Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center - Denver

Took young family on light rail to Rockies game. Had shuttle service to the light rail station but could have walked. about a 5 to 10 min walk from the hotel. Area seemed very safe.

My stay at the Hyatt Regency was excellent. The location, the room, the service and atmostphere was great! The breakfast was extra and although the quality was pretty good the cost was more than the average breakfast. The internet was another charge. The kicker was the parking. There was a fee per day for in and out priveledges seemed a little high […] considering I was a guest and there were no other spots to park in. Overall though for a nice stay and quality service I would recommend this hotel. Les mer

It seems silly to pay for parking in the middle of an office park. Hotel was new, clean and great staff. Other than the parking great hotel.

Check in was quick and uneventful. Room was a little small but since only there for rest after meetings and sleep, it fulfilled my needs. Very nice hotel

We've stayed in multiple hotels downtown. This by far is our favorite even though it is at the tech center and not right off the 16th street mall. We love it. We love the pool (although the pool room is a bit chilly). We love the bar. The staff is amazing and friendly! It's one hotel that I like just hanging out in.

Nice hotel however my room was very small. I could upgraded for $26 but felt with limited time spent there, not worth it. Very nice hotel.

A four star hotel with two star service. My wife & I decided the Hyatt might be a nice upgrade from similar priced choices nearby like the Comfort Inn, Days Inn or others in the same price range. Only complaint is that walls were very thin - could hear EVERYTHING above you, in the halls and in the surrounding room. Otherwise, very comfortable.

We had a very nice stay! The staff and hotel were awesome! The staff in the Bar and Grill were also awesome, must check it out also!

Overall the stay was a fairly good one. However, be aware that they charge you $10 a day for parking and internet service is also charged. I expect these things for a first class hotel, but this one was not first class. The walls were paper thin and while the hotel was clean, it was in no way worth it. Even the picture on the TV was poor quality. […] Not even a microwave anywhere to be seen for popcorn with our movie that we paid $20 to see in the room. We had stayed at this hotel in 2007 and we had a grand king bed that was really comfortable, with a great view of the rocky mountains. So when I reserved a room this year I purchased a grand king room and it had a normal king size bed that was not so comfortable and a smaller room with no view of the mountains or downtown Denver for 38 dollars more […] . Very sharp & friendly staff - eager to offer amenities to my satisfaction - above the normal due to my birthday - that was very sweet! I visit here regularly due to weekly meetings at the conference rooms & I am always impressed with how clean everything is & how eager the staff is to assist any guest.

A definate must, excellent hotel. room service was good , comfortable bed and room. I will re book this hotel

We were extremely pleased with our recent stay at the Denver DTC Hyatt! The front desk personnel were so accommodating and pleasant. ALL of the hotel staff we encountered were the perfect blend of professional & personal. The waitress in Garrity's was so helpful as my wife had not been feeling well. She recommended chicken soup & it was just what we […] needed! Beautiful hotel & so well maintained! Our room was clean & organized & every detail was taken care of ~ a nice bonus ~ our room had a fresh clean scent ~ not the typical "stale" hotel smells that linger from cleaning solutions. This Hotel was worth the few extra dollars! The staff are friendly and eager to make your stay the best it can be. House keeping was very prompt on every request from extra towels to bringing up a microwave and pack-n-play. Nice indoor pool and exercise room. Parking was $10 a night, but it is a much greater cost in large cities. We had a family reunion […] at this hotel during Christmas and they made sure we were all on the same floor and as many as could be on the same wing. I was close to all area's of Denver to get into and out off! It was nice to have such large rooms with comfortable beds. It really was a pleasure staying there and we will again. Les mer

This a very attractive property though some surfaces (e.g. the pool area) are a little dated. The best part were the excellent staff: very friendly and helpful. Our remote control batteries died and someone came up within minutes to provide a replacement.

My spouse and I was on a road trip thru Colorado and our stay at the Hyatt was restful and wonderful mountain climbing, horse backing riding, etc....

We celebrated my son's birthday & had a fantastic time. The pool was a bit small for kiddos but the Hotel itself was beautiful yet comfortable, rooms perfect, food great and service was right one. Great weekend getaway!

The Hotel overall was not bad and nice. A little out of the way and in an industrial, commercial and residential neighborhood all in one. The price room wise was ok, but for food, drinks and etc was too pricy. I don't mind paying a good price for a shot of Scotch, but I didn't intend to buy the bottle for 2 shots! We stayed here for a wedding @ the hotel, which was really convenient. The staff were all really nice & went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Our room was very clean & comfortable-even the bathroom! It's a bit off the freeway & not near restaurants, but those were a short drive. I love staying at Hyatt hotels especially at the Denver Tech Center. The staff goes the extra mile, always. The room and property are spotless. I recommend the location to anyone who needs a central location while in Denver.

Aside from not having any coffee packets in our room the first morning and only having one in our room the next, overall, our stay went well as it usually does there. In both cases they brought coffee up right away so it wasn't a big deal. Comfortable, clean room and very quiet.

Nice hotel. But not worth it since they charge for internet and for breakfast. Its a better deal at a Hampton Inn instead.

The hotel is conveniently located in Denver Tech Center with easy access to highways 225 and 25. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Unfortunately, the room itself was underwhelming. The entire hotel is blanketed in shades of brown. Rooms are poorly lit with no overhead lighting, particularly near the door. Worst of all, the air conditioning is […] either too warm (72F) or too cold (71F) with poor distribution (blows directly over the bed). The room was clean but we had problems with items being refilled (towels, ice bags and laundry bags). Last but not least, the parking ($10/day) and wireless ($13/day) are absurdly priced. This is particularly bothersome as there is no free parking anywhere nearby. Just rows after rows of empty valet-only spots. Les mer

Hotel room was clean & comfortable, I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself and the staff were terrific. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient, close to everything. My only complaint would be the other hotel patrons. There were children running around unsupervised most of the time. The patrons in the room next to us were noisy and loud into the early morning hours.

Very efficient, clean, professional, and modern rooms. When downtown hotels go up in rate for events, this is a great option. There is a light rail stop either a 1 minute drive with parking or a 10-15 walk. Great to get into downtown for sporting event, concert, or night on the town where you dont want to drive. Top mid-week business hotel so empty […] on the weekends which is why the rate is so low. Only lowball move is parking charge. It is quite a scam. They have a large garage and a lot of surface parking but they have convienently labeled all of them (every single one) "valet" so that you have to either valet for $18 or park in the garage for $10. I have been here several times. This is not downtown. You used to be able to park on the side surface lots for no fee because you are not using valet and you are not parking protected in the garage. It means during the winter you were in the snow, fine with me, I can heat up my own car. It is just another way to suck money out of business travelers during the week because they expense the cost and it is free money for the hotel. The only upside is that most of the specials for the weekends allow you to "choose" free parking as a perk. That being said, even after I chose free parking as my perk upon checkin, they still tried to charge me upon check-out and only after I pointed out that I had chosen it as my "perk" did they take the charge off. We decided to spend a night here for our 6-year anniversary. It's definitely a nice hotel. We had a really great deluxe room located at the very end of the hall so we had panoramic windows across the entire wall to wake up to the sunrise. I was a bit disappointed however to learn that this hotel still charges for you to connect to their internet. I […] feel that this is an item they are trying to nickle & dime their customers for as almost any other hotel offers this complimentary nowadays. We were given a $20 meal credit from our hotels.com package that we used towards ordering breakfast in bed. This was a nice service and the food was good. I wish I had looked at the ticket before adding a tip because a 20% gratuity was already added. :-/ We called the extention to have our tray picked up when we were finished and was left on hold for a minute so the person who answered could finish a personal conversation with a co-worker, not even putting the phone on mute. Finally we told her our room number to come pick up our tray, and no one ever came. So, a few things on our trip was a bit off. But our room was beautiful and we enjoyed a good soak in the heated swimming pool and hot tub. Their complimentary toiletry products were pretty good - smelled decent and added quite a bit of luster to my hair. :) Overall, a nice way to spend our anniversary. P.S. We never got to see the sunrise - it was a very overcast foggy morning. :( Les mer

Felt like a business hotel. Exactly what I wanted. Great workout area and pool. Loved how they were connected

Our room was very nice, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Hotel was noisy (thin walls). Breakfast was wonderful. The front desk needed to have more staff.
