overall not bad but upset that my requested early morning wake up call did not happen and I got stuck in a lift!

Hi, I have stayed in dozens of Hiton properties and this is no where close to anyone of them. The whole hotel needs renovation. I booked non-smoking room but it was not available when i checked in.

The hotel was easy to find, with good catering facilities, although the gym was a touch 'industrial'. The only real problem that I had with this hotel was the layout of the attached multi-storey carpark, which was very difficult to navigate, and I was only in a small hire car!

This Hotel has well trained staff who are so professional and are a threat to deal with. The rooms are a good size with a very good bathroom. The choice of food is fantastic and you would find it hard to beat. The swimming pool is very clean & so is the gym & changing rooms. This hotel has everything within a very short walk of it. Shops, Bars, Restaurants […] and beautiful walks. This hotel is so central with everything you want on it's door step. Les mer

Got the hotel for a good price, parking was £15, but the hotel is near Leeds centre, walking distance from train if arriving by train. Very convenient, expensive if paying full price but some good deals to be had.

the whole hotel experience was excellent,the staff were all nice and willing to go that extra mile for you.We had dinner at jaimie olivers restaurant which was about a five minutes walk from the hotel and that was fab.the whole weekend was a dream, i would definatley recommend it ,going again in july.

I expected more from a Hilton hotel i have stayed in other hotels around Leeds which are a lot better, i would not be staying there again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast, dinner and drinks in the bar and all the facilities was first class. We would go back again... Our one disappointment was that there was such a heavy charge for parking at thier own parking spaces..

Lovely clean hotel, very comfortable rooms and a nice bathroom. I was disappointed by the leisure facilities though - I stayed there as I wanted to use the pool and the gym, and both were postage stamp sized and extremely busy. Steam room was not even on the the sauna was smaller than the wardrobe in the room! However breakfast was excellent, and in […] a lovely room, and the bar area was nice and stayed open as late as we wanted. So I would recommend for conveinience, comfort and cleanliness, but maybe not if you want to work off your massive breakfast!!! Les mer

The hotel is absolutely fantastic. The room was very clean and stylish with a tasty decore and fitted air con. The bed provided the best nights sleep I have ever had in a hotel and it was surprisingly quiet as with being next to the train station I expected to hear some noise but the double window provided an effective barrier to block the noise out. […] The staff were excellent in providing high standards of service. The receptionist was very helpful with helping us find a local place to eat outside the hotel and the bar staff were great in providing a good standard of service when we got back for a drink or two before going off to bed. All that for the low prices offered through this website is an absolute bargain to be had, especially when you think some traveodge and premier inn rooms can cost anything up to £70.00! Les mer

Bar and reception area appear quite impressive but get into the corridors and rooms and everything is a bit tired looking. Nice big flatscreen TV but thats about all the room had going for it. The kettle/tea/coffee was hidden away in a drawer and you have to take out the whole tray then try and find somewhere to plug it in ??? Breakfast - buffet style, […] cold stuff was OK but hot food was cooked too far in advance and bacon and eggs were hard (even though I was down there just after 8am). I would have been very disappointed if I'd paid the £19 they charged as a standalone for it. Car park was extra £13.50 even though it belonged to the Hotel. Overall - not impressed, there' s lots of newer, cheaper and better hotels in Leeds centre so find somewhere else if you're staying in the city. Les mer

Receptionist not really organised or efficient. A few people complaining that they didnt get what they had booked. One floor for smoking rooms but nobody seem to have ash trays. Breakfast should have been included but they had us down as room only.

I love staying in the Hilton when ever I travel. Certainly weren't disappointed. Nice clean room, very friendly staff who made you feel at home from beginning to departure. Had dinner and breakfast at the hotel... dinner was really good and quite large portions - actually way to big if you're having a 3 course meal. Only thing that did annoy me […] was the breakout area, which is adjacent to the dining room. It was really noisy to the point that I had to move to table much further away. If I could change one thing to the hotel it would be to incorporate this section with the dining room and move breakout area further away. Les mer

room,service ,breakfast ,bar,facilities all top notch, first hotel i will check when i visit leeds next year.

Dated hotel with poor room maintenance & difficult/expensive parking. The telephone in our room did not work - we had to report problems using our mobile telephone. The air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy and could not be turned off. The staff had to turn the aircon off by switching off the power externally. This meant we had no way […] of turning it back on when the room became unberably hot during the night. The following morning we also found that the hair dryer did not work. We were offered use of another room 3 floors below. Overnight parking was extremely expensive - £14. The car park was very tight and likelihood of damage high - we were relived to get out without a scrape. There were also a very limited number of spaces, all but one was taken. Les mer

We stayed in the Hillton in Leeds for one night it was a lovely hottel but the only down fall was that we had top pay for parking the car in there car park wich was a extra we did not no we had to pay for. We only had one pillow to each bed with no ohter piullows in the room to use.

bra hotell med faciliteér som svimmingpool och gym, men för att vara hotell som hilton tycker jag det är dåligt att inte ens ha texttv på tv:n

Ganske godt hotel, der dog ikke helt levede op til de forventninger, der, for os, fulgte med Hilton-navnet. Værelserne var lidt slidte og specielt var vi skuffet over pool-området, der var småt og meget nedslidt. På plussiden kan fremhæves en lækker morgenmadsbuffet og generelt set er det et fornuftigt hotel til prisen.

Bra läge,väldigt väldigt prisvärt och Hilton-hotellen håller ju alltid bra standard. Kommer definitivt bo här nästa besök i Leeds också!!

Hyvin juna-aseman vieressä ja kävelymatkan päässä shoppailukaduista! Ystävällinen palvelu. "Allasosasto" = pienehkö allas ja postimerkin kokoiset sauna ja höyryhuone, muuten ok. Loistava aamupala! Suosittelen hotellia lämpimästi!

Trevligt hotell alldeles vid stationen . Vänlig personal ( med viss svårförfståelig accent ) Kanonfrukost . Man åt minst en timme . Vill ju ha alla sorter !

Great hotel. Perfect Location. Good value for money.
