Greit hotell men personalet virket totalt uinteressert. Alle TV kanaler var på fransk. Ikke tilpasset turister.

Hotellet var branok det, men rommene var veldig små, badet, hadde en lekkasje og badekar med dusj der glasset mot resten av badet var så lite at alt ble vått når man prøvde å dusje. Dessuten lakk det fra under badekaret og frem på flisene forran toalettet. Sengene var ikke spesielt behagelige, dessuten ble det veldig trangt rundt sengen. Det største […] problemet var at de ikke skiftet på sengen på tross av at vi hadde lagt frem skiltet om at vi ønsket dette skiftet, håndklærne vi hadde brukt ble hengt opp igjen og vi fikk ikke påfyll av toalettpapir. Minste heisen jeg noen gang har sett, men utover dette et bra hotell til en hyggelig pris. Meget serviceminded personell. Avstanden til ting rundt var liten, så vi spasserte til Triumphbuen og Eifeltårnet allerede første kvelden, litt lenger enn 5 minutter som en anmelder her hevdet, snarere 15 men likevel kort avstand. The hotel was very good. I stayed for one week and was very satisfied with my room. Breakfast was good, service was excellent. I went for a morning run every morning in a park nearby. No problem getting a taxi every morning. Good restaurants nearby (5 min walk). Good wifi coverage. For my next visit to this part of Paris, I will use the same hotel.

Excellent room, excellent bathroom, superb service and very central in Paris. Bus and metro outside the door, and just a walk from Arc Thriump Champ Elysee. Easy access to Disney Land from the hotel and the metro. 8 of 10 places like Eiffel tower and Louvre is accessed by the metro/bus outside. Its also easy to get from Orly airport to the Hotel.

Dette er et veldig greit hotel. Metroen ligger rett uten for hotellet, noe som gjør at avstandene til opplevelsene i Paris blir veldig korte. Skal man gå så kan avstandene fort bli lange. Hotellet har en anelse små rom, men meget høy standard på baderommet. De ansatte snakker godt engelsk og er veldig svarer med glede på alle spørsmålene vi kom med […] . Les mer

Vi hadde en langweekend på dette hotellet. Det ligger bra i forhold til både tog og metrostasjon, samtidig er raskt å gå opp til Triumfbuen. Rommene er små, men det er de fleste i Paris. Rent og pent, gode senger! Vi spiste ikke frokost og valgte heller bistroen rett over gata, et par ganger. Herlig fransk stemning og god mat. Anbefales!

Dette er et triveligog lite hotell ganske sentralt i Paris. Betjeningen er hyggelig og hjelpsom, men kanskje ikke alltid like effektiv. Rommet vi bodde på virket rimelig nyoppusset og var rent, moderne og fint. Rommene er ikke store på dette hotellet, men sengen var god å sove i, alt virket som det skulle og det var badekar på badet.

Pleasant Art Deco hotel with a homely feel.Quick,easy check in but not very helpful with information and lift VERY small,but what you would expect from a hotel of this era in Paris. very simple but nice hotel in a quiet part of the city. It is a little tired, but a nice converted apartment building with an elevator which could accomodate (bearly) two people with luggage. My biggest complaint on this hotel stay experience was that they did not replenish the coffee. When I checked in, they did not even have the coffee jar, etc. I had to request for an Iron board too. Reception was friendly. Location was good. Room was clean and roomy, for the price I paid. Nice small hotel in quiet location. Metro stop and grocery store are on the same block. There are only five rooms per floor on the six floors. Ideal location for visiting tourist attractions on foot - All the reception staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is quirky but this was part of the appeal. Would definately return to this hotel.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice, clean hotel, our room looked the same as the photo's and even though it was on the road it wasn't noisy. The hotel bedroom doors do tend to bang so if you have inconsiderate neighbours it's a little annoying. Brilliant shower with great water pressure and oodles of hot water. Overall a great base to explore […] Paris. Tip : For reasonably priced meals go to the Saint-Michel Area, there are numerous restaurants with 3 course menus for 10 Euros upwards per person. We never paid more than 40 Euros for 2 people including tips, drinks and copious amounts of bread. Les mer

hotel was lovely, stayed 7 nights, room was a very good size and staff were very helpful, location was excellent very close to metro and plenty of eating places close by. Supermarket next door which was great. Only one problem, we asked for continental breakfast on 2 mornings, advertised for 8 euro each, and we were charged 17 euro for full breakfast […] on each occasion, felt cheated, argued about it but told tough. This was one of the rare occasions I was pleasantly surprised by a hotel. My wife and I had rolled the dice and used a "Secret Hotel" booking. We got a good deal in terms of price, then a bit appointed to get a Best Western hotel. Only because I do a lot of business travel and they are generally more business type. On arrival we found Wagram Metro station […] to be on the opposite side of the same block. Easy to find, just walk around the block either direction from the exit and you'll find it. This is a boutique hotel, taken over by Best Western and still has that feel. Original Art Deco styling, odd shaped hotel with odd shaped rooms (only 4 per floor), odd shaped mirrors on the recommended the walk down the stairs, impossibly small lift (max. about 3 people). Bear in mind that generally 4* in France is about 3* actual, this was on par in my experience, with ups and downs in condition, service and facilities that didn't take away from the overall experience. Sure this is a quirky hotel, they have breakfast facilities (not used) but no proper restaurant. We ordered room service on the night we arrived and, given no restaurant, received high quality, cold (as designed) food. That said, using the chicken club sandwich as a standard measure of quality across hotels, this was one of the best I've ever had; tasty, moist and crunchy on the outside. This hotel is probably not for everyone, but if you want one that's not a cardboard cut-out of another hotel, then try this one. Les mer

It located near the metro, which made me easy to access every attractions in Paris. The staffs were very kind. This was very comfortable compared to the reasonable price even though the room was not so big (especially smoking room in top floor)

Easy to find hotel and very close to the Metro station. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Free wifi was great only problem is you have to login everytime you use it. Supermarket downstairs and in a lovely residential location with lots of restaurants and cafes close by.

The hotel is great for a quick weekend get away for 2 or 3 days. But a definate problem is parking and the size of the rooms. I stayed in a deluxe room and with my bags and myself the room was too cramped for my comfort level.

We were unaware that the continental breakfast was not included. a staff member told us it was included. when we were sitting down in the eating area a male employee of indian background approached us and stated we may have only one plate of food. we did not know why he singled us out and made this comment. it was poorly executed on his part and misleading […] since we were Just told the breakfast was included. First time in Paris the Eiffel tower was about a40 minute walk from the hotel the staff was nice and helped us in every way Just wish they had a shuttle service from the airport because its 3 train rides or a 50 euro cab ride

The location is good. Personel entered my room without my permission twice, once I was in the shower the other time I was out. The safe was not working till the last day. From 8:00AM to 10:00AM the water pressure was low. I would not recommend it. Unless the number of start changes to 2

Attractive, clean hotel with nice quality rooms, with everything I need, including free wifi. Staff are helpful, efficient and speak good English. Breakfast is pretty expensive at 17euro, but there's plenty of cafes on the street outside if you prefer.

The hotel was very nice and intimate. The location was great. Away from the tourist stuff and in a nice neighborhood with all the good shops you could want. We spent time just walking around by the Hotel and it was great. Metro is around the corner so it is very convenient. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Booked through Expedia and got a good deal. If you want coffee/tea making facilities you have to ask so make sure you ask the day staff since the night guy didn't know what I was talking about - but he did give me two free espresso's. Breakfast is pricey but there is a good cafe across the road called the Wagram that has charm and is reasonable. The […] room is comfy, huge bed, bathroom gets very wet due to strange positioning of shower - but overall we had a good stay, staff pleasant and room adequate and clean. Hotel is renovated with taste. Great location, 15 min. walk to the Arc de Triompe and Champs Élysées, 5 min. walk to Wagram metro station (direct to Louvre and Notrea Dame). Clean and cosy room, bathroom with window. Excellent service!

Everything about this hotel is just ok. If you get a really good rate, then it's an ok deal, but don't over pay. The location is reasonable but not great. The hotel is rated 4 stars, but I would probaly give it 3. The surrounding neighborhood doesn't have alot to offer. There is one cafe across the street. The location of the Hotel was good and the manner of the receptionists excellent , but I do not think it was a four star hotel. the room was small and more maintanance needs to be done. For example the lift was very small and was out of service the whole time we were there !!! The room was very small but it was clean.

Could not open the door of the room wide enough to fit the suitcase between the door and the corner of the bed. The shower ceiling was peeling and was so low anyone over 5'4" would be touching the ceiling. And this for an expensive rate!

Myself and the girlfriend took 4 days off in Paris and I have to say this hotel couldnt have been better. While we didnt spend much of our time in the hotel, as there is so much to do and see in Paris in 4 days, whenever we required information on transport, dining out, and just a friendly chat, the staff were always great. It is a great location to […] launch a days exploration in the city as a short power walk gets you to the Arc de Triomphe in ten minutes, or 200 meters away is Wagram Metro which brings you straight down to Notre dame/Louvre area. We found a great italian restaurant (Antonio's) across the road which is perfect for evenings when your too tired to make an effort for dinner. And many more in the locality within a ten minute walk. The cleaning staff start at about 10 - 1030 in the morning which acts as a great alarm to get you out of bed and kick starting your day in this beautiful city. It was great to come back every day to a freshly cleaned room and changed bed covers. Im certainly not used to that. The lift is hilariously small but as it was not busy when we were staying it suited out lazy needs perfectly, sure who needs room in a lift anyway, its more romactic that way and sure it is Paris.
