Internet connection at room was not possible, but it was refunded. Floor of two double room was dirty. Others was not bad.

Suite was very nice. Staff was nice. Bathroom was rather small. Complementary breakfast and evenings drinks was nice also. VERY close to the inner harbor and surrounding attractions. Exercise room was under equipped and no pool. Overall, very nice though.

When I first arrived, there were 2 rooms reserved for me. This was apparently a mix up caused when I cancelled the first night of what was supposed to be a 2-night stay. It appears that Hotels.com and the hotel worked it out and I haven't been double charged. Neither of the 2 rooms were ready at about noon when I arrived, but I did get a call from the […] hotel around 4pm when a room was ready. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly acceptable for the price. I really didn't spend a whole of time in the room because it was such a short stay, but what I do remember was the air duct jutting into the ceiling above the shower/bath making it difficult to stand (I'm 6'4"). I would stay again, but I'd request a shower that didn't have the duct, which I'm assuming is just a quirk of the building design for that particular room. Les mer

Overall, terrible. Upon arriving(not stated) there was a $34 parking charge because they have none of their own parking.The air conditioning didn't work so my husband and I sweat the entire night.

The hotel is located one block from the harbor and is within easy walking distance of most of the main tourist sites. It is a great value. The free breakfast and happy hour are nice perks. We had a lovely stay at your hotel. The courtesy and friendliness of all the staff made our stay so enjoyable and we thank you for this. We enjoyed the opportunity to come together with staff and the other guests for Breakfast and again during Happy Hour. The food was always fresh and tasted so good. Our room was attractive and clean. The bed was very […] comfortable. Our only complaint was the air conditioning was not working properly in our room. We appreciated the fan that was brought immediately to our room when contacted about the problem. We came to Baltimore to your famous John Hopkin's Medical Centre. We had never been to your city or even to the Eastern Coast before and each of your staff treated us like family, therefore, replacing any anxiety with lots of good feelings. It was wonderful that we were located just a block from your inner harbour. We will always remember our coffee, early Saturday morning, as we sat together looking out at Chesapeake Bay. Thanks again. Near the harbor which is nice. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast options were excellent. Hotel parking is expensive and the hotel is in serious need of renovations. Or linens were very fresh and clean but there was stuff in the couch and it didn't appear to have been thoroughly vacuumed.
"Great for Family!!!"
This was a great hotel for a family. We even had our two dogs and everyone was super friendly. The ONLY complaint was that the air conditioning did not seem to be working properly. It was pretty warm in the room, lobby, and gym, at times. Other than that everything was great. Highly recommend!

This hotel is located one block from the Inner Harbor in Baltimore and 3 blocks from the Convention Center. The rooms were good size and it does have a fridge and hot breakfast every morning. The downfalls are that it does not have a pool, the fitness center is limited and they do not have 2 bed suites with harbor views. The neighborhood at night can […] be sketchy like any city. "Solid choice for downtown, harbor, and baseball"
Hotel definitely needs some new carpet, curtains, etc but it's clean, convenient, and friendly. Easy walk to Camden Yards and Inner Harbor. Parking is pricey but I found a nearby garage for half the price. A good value.

"Excellent service, great location, great personnel"
I was on a short business trip just selected this hotel among others from hotels.com. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, its great services and kind personnel. They were all willing to help, if you asked any question. Breakfast, and happy hours were additionally convenient to its great location downtown. The Director of Cloud Club, Mr. David […] Grossman, were extremely helpful to find yourself at home, far from home. He warmly welcomed the guests, talked to them and asked them if they need anything. I will defiantly plan to take my family some time soon to this hotel again and stay a bit longer. Les mer
"Helpful Staff"
We had a hard time finding the hotel because a bus was parked in front of the sign. When we called.... the front desk clerk actually came out to meet us at our car a street away to guide us in. "Good location, Average amenities"
The hotel was conveniently located near the Inner Harbor attractions. The staff was very friendly, and we enjoyed the "cloud room," which was at the top level and served complimentary breakfast and had a reception each evening. It's convenient, OK and cheaper than the more modern hotels in the area, but that's about it. Check-in took a while as the person at the desk had to "go to the back" to find my Hotels.com reservation. The lamps in the bedrooms don't have outlets so you have to hunt around behind furniture to recharge your computer. The Internet was very, very slow. […] The battery on the remote was apparently run down so it barely worked. There's no closet in the bedroom (it's outside in the living room). The ceilings in the bathroom are ridiculously low. The desk chair was lopsided and uncomfortable. The fruit at the breakfast tasted very strange -certainly not fresh. This location is perfect if you want to be walking distance to the Inner Harbor and surrounding area. What a surprise this hotel turned out to be. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were so close to the inner Harbour only one block away, so very convenient. We were visiting the convention centre, which is only 2 blocks away, so again, very close. The room was extremely comfortable and contained all the toiletries […] we needed. The buffet breakfast on the Cloud floor was excellent, and there is free WiFi. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough and would definitely stay there again. Very good value for money. Les mer

"Don't stay here."
The cost was so much more than it was worth. The rooms are so small you will feel claustrophobic. No air conditioning so I had to sleep with window open which because of the busy street was so loud. NO WIFI!!! Only a ethernet cord that is in one spot of the hotel room (the desk) so you will not be able to roam throughout the room (even though you can […] reach almost every spot from your bed) with your laptop. Hallways smelled like smoke. I switched rooms three times (which I have never done before) and I ended up checking out early and staying at the Camden Yards Marriott which was fabulous! I spoke to someone else who also checked out and stayed at the Renaissance next door but that was a little too pricey for me (although I ate there and it was fabulous). I will not stay there again and cannot understand how the experience could have been enjoyed. I do not recommend! Les mer

Me and a business colleague stayed 3 nights at Brookshire suites while we were attending a tradeshow at the Baltimore Convention Center. We found the hotel to have excellent customer service (special thanks to the desk gentleman who directed us to parking). The rooms were comfortable and clean. The fitness center and continental breakfast were adequate […] / what you would expect. Hotel is positioned close to the convention center, downtown area and shops/restauraunts. The hotel and it's staff were OK. Was an older hotel but would stay there again. We had NO a/c the first night of our stay. Apparently Maryland wasn't expecting 70+ degree weather in the middle of March. Was very uncomfortable the first night but a/c was on the next morning. Daily breakfast was good. Nice hotel but needs remodeling. All the carpets are worn and need to be replaced. Afternoon happy hour and morning breakfast are a nice start and end to a day. In a nice location to walk and several nice eating places within three blocks. Other down is the $35.00 per day with taxes to park your car.

"To stay or not to stay"
Although nice decor. The office manager was very rude to us. I had scheduled an early check in and when we walked into the hotel the first thing he said to us was "we don't check in til 4:00". Not even "hello" The hotel was located on a one way street and with three hospitals nearby all you hear all day and night is sirens from emergency vehicles. Also […] it was 80 degrees outside and 79 degrees inside because the hotel would not turn on the air conditioning. After 48 hours of sweating the hotel manager moved us to another hotel so we could be comfortable. Holiday inn inner harbor was a much nicer hotel and the entire staff was great. Les mer

My husband and I stayed here during the week in the springtime. The location was great- walking distance to Inner Harbor and the Power Plant Live bars. We got there and there was a free reception for hotel guests with 2 free drinks for each guests, so my husband and I went up for a glass of wine (nothing fancy, but a nice gesture). "Brookshire Suite Hotel in Baltimore, MD"
It is a suite with a Living Rm and Bedroom. -The tv in the LR did not work at all; the tv in the BR could be turned on and off with the remote but the channel selection did not work on the remote (when pushed 1 & 2 in succession you keep getting ch 1), not even the channel up and down button worked. No buttons on either tv set, one must use the remote. The […] clock radio on the night stand could not be adjusted for stations nor to turn off the alarm, but you could turn the volume to zero to mute it. -The bath tub spout was dripping non-stop, you really want to go in and get out ASAP! I moved from the Hyatt to this hotel as it was substantially less expensive the the surrounding 4 and 5 star hotels in Baltimore. It is convenient to the convention center and aquarium. This was my first trip to Baltimore/DC for a visit to John Hopkins Hospital, i was pleased in my site unseen visit to Brookshire Suites with the awesome location a plus to help me keep my mind occupied. I will definitely consider staying there when I go back in a few months Positives: Excellent location- walking distance to inner harbor, little Italy, […] aquarium, the gallery mall, tour ships, great restaurants, etc Super helpful and friendly staff & bellman Very clean & well maintained Huge room/suite Cloud Room has beautiful view of harbor and city Wonderful happy hour with 2 free drinks, fruits and vegi trays Ease in getting cab through bellman Easy/short train ride to Washington DC Short distance to Johns Hopkins, cab fare 1way about $6 Negatives: No a/c turned on due to time of year. Systems are generally shut down during winter and restarted in spring when it warms up. They can't just flip a switch like we can in Texas so it was quite warm in our room. Opening windows helped and they gladly gave us a fan but was still uncomfortable Breakfast was pretty yucky! But free was good! They have breakfast buffet free but everything apparently is shipped in frozen (omelettes) and they were awful, even still cold in center. There was fresh fruit, yogurt and pastries that were good.
