"Comfortable but not so clean"
The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants, at is nicely maintained. However, the room was not very clean. There was hair all over the bathroom floor, a build up of dust along the carpet and wall, and some leftover candy on the floor. Also, one of the days of our stay and employee had brought her child to work and was having […] her restock the breakfast bar, which I didn't feel was very professional. Les mer

Our room was only cleaned once in three days. Toilet was not operating properly was repaired kind of but not really. Breakfast was good. Just appeared hotel maintenance and upkeep was not priority. Some of the staff could use some schooling in hospitality.

Hotel clean and comfortable. Large group of students stayed at the same time. Breakfast ran out quickly but staff replenished quickly. I would stay there again when passing through.

I reserved a King Suite, but when I checked into my room it was about the same size as a double queen room. It had a mini fridge and microwave which was nice. The room we were in was directly on top the stairs and the ice machines were on the other side of the wall so it was very noisy. I had to leave our TV on to block out the sound so we could sleep. We had a good stay at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and I liked that the bathroom which was seperate from the rest of the room, so I didnt wake up the kids while I was getting ready. The pull out couch was the only issue in the room. It was very uncomfortable for my daughter. The pool area would have been great if the sauna would have […] been heated properly. "Great Rooms and Great Value!"
We stayed over New Years and were very impressed by the size and cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly. We will stay there again....a great value!
"Great weekend"
Since we now live 8 hours away, we met the kids half way for an early, 3-day Christmas weekend. We stayed here because they had a king suite with couch and chairs, so we'd all have room to sit around together and open presents and the kids could have their own room with 2 queens and a hide-a-bed. We came prepared with crockpots of food and holdiay treats. […] The kitchenettes had a microwave and plenty of room in the fridges, so we could all eat together, and didn't have to pay extra to eat out. We decorated the suite with mini Christmas trees and strings of lights, and the whole family (3 generations) played in the pool together for hours. The hottub heat was a minor issue, but the pool was warm, the rooms were very clean, and the king sized bed was wonderfully comfortable. This was the next best thing to being "Home for the Holidays!" We had a great stay here; the prices were reasonable for the extra space of a suite, and we'll look forward to staying here again soon. Happy Holidays, everyone! Les mer
"Clean, comfortable and affordable"
My husband and I stayed here after having to make a last-minute trip to the Fargo area. The bed was more comfortable than most similar hotels I've stayed in. The room was clean when we arrived, and kept clean by the staff for the 5 days we were in town. It's located very conveniently to shopping, grocery, restaurants and the highway. Our only complaint […] was the water pressure, which was pretty bad (which is why I gave it a 4 for comfort). Aside from that, though, it was a nice room for a reasonable price. Les mer
hot tub was not working while we were there ,up and going the morning we checked out. Pool had too much chlorine,made your eyes water,throat sore and young ones develop a rash. rest of motel was excellent.

When we checked in the staff was not very informational and helpful. The night clerk was not attentive and messed up our credit card check in.

The hotel had everthing we needed or wanted,and was very dog friendly.The rooms were huge and bed very comfortable. I was very impressed with how clean the whole room was.Would recomend this place.

Comfort Suites, Fargo was a great place to stay, we were there twice, both with one night stays and everything was as we had hoped; clean, neat, quiet and great service from the staff at the front desk!

Advertised as a smoke free hotel. Smoke was coming into the room from the bathroom vent. When staff notified they did nothing about it! Won't stay here again! Poor breakfast selection. Even the waffles were BAD!

The hotel room was clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and helpful. A great place to stay.
The beds could have been better. They were hard. Room did not feel very clean to me.
"Comfort Suites - Not really a suite"
When I reserve a "suite" at a hotel, I expect the unit to have a separate bedroom. The unit we got was simply one fairly large room with two queen beds and a hide-a-bed. With four people sharing a room, I much prefer for privacy reasons to have beds in a separate bedroom and a hide-a-bed in the other main room. The hide-a-bed was uncomfortable, with […] the head end being lower than the foot end. Other than that, the room was fine - clean and in good condition. Note that the room has only one TV. The breakfast room is large, bright, and well maintained. The breakfast was good, except for some sort of biscuit and gravy/sauce concoction that looked disgusting. Les mer
