Everything was fine I only have 2 compliants. 1) The luggage cart room is in a very inconvenient location 2) My room didn't have a do not disturb hanger, so I called the front desk to tell them to let housekeeping know that I didn't want service. Rooms were nicely remodeled but they didn't replace the single pane windows especially those facing the main road. So there was quite a bit of noise. I enjoyed the hotel but thought the privacy of the rooms were odd. You can see straight through from the bathroom to the outside of the front door which was odd. We were in a king suite and the room was clean and well appointed, considering the room rates. Very convenient location, though the highway noise could be an issue for light sleepers. "Should have gotten more for what we paid."
The service at the desk was great, the service from the cleaning crew wasn't. The cleaning crew really needs to work on not blocking the walkway with their carts while the chat. I sent my son to get some items out the car, he said excuse me please, but both ladies didn't look at him nor move over for him to be able to step by. So I had to step out the […] room and shove him through them. I guess they got the point because one lady moved her. cart over. The rooms are fine, but the tv sucks; The air conditioner is loud so you have to turn the volume up and down. If the channel comes in fuzzy you have to flip it up then back to see if it cleared up. You can hear the traffic from the streets surrounding it. It is close to the mall and other places. For the price that we paid I had expected more, we have gotten more from from motel6. My initial room was "smokey" so I had to be moved to another room. There did not appear to be any onsite housekeeping services available at the hotel during the evening when I checked in. I loved the layout. The first room was a kitchenette/livingroom, with a door separating the bedroom. Plenty of room for a mom and three kids. The room was clean, freshly painted. A separate tv in both rooms, one for adults, one for kids. The problems: the couch (to sit) and beds (to sleep) were uncomfortable. We had the corner room which is right next […] to the interstate, so the traffic noise was loud all night long. For over night stays. "Thin walls but overall satisfied."
The hotel is beautiful; it's new and the rooms are almost like being at home...but the walls are THIN! I was in town with my child for a competition and a great night's sleep was a must, however, when our "neighbors" arrived after midnight, we heard everything, the cell phones going off, the constant laughing and talk of who was drunk. Needless to say […] we weren't rested. I didn't call the front desk due to the fact I was exhausted and the hotel wasn't busy and quite frankly I didn't want them to know it was me calling for safety reasons. The adjoining rooms obviously do not have anything but a thin wall of sheet rock between them. As this was disappointing, I would still consider staying here again. "Had to switch rooms, but OK"
Good place to stay for parents and two teenage sons. The bathtub in our first room would not drain, so they switched us. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.Virkelige gjesteanmeldelser

"Great Hotel to stay in"
We thought our stay was great here, but we have a warning to everyone shopping this hotel. The breakfast is not complimentary anymore as advertised on hotels.com. It is now $6.00 a plate for breakfast!!!!Virkelige gjesteanmeldelser

"Disappointed!!!"
Expedia advertises that the price includes a complimentary breakfast which it does not. The breakfast bar is now $12 per person. I informed the clerk at check-in that my stay included breakfast and I was basically told "Too bad! It doesn't!" This was very disappointing considering we always book a hotel with breakfast not only for the savings but also […] the convenience. The courtyard was very nice but the beds were not comfortable and the pillows were the worst. The bathrooms only had a small mirror that was not even big enough for my husband and I to share. The location may be very convenient but the noise of the traffic was very disturbing.
