Great place to stay for an overnight. Close to everything, but away from the busy downtown traffic. Good accomodations great breakfast...Would recommned to anyone....

The hotel needs some updating. Bathroom is tiny and the shower did not work good at all. We had to take a bath instead. The hotel needs new furniture also. In all not very pleased with our stay. Would not recommend.

Room was comfortable as well as the mattress. Have stayed there before and wouldn't hesitate to make reservations there again.

I stay here every time I travel in/out of Portland, very convenient five minutes from airport, but quiet, clean, comfortable.

Good basic hotel to spend a night. Close to Mall, good restaurants. decor and facilities are clean but basic

Bed was very comfortable, people pleasant excellent complimentary breakfast. Little more expensive than we had planned on paying.

Perfect location for shopping and choices of restaurants. Nice to have breakfast and quite substantial. MIssed the cider and cookies however!

The front desk staff and manager are incredibly friendly. Breakfast was solid. Bed was comfy. Great bargain!

My only disappointment was the size of the bathroom and the sink being in the "room" within sight of others. Made it uncomforatable to not have privacy while at the sink. The room was clean though and that is very important to me.

Good for a one night stay.the bathroom was very small, Sink was in the main room. Brekfast was good.

OK place - hard to find parking spot late at night since hotel was full. Sink handle squeaked. Good location to mall, airport and near downtown.

When I checked in it was late,about 9:00. I had been traveling since 5 a.m. I was hungry but the staff didn't know of a restaurant in the area that was open at that time. I found one on my own which by the way was the one pictured on the back of the envelope my room keys were in. If I mentioned the name of the hotel I would have gotten 10% off of my […] meal. Les mer

We were there for 2 days and the bed never got made. Also the toilet leaked a bit. Free breakfast was nice but the room it was held in was too small for the amount of people in the hotel.

We've stayed here before and chose to do so again because we knew we wouldn't be there long enough for the things that bother us to matter. There's only one elevator; the room is quite small; the toilet is too low; there aren't enough outlets for two people needing to charge computers and other electronics; and the breakfast was skimpy (my husband wanted […] a bagel but there were none to be had). On the positive side: the renovation of the lobby was a pleasant surprise and the coffee is good. Les mer

Good hotel, we often stay there when using the airport the next day - clean, efficient service. Wireless had some issues, but usually okay. We'd stay again.

Made reservations for a king size bed, however, was given 2 queens. Other than that, it was a great stay.

For a hotel during business travel, the location was convenient. The housekeeping services left a bit to be desired (left hair in the shower, left dirty wash rag on the sink, and we towel on the floor), but made the bed.

I had appointments in Portland and at the Maine Mall. The hotel was convenient to both, parking was close to my room, the included breakfast was more than adequate, and the room itself clean and adequate to my needs.

We stayed there two nights, once at the beginning and once at the end of our vacation. The first night was fine. Check in on the second night, August 12, was unfortunate as the two clerks were very inattentive and one was curt. The breakfast 'scrambled eggs' were odd, resembling a small yellow frisbee. The check-out person was friendly.

It was very clean and neat. It wasn't new but it was kept up. It had better than average bars of soap, shampoo and body cream. There was no conditioner which may be a problem for some. The sink had a light over it but we never found the switch. The bed was fairly comfortable. I didn't care for the short pillows but there were 6 of them so there was […] lots. We were late for breakfast but it looked like the usual fare. All in all, for the price, it was pretty good. Les mer

Served every purpose that we needed. My daughter had an early morning flight and mine was early afternoon. She was able to get up, shower and dress and take a shuttle while I was enjoying my coffee. I then had the room to my self for a later flight! My only complaint was that the tub drained very slow! Other than that, very satisfied!

I really enjoyed the stay in Portland very much. I like that we were close to IHOP. Walmart and the Maine Mall. The staff was very helpful and frendly.

Our stay was perfectly fine and we truly appreciated the free shuttle service. The location was good as we had a very early morning flight out the next following day. My only quibble was the costly charge for the brief long distance calls. I will purchase a calling card before I travel again. Hotel and staff were great. While they do not have a workout room on the premise, they did have complimentary passes to a very near by gym facility. The gym was a pleasant surprise....clean, all the equipment and weights that you could ever want and extremely well maintained.
