Store rene og flotte rom med god temperatur. Døgnåpen informasjonensdesk med veldig god service. God beliggenhet med gåavstand, samt taxi tilgjengelig til enhver tid. Lekker frokostbuffet! Spesielt godt fornøyd med lobby og barområdet hvor vi kunne samles et par timer på kvelden før vi gikk til hvert vårt rom!:):)

Hotellet lå svært sentralt, bare 150 meter fra Sheaperds Bush stasjonen, som ligger på Central line (den røde undergrunnen). Ved stasjonen ligger også Westfield, et stort, nytt handlesenter. Jeg hadde bestillt rom med to enkelsenger og da de ikke hadde det, fikk jeg oppgradering til et rom med kingsize seng. Rommet var stort og flott, nydelige badehåndklær og badekåper.

Veldig hyggelig lite hotell med god service. Veldig behjelpelige med bestillnger til restauranter. Deilig frokost.
"Waldorf Hilton - Excellent renovation and convient"
We stayed here one night to go to the Theatre. The Rennovations are excellent - except the windows rattled as a storm blew threw the night.There is no insulation brushes on the new windows! The swish design of the bathroom means no proper space for your wash gear! Breakfast was fantastic in the Palm Court and all round it was a value for money stay […] in the heart of theatreland! "Great Staff and Great Location"
From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Although we arrived very early, they were able to give us a room right away. Once we set out from the hotel, arrmed with maps and information supplied with by the staff, we discovered the hotel was in a great location. The London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Picadilly Circus […] and many other sights were within walking distance Also close by were all forms of public transportation. The rooms was very clean and I felt large for European hotels. Amenities were wonderful as was the breakfast provided at the hotel. Not to mention the hotel is right in the heart of the theatre district of Londaon. Would definitly stay here anytime I am in London. Les mer
"Great location for west end"
Ideal location for theatres we went to the Novello which was next door . Stayed in deluxe room the room was on first floor, we had no view a giant air conditioning unit was outside the window, no road noise which was good, bed was very comfy but bathroom very dated, light bulbs blown and tv did not work, they said there was a problem with tv reception […] there but we were not offered any money back. Breakfast ok but had as good in 4 / 3 star hotels. Staff friendly but slow on check in, a few people grumbling in the que. Les mer
"No internet"
This hotel was a good choice for us. Location was perfect.We could walk to many of the tourist attractions or use the Bus Tours, or go to a show. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Our only complaint was Internet acess, especially wireless was problematic. If you wanted wireless, you could pay for it 17 pounds for 24 hours, but you had to go […] to the lobby to use it, not available in your room. Otherwise enjoyed our 3 day stay and would go back again. Les mer

"great location combined with good service"
This hotel is located in the heart of London and offers great service. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I can think of only one thing to improve: the heating facilities could use some renovation. Other than that I was more than pleased with my stay there.
"The Waldorf Hotel, London - poor value for money"
The Waldorf Hotel in London was a great disappointment. Despite paying full rate and stressing that it was a special occasion for us (my 60th birthday), we were first given a 'dungeon' on the second floor with limited space, no bath and the wash basin in the room itself. Upon complaint, a better room was miraculously found on the 8th floor but this […] could only be described as mediocre in terms of its facilities, with limited space and small windows. The fact that we had changed rooms seemed to flumox the concierge service and it took 3 phone calls and over an hour before our bags reached our new room. Generally, the hotel seemed drab and tired and in need of refurbishment. If ever there was a hotel living on its reputation, it is the Waldorf. In terms of value for money, it is one of the worst that we have ever stayed at. Les mer

We booked the Waldorf for 2 nights as a treat for my wife's birthday and we both thoroughly the experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend break in the Waldorf Hilton. The location of the hotel is excellent and close to good restaurants , theatres, museums . Staff were extremely accomodating as we had an early flight and had requested an early check -in . Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices and table service . We booked our room at a reduced rate […] nad it was very comfortable , however would have been dissapointed with size if we had paid full price. "The Wardorf Hotel London"
Although we live in London we treated ourselves to two nights in the Wardorf Hotel as we were going to the Royal Opera House. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Opera House so no taxi needed. The hotel did not disappoint and we had a truly wonderful weekend. "wonderful waldolf"
this is a fantastic hotel close to covent garden. the rooms are beautifull decorated and the staff could not be more welcoming,friendly and helpful. all public rooms are also decorated to a high standard. a plentiful buffet breakfast helps start you day on the right note. we have stayed here three times now and can't wait for our next visit.

"There are better places"
I'd have been quite fed up if I'd paid anything like the full price. The place is OK, but not brilliant - but its rates are at the brilliant end so its a problem of not living up to its expectations. For example the building was done up a while ago and some of the carpets are a bit dirty (in my room for instance), the TV was hanging off its wall brackets […] and the curtains didn't close properly. "Great location, walk to everything!"
Our stay at the Waldorf was very comfortable and relaxing. The tube getting there was a bit of a nightmare as its location near the very popular Covent Garden area makes the tube station busy a lot of the time. However, once there it is so central that there was no need for us to get on the tube for the remainder of our stay. The only disappointment […] about the hotel was that the pool was not usable during our stay due to the pH balance being wrong. I had packed my bathers especially so this was a let down, and after a full day walking around London a swim in a hot pool would have been great! Our room did have a large bathroom including a bath to relax in though (a rarity in London hotels) so this did the trick instead. Service was a bit hit and miss. I think the cheap rooms (the ones we stayed in) are at the very top of the hotel and I am not sure they are serviced to the same standard as others. The few times we did call down for something i.e. a newspaper, or bowls, they either didn't arrive or arrived a couple of hours later. In fact we found it better to call housekeeping for anything we needed as they were much faster than reception. Reception also didn't know the status of the pool, and gave us misinformation on a couple occasions. All in all though, I loved my stay at the Waldorf. Clean, comfortable and convenient - not much more you could ask for! Les mer

Fine hotel with good fitnessroom and a good breakfast. Standardroom very small and bed old and small. Dont take standardroom, if you are 2.
"Great location for Covent Garden"
Excellent stay. Staff were very attentive, we were able to sort a late check-out with no problem. Quickest ever check-in, we were greeted within seconds and our bag was in the room within minutes. Wonderful breakfast included. Our room was dated but very comfortable. Location for Covent Garden was great and it was a 20 min walk to Selfridges Oxford […] Street. Very pleasent stay indeed. Beautiful hotel, perfect location, rooms and staff were great, breakfast was lovely with great choice. We booked at a great rate too which made the experience even better.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Waldorf. The hotel is superbly located within very easy walking distance of theatres, Covent Garden and the South Bank. Rooms are large by central London standards and beautifully fitted out. Breakfast was fantastic. We had cause to complain due to the swimming pool temperature and the complaint was handled […] fabulously with professionalism, courtesy and more than adequate compensation. I did not get room for the first night because "the hotel was overbooked". Although this shouldn't happen it was not all that bad as I got moved to the Hotel next door and on the second night I got an upgrade to an executive room.

Easily the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked this as it was close to the Aldwych theatre, (it was next door) and I couldnt find ANY faults with it. The pianist in reception makes for a classic atmosphere. The reception staff couldnt do enough to help, same with the concierge. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and generally stunning. the hotel had a very grand exterior and very close to covent garden , with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from , the staff were excellent friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fab , the only thing that wasnt perfect was that the room was a little small but we will definately stay there again.

Hotel was in great location at he West End of London with walking distance to shows as well as Covent Garden, Traflager square, Westminster and Buckingham Palace. The hotel rooms were very modern and very very clean. The hotel food was excellent and the afternoon tea was wonderful. The service was great from the doorman to the servers.

The room was bigger than I was expecting for London. The bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size as well. We did not have too high of expectations but were happy with this choice. The room was clean, workers were nice, and had no problems booking things through the concierge. "Nice Hotel and Good Value"
Hotel is a historic building, yet rooms were updated to typical Euro standards. We had booked 2 rooms of the same category, and yet each had different layouts. This is typical for buildings converted to hotels. Tube stop of Covent Garden was closest, but this tube station is not one of the better stations. Vill man bo i West End med nära till allt,är detta hotellet för dig!Gångavstånd till slöt,man kan gå till Trafalgar Square på ca 5-10 min och närmsta station är Charing Cross Station. Hotellet är lyxigt och helt klart värt pengarna!
