Hotellet er meget bra standard med hele fire bassenger og egen strandlinje! Deilig plass å slappe av! Kort vei til Lincoln Road og South Beach om du disponerer bil. Fantastisk mat på den italienske restauranten som ligger i hotellet! Fine og rene rom. Hyggelige ansatte. Kommer gjerne tilbake!

Hotellet hadde spesielt gode senger og deilig dusj. Uteomårdet med 4 bassenger var veldig trivelig med stranda rett nedenfor. Koselig lunsjrestuarant og deilig frokost. Vi benyttet trengninsrommet hver dag som var godt utstyrt.

In 2011 I needed to attend a business conference at the neighboring resort, the Fountain Bleu - however it was sold out (and was much more expensive than the Eden Roc). Luck for me, the Eden Roc had a room. I decided to bring my husband and teenage daughter and her teenage friend with me. Everyone loved it. The staff bent over backwards to make our […] stay great. The girls loved the pools and the beach. In 2012, it was spring break and my teenager asked to go back to Eden Roc. So the 3 of us went again. We were in a different tower but the stay was just as lovely. Definitely a good idea to purchase one of the "add on packages" when you check in (you can select free wi-fi or built-in parking and/or free beach chairs and umbrella and/or unlimited free soft drinks). We will stay here again. We have strolled around the fancier Fountain Bleu next door and do not like it nearly as much as the smaller/less intimidating and still fancy Eden Roc. The Edon Roc Miami Beach Fl. was an exquisite hotel experience . The staff was extremely friendly,always a warm reception when encountering any of the staff. Every request was immediately followed through on. We had an oceanfront suite. It was spectacular. Everyday was a little bit of heaven. Beds comfy and queen size beds. hotel very busy when we were there with family. Beach right in front of hotel. Everything very expensive. 15 dollars for 2 small beers. 80 dollars for breakfast at least. Good breakfast though. The hotel was amazing.... It is right on the beach Ocean view room with a Jacuzzi is so worth it. It is a one bedroom suite with a gorgeous view. Loved that the hotel has 4 pools including one Adult Only pool. Except for one thing, they can improve their drinks /food service at the pool / beach side.

We were on a girl's weekend getaway and stayed at the Eden Roc on our last night. Check in was quick and easy, and all of the staff we came in contact with were friendly, professional and attentive. The room was clean, updated and comfortable. Our only disappointment was being awakened at 3 am for a fire alarm and asked to evacuate the building. There […] was no fire, and I can appreciate evacuating before verifying a true fire event (better safe than sorry), but standing outside in my pajamas, with bed head and no makeup, was a humbling experience. Hotel was clean and fresh, and room was wonderful, large, and a please for the bed to be in the middle of the room and overlooking ocean. Design room perfect and balcony large enough for a small party! Pool restaurant, food quality excellent, and friendly servers. I will be back

This hotel may have undergone a renovation recently, however they forgot a few important things--clean linens and A/C for instance!!! Our room was extremely hot all night, even though our thermostat said 65 it was more like 75 all night. Also, ALL of our pillowcases had some kind of stain on it. We used our t-shirts as pillowcases to remedy, because […] when we asked for new linens, those too came dirty. YUCK! Will NEVER stay here again. Go next door to the Fountainebleau. Worth the upgrade. Great hotel to stay at, beautiful rooms. It's about 2 miles from the main Ocean Drive restaurants & places but still an easy access by bus or taxis.

We were very pleased with our stay except for the fact that we found a pair of womens underpants inside of a lamp when we went to turn it on. It was quite a disgusting thing to find.

Considering that this was a 4star hotel I was very disatisfied with the towels in the hotel. They were very gray and dingy. Once reported to front desk nothing was ever done about it. The ice machine was not working and no one offered to bring us ice in this warm climate. Also there was no air conditioning in the hallways. The Hotel itself is good standard and clean rooms. Be aware that it is in Miami - so a big city, and be ready for big crowds of people. We stayed there for the 2 final days of our vacation tour around Florida with a family with 3 kids -so a kind of "back to reality". The 3 pools are great, but because of the mass of people they use a lot of Chlorine […] - be ready for red eyes. The beach in front of the hotel is occupied by chairs (you need to pay); what really got us upset is the neighborhood hotels with its bass-music, so loud that you can't stand it for long. Also - if you have kids watch out for uncontrolled jet-ski drivers in front of the hotel beach. Last but not least - the valet parking service damage our car. Les mer

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of bathroom. The kleenex holder was covered with what I hope was just toothpaste. The counters were dirty, I cleaned myself. In 2 days never received a wash cloth and with 2 adults and a child only 3 bath towels and 2 hand towels were provided each day. Day 2 we received a bath mat. The staff was extremely helpful beyond words. the room was good not great but I would definitely book here again. this is a really good property to consider if you want comfort convenience and quality of service. Access to the pool and beach are wonderful

I have never paid so much for a hotel, but it was the nicest hotel that we ever stayed in.

Room service delivered food luke warm. Unexciting decor in room. Too many sharp edges on bath fixtures. Jets inoperable on soaking tub. Nice view. Breakfast buffet nice but not imaginative. Otherwise, a nice but unexciting room and public spaces.

I knew there may be a problem when I was left to get my own luggage out of the taxi when I arrived. My room was not ready so I had to drag my luggage around the lobby until I located the bell boy. When the room was ready a couple of hours later i noticed my luggage was still sitting in the lobby. I had to request to have it taken upstairs. The room […] was large and very nice with a beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel restaurant (1500) was terrible. ALL of the food was over cooked. My medium well steak was crispy and could not be eaten. Even the brussel sprouts were burnt. I would suggest that you spend the extra money and stay at the fontainebleau next door if you are looking for good service during your stay Les mer

The hotel is very clean and modern. It's about 5-10 minutes away from Lincoln Rd by bus (which will cost $2 per person or around $10 for a cab). Taxis are always available and the bus stop is right in front. If you have a car, there's a large parking lot right next to the hotel. This was our first time staying at the Eden Roc. The front desk, and staff were great. When we first came in the lobby was packed so we guessed this is a good hotel. We didn't order room services so I don't know that part. They also didn't provide slippers in the room. Other than that they were very clean. The view was amazing. Everything is close by. […] The boardwalk is very nice to take a morning walk. You have the choice of swimming in 4 pools. This was a calm hotel. You will enjoy it. Just make sure you don't take the room next to the elevator which I would think they end in 39s. Because the service rooms door is right next to you so your gonna hear it slam all morning long. That's what happened to us, and we asked to move, and they did it asap. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT. ENJOY:) Les mer

I went to the Eden Rock on a Business trip and ended up really enjoying the atmosphere at the hotel. I am not sure if people usually go here or if it just happened to be happening due to the Music convention that I was attending. But the hotel is modern and clean. The lobby bar was always packed and the pool area is large and nice. Their ocean front […] al fresco dining area with a bar was packed and the food was very good. The rooms in the newer part of the hotel are really really nice ask for an ocean view. The suite is gorgeous and not that expensive. I had a suite on the older part of the hotel and was not disappointed . The size of the room was great. The service is really good and you have near by hot spots inside of the Fountain blue hotel that is next door. The near by restaurants at other boutique hotels are within walking distance. They have a really cool wooden board walk that you can use to walk to these other places or to take a stroll to the beach or a am jog. It is not as crazy as the South beach hotels but close enough in a cab to go get crazy and come home and relax in a beautiful place. They have a Starbucks inside and a gym which is a plus! The neighborhood is safe . I walked to Walgreens along the canal in the front part of the hotel and enjoyed that walk very much. I would recommend this hotel. Les mer

This place was an amazing hotel with plenty of balcony rooms with a perfect view of the ocean and the swimming pools. It was relatively cheap for the amenities considering the types of hotels that were surrounding us. Right next door was the Fontainebleau which was nicer but also 2X more expensive, but you have access to the Arkadia and Liv which is […] apparently the place to go for Clubs. You are about 10-15 minutes north of South Beach and about 15-20 minutes from Downtown Miami. I think its the perfect location for everything. My only gripe about this place is that they charge you $35 for Parking each night while you are there. Kinda a rip off if you ask me. All in all you couldn't ask for a better place to stay while you are down there. Les mer

I booked a room with a semi-private view of the ocean. When we arrived we had absolutely no view to the ocean, as a matter of fact, we had a view of the next buildings roof. Room was very small and instead of a 2 queens, we ended up with a king and a roll away bed. Not very comfortable. Staff was great though!

We booked ‘Ocean View Room with balcony’. Upon arrival to the hotel we received room with the balcony on the fourth floor of the Resort Tower facing swimming pool. We came back to reception desk and mentioned that that our room is supposed to be in the Ocean Tower, but were told that this is only available room. The hotel was amazing and the service was amazing as well. We were supposed to get a two bed room with an ocean view balcony but to my birthday surprise, my mother had called an upgraded to a two story loft. The room smelled like trash and as soon as we called the front desk to have the room cleaned they did not have any problems accomidating us and […] making sure that everything went by smoothly. The room was amazing and the staff was super friendly. I def. recommend this hotel to anyone planning on going there and i would stay there a million times over again ! Les mer

We took a room with Ocean View... but we didn't expect to see it even from the bed. Nice pools. Beach is right across a board walk that goes all the way to South Beach. It is far enough to avoid the hype of South Beach and is close enough to be there easily. Personnel is friendly and helpful.

The Eden Roc is a pretty hotel, friendly/helpful staff (Joseph at the "Navigator" desk gave us great tips for the best local restaurants), clean (could use a good dusting) and attractive rooms/lobby/etc, pools clean with plenty of chairs and towels & the adult pool was really quiet (except for the day a woman brought her young teenage daughters with […] her). Breakfast at the on-site restaurant 1500 was great (try the French toast, different in a good way) and room service breakfast was just as good as the restaurant buffet but cost less. The Cabanas restaurant has a nice ocean view, ok food and a really loud steal drum/vocalist on weekends - could live without the "island" vibe. The only negative was the charge for use of the hotel guest computers (printing boarding pass was free however) - we like to check out restaurant menus/reviews before deciding where to dine - next time we'll bring a laptop with us. We love this hotel. Spacious rooms, great balcony and view and pool area always very clean. Only complaint...coffee maker needs a space in room near electrical outlet. Boardwalk along the beach is great and very well-maintained.

The hotel staff especially at the restaurant/bar by the pool area could not have been more rude! The hotel also needs more servers on the beach and in the pool area. The hotel in general was very under staffed. When I checked in around 10pm at night there was only one person managing the desk. On the last day we stored our bags with the valet because […] our flight wasn't until late in the afternoon. When we returned to get our bags it took forever to find someone to help us and then took forever for the person to actually bring our bags out. Also getting a taxi from the valet at the hotel was always a pain....very disorganized and you had to find someone to help you. The hotel room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Next time I go to Miami I will look for another place to stay. Les mer

What to say? The only way it could have been better was if it were the Fountainbleau next door! All in all a solid A. The service was good and the common areas need to be kept a bit cleaner in the corners, some people notice those things...

What a beautiful and relaxing place to stay -- easy to go down to the beach, walk the boardwalk, swim in one of the many pools (including one with lap lanes), share a drink right next to the beach under the stars, and sit on our room's balcony under the stars, listening to the waves. IT's not in the midst of South Beach's excitement -- but the cab ride […] there was easy and not that expensive. And once we got home it was tranquil and beautiful. A nice renovation. Les mer

great beach , lots of pools, the weather was rainy and cold this time of year, the parking fee was to expensive per day.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful beach, great area -easy to get to and from the airport and south beach resturants. Upgrade your room to get the free breakfast. It was fantastic. Totally relaxing experience.
