I would bump the water flow handle slamming it to full hot or cold (depending on which direction I turned). Not a big deal in itself but when your already feeling grumpy about your comfort... Les mer

Stayed 2 nights. Hotel desk people were very helpful and accomodating. First night shower drain backed up and overflowed onto floor. Had to take a shower in vacant adjoing room. 2nd. night air-conditioning was not working. Shower did work.

Hotel is one block away from the subway WAGRAM station (Line 3/Close to ST. Lazare). If you are taking a taxi to the airport, it's perfect, but if you're going by train to Orly airport it's 45 minutes, but complicated, 3 different trains, you could do it if you're good with maps. 15 min. walk from arc the triomph, good neighborhood, quiet, but at night […] it's deserted, everything closes unless you walk towards arc the triomph where you can find lots of restaurants. Good hotel, clean, Asian girl and blond girl at the front desk spoke English and were helpful and kind. Good price for a Paris hotel. The Best Western Mercedes was a nice hotel located in a residential neighborhood. The metro was a five minute walk from the hotel, however I didn't feel it was so safe to walk around there late at night since not many tourists stayed in this area. The hotel is a good 10-15 minute walk to the Champs Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe. The room was a good […] size as well as the bathroom with modern fixtures. "Nice hotel - charges for everything extra"
We got into this hotel after having stayed at Orly for five hours when our luggage was misplaced by EasyJet (the same happened to another 12 passengers). So maybe I was just tired, but, despite a beautiful room in a quieter section a bit farther from the Arc de Triomphe than I thought, I was displeased with a $5, 10oz. Coca-Cola and with the attempt […] to charge to print out a boarding pass in the morning. The sole computer (no WiFi) was a heavily locked down affair and the sole hotel employee relented when I protested about being charged, but I didn't feel any warm and fuzzy things about the hotel. Again, I arrived tired. Beautiful, if typically small, hotel room. Nice bathroom. Room overlooked a quaint intersection, but without being noisy. Les mer

"Impressed"
Very impressed with the hotel, very good location with a tube station on the corner of the block. Within walking distance to most of the attractions, and the ones further away, a short ride on the underground.
