De ansatte var vennlige, rommet stort og velutstyrt, men nabolaget var 'skummelt' - særlig for en som ikke hadde med bil og som i påvente av flyavgang måtte oppholde seg i og rundt hotellet nesten et døgn

Hotellet var veldig hyggelig med stor parkeringsplass. Beliggenheten gjorde det lett å komme overalt i LA og det er i tillegg gangavstand til flere filmstudioer hvor de tilbyr omvisning. I bygningen ligger en kjempekoselig kafé hvor vi fikk oss veldig god frokost. Anbefales!

Skal du oppleve LA og ha et utgangspunkt på et hotell med sentral beliggenhet og samtidig gode fasiliteter for et avslappende hotell opphold, er dette hotellet stedet. Fine rom, svømmebasseng, fitness senter, plassering rett ved stranden og USA turens beste frokost gjorde dette til en flott hotellopplevelse.

Always luv this hotel! The continental breakfast alone makes it worth it! No pastries in plastic wrap here! U get omlets, bacon sausage, eggs, oatmeal, pancakes or French toast, yogurt, fruit, cereal, ok, hot cocoa & more all Buffett style! Just bring a tip for the omlet guy ;) & the complementary shuttle to knotts & Disneyland area save u parking fees […] too (even tho u really r in walking distance to knotts-about a street block) staff very friendly & we even got late checkout at 2pm free. we are family of 4 visiting disneyland. shuttle service was convenient. breakfast was ample to keep you full. rooms were decent. location was excellent. no complaints. would come there again if price remains same. its a great value for money paid.

"Near Knottsberry & Disneyland - FABULOUS HOTEL"
We were very impressed by this hotel. After flying from Vegas and transferring to Beuna Park, I guess we were expecting very little. This is an outstanding hotel whose staff are very helpful. The hotel rooms were bigger than we had thought and so were the meals. We ordered room service which was unbelievable value for money and huge. Breakfast the next […] morning was a buffet with many choices. Staff arranged a bus shuttle back to LA for us and their free bus shuttle took us to Knottsberry's front door. We came for a wedding and a trip to Knotts, with our 5 year-old. The hotel is very nice with HUGE rooms. We got the two queens with the seperate living area. Breakfast was great, each day had different hot entrees-pancakes, eggs, hashbrowns, etc. Hotel is situated around a lush courtyard with a nice pool. Best deal for Disneyland. Hotel has convenient shuttle to Disneyland. It has decent continental breakfast and outdoor jacuzzi and pool that can be used during winter. Suite type room is clean and spacious.

"very old and dirty"
For the price we paid, we were definitely looking for a 3 start quality. The room cleanliness was equivalent to a 30 dollar motel quality. The carpets were all popping up, very filthy. The hotel itself is very old. Not impressed at all.

"Excellent service and Hotel"
My wife and I flew into LAX at 0600 with our 2 young children and we were booked into the Radisson BP for 2 nights. We quickly cleared customs and picked up our hire car. When we viewed the booking it stated that check in time was 1500 however we still decided to go to the Radisson and see if we could get and pay for a day use room. When we arrived […] to our pleaseant surprise instead of paying for day use room the very friendly check in lady stated that they would get a room ready within an hour and there would be no charge. We were in the room by 0900 30 minutes after we arrived at the hotel. Having just flown 13 hours across the Pacific with 2 young kids to get this type of service was hugley appreciated and unexpected. When we got into the room we found it to be well set out, (with 2 TVS no fighting over the remote with the kids!) clean and very comfortable. Including the breakfast brilliant value for money. Due to my job working for an airline I stay in a lot of hotels and the Radisson BP was a very pleaseant surprise. Based on service, location, cleanliness and value for money we give this hotel 5 out of 5. Les mer

A very helpful staff that made the stay enjoyable. Shuttle to and from Disneyland worked great. Suites were large and the beds were comfortable, not rock hard.

Nice to have free bfast but sure isn't embassy suites. Booked viA hotels.com and paid for extra for a sleep # bed. Arrived to a room that smelt like mold and no special bed. Couldn't switch us that night but staff was helpful to get partial credit back. 2nd night new room, tv was scratch and didn't come in well. Not too stoked on this stay. Very convenient location, literally right across the street from KBF. Traffic in the surrounding Los Angeles area is horrible, but they run a shuttle to the local attractions. A little old but the beds are comfortable and that's what really matters. Breakfast was awful. There are plenty of restaurants close by - go to one of those instead.

Hotel is in great location but quite inexpensive. There are many restaurants nearby. Breakfast is quite good. Hotel provides free shuttle service to Disney. That is a great plus. Overall great hotel and fabulous breakfast. The only complaint i have is that i booked a room with a king bed and they had given us one with two beds but we immediately called and they moved us to the right one so it wasn't a big deal. It was awesome to get free parking and free shuttle to disneyland. Very conveniant location and close to knotts berryfarm […] as well don't forget to go over there for chicken dinner. It's out of this world! The breakfast at the hotel was awesome probably best breakfast i've ever had at a hotel. Overall great stay! Les mer

"Radisson Buena Park"
I could tell that this hotel use to be really nice. The set up is nice but it is aging. We had two rooms for the family. Both rooms were really clean, no problems there. In our room, the toilet seat had burns on it and right out side of the bathroom door had a wet spot on the carpet that never went away. Now, I didn't call to complain so I'm not sure […] what they would have done. They were really nice at the front desk, so I'm sure they would have accommodated us. The other room we had was perfect until the second and last day we were there. The toiled overflowed but they were real quick in providing assistance and after breakfast, it was fixed and cleaned. The beds were real comfortable and the breakfast buffet looked good (I'm vegan) for those who eat meat and eggs. So, the only reason I put that I wouldn't recommend is because I wouldn't know what could be wrong with the other rooms. Oh, and the kids loved the pool!!! The courtyard is really pretty with lights on all the trees and a water fountain and then of course the pool. Most of the rooms look out on to this. And I would say it was worth the price we paid since we got such a good deal. Les mer

I can't say it's one of the best hotels that I've staid at, but it was definately a great value with breakfast and disney shuttle included. The room was OK, the bathroom exhaust fan did absolutely nothing, had to leave the door open, but most hotels don't have exhaust fans anyway. The sleep number bed was GREAT.

Not what we expected from a Radisson. Converted from and OOLLDD Embassy Suites and pretty much not updated since the 70´,s. Staff was nice and friendly, breakfast was good, but we thought it was a high price for what you get

The hotel looks to have gone through a remodel somewhat recently. Looked nice and beds are very comfortable. The original room we checked into was very moldy/musty smelling on the first floor so they moved us to the 4th floor. The A/C didn't work very well at all in the 4th floor room and it was warm. TV went out during the stay but the staff fixed […] it pretty quickly. Staff is very friendly and the location is great for Knott's Berry Farm. Just a short walk. Les mer
"Radisson Suites Buena Park, good for off-season"
We booked our stay through Hotels.com and since we got off-season rates, our stay was a pleasant one. They have a Hacienda like set-up so it's a relatively unique experience. The rooms open on to a balcony surrounding the pool area. Since, we went during off-season, it was quiet. But I am sure the noise level otherwise would be high and not recommended. […] The shuttle service to the Disney Parks was the main reason for our booking there and it definitely helps. Not only do you save on the parking but also avoid the hassle of driving in and out of parks. The rooms are kind of cozy. But the separate eating area/television room is a huge plus. One thing I'd recommend to everyone is the FREE freshly made-to-order omelette/eggs in the restaurant. The hot breakfast is very, very basic but they make up for it by providing made-to-order omelettes from the restaurant. And it’s included with your hot breakfast so yes, it’s free! Don’t let anybody tell you otherwise. Also, don’t back off because you have to walk into the restaurant area from the eating area to get it. A lot of people don't know about it and I think the hotel (quite conveniently, read slickly) not advertise it but the restaurant does have a chef who can slap you delicious omelettes at no cost. Believe me, if we didn't know about this, we'd have been disappointed with the hot breakfast. Like I said, it's extremely basic. My overall recommendation is that it's a good place to stay during off season. The open area set-up is not conducive to peaceful quiet. But maybe you would prefer it if you have children and want to be within a comfortable hearing distance. Les mer

The hotel is about 5 min from Disneyland across the Street from Knotts berry farm Park. My family loved it. tha only problem that i had is that went to the gym in the morning and none of the machines work. But overall great Hotel i would totally stay there again!

The staff was excellent and always helpful. The hotel was beautiful. The pool was always clean and in a tropical setting and private. The breakfast buffet was not always hot during the week but was great on the weekend. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

The hotel was great for my needs and very clean. I loved the extra room of being in a suite. The front desk was friendly and accommodating, however most of the brekfast staff could be more plesant. I also believe the breakfast hours should be extended to 10:30am. I had a great stay and will come back.,

"vibrating bed"
this is the first time we have been disappointed with a room since we used hotels.com. Our room was above some maintenance room which made our bed vibrate all night, our fridge didn't get any colder than room temp no matter what temp we set it on, neither of room phones worked, and the HBO channel had static sound the whole time so you couldn't hear […] very well, sleep number bed didn't work. and last the The room itself was clean. And breakfast was ok especially if you have the cook fix you an omelet or egg the way you like instead of the egg buffet. Les mer

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the cleaning service was good, they offer free shuttle service to Disneyland at various times throughout the day, nice continential breakfast. The only negative we found was that the pool water was a bit cool and the hot tub only warm but we only had time to try the pool once because we were […] so busy! It is also close to some good restaurants, a Star Bucks, Walmart, and some grocery stores. We would stay at this hotel again. Les mer

"Always the best value"
I don't want this little paradise to go away so I am not spilling all my luvs about this property that I will keep returning to with my family as long as they keep the value strong. A great breakfast, friendly staff, shuttle bus, clean rooms, except for the musty smells that have been there each time.
