I thought that the staff was very polite and that my stay was exceptionally comfortable.

It was very nice! Desk staff were very accomodating. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Pool was clean and easy access. Bar gave good service for evening drinks. We had breakfast omlets in the restaurant which were great! The Olive Garden is within walking distance on the same side of the road & ordered a delicious pizza for a late lunch.

perfect location for bouncing around hyannis and yarmouth, hotel is quick and clean! only thing i can complain is we were next to one of the exits and could hear both inside and outside doors slamming not that they were being slammed but the way the doors closed they shut hard and echo down the hallway, staff was 100% accurate on everything i asked […] and take the olive garden right next door Les mer

We picked the HI over another hotel closer to the Upper Cape because this hotel looked nicer. The room was nice but the hallways looked a little run-down (worn carpeting, dimly-lit). The bar was surprising nice and offered food as well as drink. The beds were the deal-killer--sagging with virtually no support. And while there is nothing scenic about […] the surrounding area, it does offer a good starting point to anywhere in the Hyannis area and easy access to the main route to the rest of the cape. There is a certain level of quality that was expected in a HI. They were below that. I can say the bed was comfortable, but the staff were indifferent, the keys did not work consistently, the buffett was not great, the room was very small and the layout of it was strange-- hard to get to closets. We had a room with two doubles that were barely bigger […] than a single. Location was good and so was the parking. I'll go somewhere else next time. I can get more value for the money elsewhere. THE ROOM WAS SMALL, WENT TO BREAKFAST TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO GET SERVED THE UP KEEP OF THE HOTEL NEEDS MORE ATTENTION ,AND THE VIEW LEFT EVERYTHING TO THE IMAGNAITION

When we first arrived, the exterior of the hotel didn't look like the pictures online, however once we went inside, we saw a totally different picture. The lobby and lounge are beautiful and the bathroom in our room was incredible.

The hotel was nice enough and clean. The beds were fresh and towels aplenty. We didn't use amenities like room service but I think they were 24 hours, I'm not totally sure. I think the price for the room was a little outrageous considering they are nowhere near anything and the building itself is clearly a renovated older hotel. Hotel was not willing […] to budge on price for various discounts that we usually get elsewhere. The wifi was terrible...rarely worked if at all. For those prices, wifi should at least work so I can get some work done in my room at night. Les mer

Enjoyed our stay and the room was very comfortable and nice. There was a maintenance man there was so nice and gave us excellent service. I can't remember his name but he was an older black gentleman that was working when we arrived. He was so very helpful so thank you to him. Service was excellent and no problems checking in. Very nice large pool area, with lifeguard on duty. Rooms are showing wear, for the cost. We had a king loft room. Two bathrooms are convenient, but one bathroom is open concept. Not good for kids. Balcony and floor in the loft move with your body weight when walking across them. Loft is cozy. Big balcony. King size bed is too soft, but bedding is nice. […] Two big flat screen TV's, nice. The service was good upon check in. The location of the hotel was very convenient. The only issue I had was with the wake-up call. It never happened. No call, no message. Luckily, I got up on my own or we would have been behind the whole day. The room was very comfortable. Price was average.

Got checked in quickly. Went to room and brought up all our bags to room on upper floor far from lobby. Room key didn't work. Went down and got new key. Went back up, key still didn't work-something wrong with lock. Staff working on another lock down the hall said they would be there shortly, but waited a while and they never showed up Dragged all bags […] down to lobby and requested new room. Given a new room and free breakfast. Many events going on at hotel that one weekend-very busy. Went sight seeing and came back-no parking available. People were making up spots on the grass. Asked front desk person where to park and she moved her own car for us. Had a really good breakfast and a fabulous waitress in restaurant. Very nice bar and pool. Les mer

We usually stay at the Cape Codder or Marriot. Thought we'd try the Holiday Inn. It was a bit cheaper-though that really wasn't much of a factor. The room was a little nicer than either of the other two. Albeit a bit smaller in terms of square footage. The higher ceilings make the rooms feel bigger. For the $$ a real good value. The irony is: in the […] Hyannis area, there really isn't a first class hotel. There are many, many hotels- but there seems to be this acceptable level of mediocrety. I stay in hotels there 6-8 times a year. I'll stay at the Holiday Inn more often now. Les mer

We've stayed at this hotel twice now. It has some great amenities with the indoor pool and rooms with a loft and balcony. However, when we arrived at the hotel they put us in a room directly next to screaming children and people playing guitars and singing. We didn't understand why they seemed to clump everyone together in one location in the hotel […] seeing that they were not particularly busy at this time of year. At 10pm we requested a new room and they quickly obliged. The room had a loft and balcony, which was very unexpected, at no additional charge. The room was a little worn down and could use some upkeep, but overall would be a nice place to stay in the summer with family. Les mer

loved the hot tub dowm by the pool,very roomy.Also had 2 person tub in room with fire place that was fitting for our stay.Nice staff at front desk and helpful.Cleaning help doesn't understand english well,little barrier with communication.Had a nice time while on a 5 night stay.Breakfast in hotel could use a little tweeking however.Very clean..

The overall experience was ok. The employees at check in did not spend any time telling us about what the hotel had to offer. The room was cramped and the floors were stained. Housekeeping did do a great job making the beds and replenishing the towels and shower products.

the room was clean. pool was very nice. easy to get to and not far from main street you still have to drive there but easy to get there. hotel service was very good. the bar and resturant at the hotel was nice and food was tastie. Its going to be an option for next years vacation.

I was unable to access the wifi from my room I started walking to the fromt desk when I saw an obvious computer person (carrying an open laptop and wearing headphones). I told him I was having trouble and he referred me to the front desk. At the fromt desk I was given a letter to guests explaining that the wifi was being upgraded. There was no date […] on the letter. I waited ntil the morning and returned to the front desk. I neededd to go back and bring my IPAD to the front desk. As I approached the desk, I tried again and it worked. The location of my room was the problem, this was my first occasion to try wifi away from home. This was my third year staying at this hotel. 2nd year booked via expedia. I think the price is great for the location. Restaurants, main street and beaches are near. There is also a small gym, hot tube and pool in the hotel. The only thing I don't like is the fact that it is located on a busy strip and you do have to drive through these round-abouts […] (that are very confusing. because there are no lines on the ground and mass drivers will not yeld. I heard that these Rotary’s are all over the cape. other then the traffic. I enjoy the hotel and the location. Les mer

The hotel is right on Route 132. We liked being near all the stores and restaurants, so we spent less gas.
