It was very good value for money. Overall the cleanliness was excellent and the breakfast was nice, the staff also helped us with taxis etc. Our only problem was a stag party making noise and probably them setting a fire alarm off. We didnt sleep to well. It wasnt the hotels fault but maybe they shouldnt have family rooms and stag parties on the same […] floor. Les mer

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night in early April 2012. The hotel allowed us to check in early as we arrived around midday. We found the room to be very clean and really well kept - far better than what you would expect for the price. The breakfast was great with a good selection even for vegetarians. Would stay here again if travelling to Belfast

"Expensive and not quite four star"
The hotel is very central, but room was small for a four star, expensive for a double room per nite in April. leisure centre average. Could hear the man in the next room snoring. we were in room 333. overall rate as 3 star. Advantage is location, very central

Only stayed one night with my family but would definitely consider this hotel for longer stays in Belfast..

WE WERE ABLE TO PARK OUTSIDE ITS FREE PARKING ALL DAY SUNDAY . GREAT TO GET AWAY WITH A PARTNER OR AS A FAMILY,, POOL AND GYM FREE TO GUESTS . SERVICE EXCELLENT .. WILL STAY THERE AGAIN . SO CLOSE TO EVERYWHERRE .

Happy overall. Stayed 2 nights 2 adult and 2 boys 11-13 years old. Little confusion with free Wi-Fi in room. Leisure and swimming pool is good and staff members are perfect. Will stay again.

Very comfortable stay - 5 mins from bus station and city centre shopping, lots of amenities nearby. Lovely room with fridge, sofabed and lots of space - quiet too despite being on main road. Recommended.

Perfect location in city center, the room was very nice with a comfortable bed, and we loved the leisure center: good-size swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room... We had a great time and we would definitely book this hotel again if we come back to Belfast.

This hotel is convienently located in the city but it is not high on luxury etc. The room was clean but cold. The window in the room would not close. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was no iron in the room and you have to go to reception yourself to collect it. This hotel is fine if your only looking for somewhere to put your head down in […] but not spend time in it otherwise. Les mer

Rooms were about what you would expect for 4 star at the price you pay with no complaints. Parking is cheapest on the street at the meter if you are only staying one night. Town center and shopping is all within walking distance.

very good hotel with very friendly and helpful staff; great location in centre of city; would definitelystay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Belfast.

everything was fine until we tryed to get alseep as we were wokin up by a couple arguing in the hall proper shouting at the top of there voices.. Rung front desk to ask them to sort it out the fela said dats no problem NOTHING HAPPEND.. They only stoped after about an hour.. then people in next room came in and was basicaly the same didnt shut up shouting […] and just causing wracket.. a rung front desk again the fela said he will get it sorted again NOTHING HAPPEND.. they only stopped when a banged on there door n they shut up.. so overall rubbish service didnt care about the guests who paid to stay there.. this all happend around 4 didnt get back to sleep till about 6.. "Perfect Location for Shopping, Eating & Drinking"
Had wonderful stay in Holiday Inn, Belfast. I checked in, went shopping - the hotel was close enough to walk to shops and carry alot of bags back! That evening we had dinner in Nandos right next door, drinks across the road, a concert in the Odyssey and back to hotel for alot of fun at end of night. Pool and jacuzzi are amongst the cleanest I have ever […] encountered in a hotel. Bedrooms are spacious and beds very comfortable with pillow choices like the Hilton. A really great hotel experience! "Nice hotel but busy surroundings"
This is a nice hotel with all the facilities incl a decent gym and pool, but it is in a very busy area. I guess if you're looking for a central hotel then that's what you have to expect. Also I had a room on the 6th floor next to the lifts. If you want a good nights sleep and get offered one of these rooms then ask for a change. If not, you'll be wishing […] you had after the numerous 'ding-dong's' of the lift as people heading to their rooms in the early hours or down for breakfast just a few hours later. only stayed here for one night, nice modern comfortable hotel...didn't feel like a chain hotel...asked for milk fairly latish and member of staff brought some up for me - i like that...only thing i would suggest is breakfast is a bit expensive - like all hotels i suppose!! nice cafe very near by - harlem cafe does great breakfast - lots of decent places […] to eat in the area...i would definitely recommend this hotel... Had a wonderful few days in the Holiday Inn in Belfast. Very central, within walking distance of everything. Also a good base for visiting other counties in Northern Ireland. Would def recommend this hotel.
"Only one real complaint..."
Make no mistake, for a cheap hotel it's pretty nice. The room was lovely, the staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a pretty good standard. If you're looking for a place to stay, you can certainly do worse. My only real complaint was the lack of Internet access. They have Wifi available, but it certainly isn't cheap. These […] days, its reasonable to expect free wifi at hotels, at least in the lobby but you'll have to do without. The TV was also a pretty old SD CRT thing, which had a paltry 13 channels. This wouldn't have been an issue if it wasn't for all the leaflets and signs around the hotel going on about how their rooms have HD TVs with lots more channels. Still, I'm nitpicking really as TV doesn't interest me. The Wife and I were happy there and both agreed that the next time we visit Belfast, we'll probably stay there again. I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The hotel is in a good location about a 5 minute walk from City Hall and a 5 minute walk to the University District. There is a leisure centre in this hotel that guests can use, however for a newish hotel it seems quite run down with a lot of cosmetic damage. The room was a good size and clean, but the walls were […] paper thin and there was a lot of noise coming from rooms at both sides and the main hallway. Upon checkout I was not asked by the receptionist was my stay a pleasant one I have to raise the issue of the noise. This was my first stay at this hotel and I doubt I would stay here again unless there were no other hotels in Belfast available. Les mer

Great location - very central. Staff very helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Requested a travel cot and was happy to see a brand new, spotlessly clean cot which I was more than happy to put my child in.
Very nice hotel, with everything you could ever want accessable. Good location and close to city center. The only negative was that the girls in the reseption were not very friendly. Don't think, yet another generic chain hotel. This place is lovely. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent leisure centre. And a great price. Didn't have the breakfast but imagine it was as good as the rest of the stay. Try Morrisons bar across the road or Harlem Cafe down the road....

Room was fantastic - amazing black out shutters when we woke at 9am it was pitch black in the room! Food was very nice for breakfast and hotel in general was 1st class. Will definitely stay again.

This is an extremely comfortable hotel with great pool and gym facilities. The week I went I received excellent value for money! Most BnBs were more expensive and of course did not have the wonderful facilities. My room was spotless and decor very modern and welcoming although TV signal not always as clear as I would have liked. Could have also done […] with some info. on Belfast in the room as I had to scratch around in the lobby with some untidily stacked leaflets to find anything. Staff at the bar and room cleaning were very polite and non intrusive although reception staff at the gym and the lobby came across as a little abrupt and unfriendly. Duty manager however was very welcoming. I like to be welcomed with a smile and to be looked at as if you genuinely cared about my well being even if I am the fiftieth person you've welcomed that morning. All in all though I would say you will struggle to find a better base to stay for your trip to Belfast City for your comfort and convenience. Well done, Holiday Inn Belfast! Les mer
the hotel was in a good location but did not have its own carpark you had to park around the back in a multi store and it was 7 pounds which was a bit of a hike with kids and bags the pool was great and so was breakfast the family room was on the small side but comfie
Nice and relaxing room, very comfy bed, only windows could been cleaner. Breakfast was alright, food wasnt on heaters so eggs were all cold.As a coffee drinker I missed a nice cup of coffee this morning. Hotel generally - very cosy
