Helt topp hotell! Nytt og fint, store rom, god service, nydelig frokost(som ikke er vanlig alle plasser i Italia), bodde bare 1 natt, men kun 10 min fra flyplassen. Bor her gjenre igjen om vi skal tilbake til Firenze!

Superfresht hotel med nydelige rom og fantastiske senger. Det går direkte buss til Firenze sentrum rett utenfor hotellet som var genialt. Parkering var det også for alle gjester som var viktig for oss da vi hadde leiebil. Bor her gjerne igjen.

Very convenient if coming in from or going to the airport. Very clean and nice looking hotel inside. Restaurant food was very good. Fantastic breakfast spread included.

The room was designed in stylish way. It was clean, but compact especially the shower. The breakfast was good and the bus stops were very near. They provide umbrellas for customers in rainy day. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, mainly for the proximity to the airport. The hotel was clean and a high standard of service. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. My family and I only stayed one night in this hotel, but we had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were very clean & modern. The breakfast buffet was very good, with many food & drink options. The front desk staff was very helpful with any questions they had & they spoke English very well. Stayed only one night before flying out. Convenient to the airport but farther away from central Florence. The room was clean and comfortable. Free Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby area otherwise there was a charge for Wi-Fi in your room.

I LOVED this hotel! It was clean, and modern and was AMAZINGLY sound-proofed. You'd never know you were on a busy road! Only downside, it's a bit far from the City Center, (Duomo etc), but that was known previously, so not really a bad thing. The price of the hotel was about half of what one would pay to stay in the center of Florence. I am very picky when it come to cleanliness and I thought the hotel was very clean. A very good price for a good hotel. The location is just on the outskirts of Central Florence however the bus stop is right outide the hotel (you can but the tickets from reception) and it only takes 20 minutes to get into the centre. we had some friends staying in a hotel downtown for the same price. we chose this hotel instead though because of parking, though, and in the end i am so happy we did. we parked for free (when we were there, there was almost always space, and when there wasn't we could still park across the street for free) but also had pleasant, professional people […] helping us; we had a crisp, clean (maybe a little firm) bed; a roomy, strong shower; good lighting, a/c, basically a really nice stay. on top of that, the bus downtown came quite frequently and the big grocery store next door was nice for stocking up on italian food essentials on the way out of town. in italy, for the price we paid, it's all too easy to end up with a well-worn poorly appointed room--not the case here. We stayed 5 days in starhotel tuscan. It was a nice hotel in a nice area. Near the hotel there is a supermarket and in front of the hotel is a bustop that takes you to the centre. The hotel has a shuttle bus that takes you for free to the centre and we used this service many times while we sateyd. Super hotel, room was lovely, big and very clean. Reception staff very courteous and helpful, as were all the staff. Stayed for 1 night in July. Checkin and the room were very nice. Also has an added bonus of a Car park to leave hire-cars. Only improvement to make would be service in the hotel restaurant. It was very quiet and had to go to reception to get a waitress. Though once having meal all was well.

After staying at a few old world hotels in Venice and Rome, we realized we are not old world people. We loved the Starhotels - bright, clean rooms, soft linens and "normal" plumbing! We wish we would have stayed in Stahotels in Venice and Rome. We know for next time!

A one hour walk or crowded city bus ride to the center of Florence but the desk clerks were extremely helpful and professional. Great breakfast!

The hotel itself is excellent. It's very clean and modern. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would say however that it is a bit too far from the city centre to be convenient for a short trip. We took the city bus mostly. It's very frequent but takes about 20 minutes to get into town. The hotel was located very far from city center, which was OK, as bus travel to & for was free, but still time consuming. Rooms were OK, little smaller than we expexted. Staff were courtous and helpful. Breakfast was free in the morning and was amazing/best part of our stay. Overall a good hotel. I would give it 4/5

when we arrived we were immediately offerred to transfer down to their sister hotel the Michaelangelo (closer to downtown florence), don't know why? overbooked? anyway we went to the Michaelangelo and where I had requested (as per the room description on hotels.com) a room with a double and a single bed, we got a room with one queen size bed. ( the […] first room offerred was in front of the elevators!) upon settling in, it was a fairly convenient walk to everything touristy. Breakfast was included and on the first morning there was a woman in charge of the dining room who was yelling at all the staff ( behind closed doors however you couldn't miss her yelling...one of the other guests got up and told her to shut up!) she was quickly replaced and never seen again...anyway overall a clean and well situated hotel, I would shop around however before going back...hope this helps someone.. We read the reviews before we left and for the price you're paying it's unbelievable value. The hotel is slightly out of Florence just 10 minutes on the bus. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an excellent price without compromising on quality

We have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights last week. There was no aircondition- we open the window and had a sleepless 2 nights with a lot of muscitos and noise.Breakfast was very poor. Chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the airport (early morning flight). In hindsight this was a mistake - there's nothing around the hotel, the wifi is expensive and slow and the whole place feels a bit soulless. If you're looking for somewhere close to the airport I'd recommend staying in downtown Florence - by cab it's only 10mins further […] than this hotel but you'll have a better stay. Well this is a very well decorated hotel it is very clean and it looks good in the inside the people at the front desk are nice they are polite and corteous. Very comfortable and clean excellent value for money. There was a wide choice for breakfast.It was extremely easy to get into the centre of Florence using the bus that stops right outside the hotel - couldn't be easier. The free parking at the hotel was a bonus as we didn't have to worry about our hire car. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was very helpful and the room was beautifully appointed. I was sorry that I could enjoy the comfort for only one night. The neighborhood is not very inspiring if one wants to stroll in the vicinity. The hotel is relatively close to the airport which is convenient if one has to catch an early flight.
