Across the road from the Louvre, surrounded by cafes, bars and within a close walk of lafayette, opera and above the metro line. The staff were fantastic - welcoming and helpful. The hotel was so nice that when we arrived at the metro station and walked to the front door, i had to check the address to make sure we were in the right place, it was beautiful. […] We didn't have breakfast included and it was a little pricey but there were countless bars in the surrounding blocks so we always found somewhere to eat. Be wary of extra charges on your bill on departure. They charged us for use of the minibar which we had not used but they did correct the charge. Also a service fee added to tickets to attractions you may wish to buy a head of time and spend less time in the queues Good location. Easy to get to all sites you would like to see. Be wary of scam artists […] on the street pretending to find jewelry, offering it to you and then asking for money. Les mer

My husband stayed here for a few nights while in Paris on our way to a wedding in the south of France and couldn't have been happier with our choice! It was because of all the great reviews of this hotel that we decided to book, and we were pleased with the location of the hotel in relation to sightseeing attractions, restaurants nearby, etc. We ate […] at restaurants that the concierge recommended, and were very happy with all of those recommendations. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and the hotel room was clean and comfy (small bed room by US standards, but you are in Europe!) We did have an actual king bed, not one made by pushing two twin beds together, which was nice. The bathroom was a lot larger than I am used to seeing in European hotels. Overall- great hotel that we would definitely stay at again in the future! Les mer

We spent four days here and really loved it. The room was great, and the staff and Concierge went out of their way to help us have a great stay. The Concierge was able to get us tickets to the Moulin Rouge, which we were not able to do before we left home. The neighborhood was safe and fun, and the Metro was right there. This hotel has a great location and a super staff. My daughter got sick and needed a doctor 2 days into our stay. The hotel concierge found an English speaking doctor and he was at the hotel within an hour. The only down side was the Junior suite had a separate room for the toilet not connected to the bathroom. It was a bit strange.

We stayed a week for our 10th anniversary. Upon arrival at 9:00am, they checked us into a lovely junior suite. I expressed disappointment that our view was of the inner "courtyard", and we asked if they had a room with a view. We went out exploring and when we returned that afternoon, we had been moved into another beautiful suite with a wonderful view […] of the Comedie Francaise. We loved everything about the room and the staff. The location is fantastic! We walked everywhere! There are so many cafes & restaurants in the area. We walked to nearly every meal and never ate at the same place twice. We would definitely stay at the Hotel du Louvre again! Les mer

This was a beautiful clean hotel in a central location. Metro station was literally outside the front entrance. Very close to stops for both city and tour busses, as well as the stop for the Batobus (ferry that runs a circuit around the river). The a/c was broken for our 3 day stay and no compensation was allowed. The rooms were much smaller than the pictures on the website. We have been to Europe before and know the rooms are small so that is why we picked this hotel.

Originally chose this hotel for room size, location, and price, but upon arrival and sightseeing, we realized that location is only so so. What I mean is that if you stay here you are near the Louvre and Notre Dame, but far from the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triumph. Likewise if you stay near the Eiffel, you are far from the Louvre, so nothing is really […] central in Paris. The size was nice for Paris, but the AC was poor and I was constantly hot, so in retrospect I'd prefer a small room with properly working AC. We realized the price is pretty average after meeting and talking to other visitors whose rooms were in better locations and more luxurious for the same price. The most obnoxious part was that we got the distinct feeling we were being made fun of by some of the staff. There were chuckles and the word Americans overheard many times. We did nothing to provoke this from the staff as we are world travelers who do our best to represent our country in a positive light. I feel that the staff perpetuated the stereotype of the rude Frenchman who hates Americans! Les mer

Great hotel stay over all! The Staffs were very helpful with all the arrangements!

Hotel is at the center of Paris with the Louvre at the entrance of the hotel. The main metro line station arrives at the back door of the hotel. It is central to all of Paris and so convenient to travel by metro. The rooms are nice a little small for American standards. Halls could be cleaner but rooms are good. Service was good except for one concierge, […] a woman by the name of Rommy (spelling?). She was one of the worst service providers I have ever encountered at a hotel desk. She was rude and was disinterested in providing service to me, my wife and others in our party. She would not look up restaurants for us and suggested a restaurant by pointing out the door and down the street and you will find it. The other concierge and I worked with 2 others were kind and very helpful. They used the hotel's resources to locate restaurant reservations and provided maps for locations. One even went as far at to walk outside and give specific directions to the place. I think the hotel was a great place to stay and I recommend the location. Stay away from Rommy. Les mer

Fabulous hotel with very comfortable rooms. The location is right outside the main entrance to The Louvre and so everything is walkable distance. We did not eat in the hotel, but drinks in the bar were VERY expensive. All in all a fabulous hotel whihc met all expectations and requirements for a few days in the City of Lights

Very clean and also very quiet despite being on the plaza next to le Louvre.

Really friendly staff, nice big room, perfect location. If the Charles De Gaulle airport staff was one tenth as nice, we'd go to Paris more often.

The hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful.

вежливый персонал, хорошее обслуживание, в целом довольны. На завтрак лучше приходить пораньше - много народу и официанты не успевают доносить еду. В остальном - замечательно!

出張で利用させてもらっていますが、場所は非常に便利。 建物はフランス全体にいえますが　ここも例外でなく　とても床に段が有ったりとても、古いです。 ヒーターも　効きが悪かったです。 従業員の質や笑顔等挨拶などはレベルが高いと思いました。 もっと酷いところは幾らも有りますが　ここの朝食も　レベルは　低かったです。 全体的には　お値段の割には　お値打ちかなぁ　と 思いました。

7泊してルーブル、オルセー、ギメ、ヴェルサイユ、オペラバスティーユ、ムーランルージュその他観光スポット等巡りを楽しんできました。立地はメトロ駅にも、サントノレのショッピング通りにも近く、期待した通りでした。 しかしホテルの部屋はとても狭いもので、ベッドがあるだけの印象です。特に椅子が背もたれのないものが一脚だけで、部屋で休息しようとしてもベッドの上で寝転がるしかないという、惨めなことになりました。 紹介のどの写真でももう少しは立派そうな椅子が見えていたのですが、どうも自分を見てここに案内されたのかな・・・。

Ideaal hotel om de stad te verkennen. De ligging naast het louvre en de metro aan de deur zorgt voor een uitstekende uitvalsbasis. Mooi en verzorgt hotel waar je als gast op uw wenken bedient wordt. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

とにかく立地がいいです。ルーブル美術館は目の前ですし、メトロの駅もすぐ横で移動も楽です。 駅は隣りですがスーパー(モノプリ)も徒歩圏内です。 オプションツアーを企画しているC社の集合場所にも歩いていけるため、朝早いツアーの参加も楽でした。 ホテル内は趣きのある造りです。ツインの部屋に宿泊しましたが、広さはあるのでスーツケースも開けやすいです。 設備は初日にリンスがありませんでした。湯船は足もしっかり伸ばせるくらい広く、お湯の出もいいです。使用したグラスは片付けてくれましたが、チェックアウト前日まで補充されず･･･。日本人が多く利用するからか、日本語でホテル案内が置いてありました。特別サービスを用意しましたと記載があり、「着物(半袖で薄手のバスローブ、どちらかというと浴衣)・日本のニュースのプ […] リント・マリアージュフレールの紅茶(アールグレイインペリアル、初日のみで補充なしでした)」などでした。ビーサン型のスリッパもありました。 朝食は美味しかったです。チーズが豊富です。オレンジジュース･グレープフルーツジュースはしぼりたてな感じでした。日本食コーナーがありますが、置いてあるものは微妙・・・。「カップラーメン・インスタントみそ汁・サーモン・カットされたキュウイフルーツなど」でした。ご飯もあったようですが、私が利用した時はまだ出てなかったようです。 NHKが映りますが、たまに受信できなくなるのか消えます。 Les mer

Globalement accueil souriant et compétent. Mais il est grotesque de voir fumer sur le trottoir devant la porte à tambour un groupe de dames en manteau de fourrure et bonnet devant cet Hotel entièrement non-fumeur. Un espace fumeur pourrait être réservé, car il m'a été très désagréable de devoir fumer sur le trottoir....

Auf jedenfall keine 5 Sterne! Zimmer und Bad definitiv renovierungswürdig. Für den Preis zu wenig Komfort!

地下鉄の駅、バス停、タクシー乗り場が全て近くルーブルもオペラ座も徒歩圏内。ただし地下鉄が走っている時間帯は音が響いてくる。朝ジョギング用のミネラルウォーターのサービスあり。朝食ビュッフェの和食はカップ麺。

立地のよさに加え、サービスが素晴らしい。中庭に面したスイートは眺めはいまいちだが、欠点はそれだけ。フランス人らしからぬ、フレンドリーで細やかなサービスは、きっと我ら日本人の琴線に触れるかと思う。娘と妻にはマカロンを、私にはワインのフルボトルを二本。まったく予想だにしない特典には新鮮なおどろきが。またルーブルまで歩いていけるので、それらをメインに観たいと言う方にはとくにおすすめ。昔は福沢諭吉が泊まったというクラシカルさにも好感がもてる。オプショナル・ツアーのマイバス社に近いのも年配の方にはいいだろう。コスト・パフォーマンスに優れた一流ホテルだと思う。

お部屋の広さ、見晴らしのよさ、スリッパの心地良さ、立地、建物の趣、どれも素晴らしかったです。 またパリに行くなら、ここに泊まりたいと思います。

Room was small, bathroom was ok (but I think most of the hotels in Paris are the same if you dont want to pay 400 eur per night !) .The location of the hotel was perfect. Two minutes to Louvre, lot of cafes and restaurants in 5-10 minutes walk just ask the staff, they were very helpful with good spoken english

今回ジュニアスイートに宿泊しましたが、ネットは無料で使えたし、寝室とリビングに分かれていて快適に使用する事ができました。水周りもリニューアルされたばかりで、とてもきれいで良かったです。 パリらしい小さなバルコニーからは、オペラ座が見えて本当に素敵な眺めでした。今回宿泊したのは549号室でしたが、落ち着いた内装でくつろぐ事ができました。 テレビも日本のＮＨＫが入っていて、楽しむ事が出来たのでよかったです。また、ルーブルにも近くて行き来が楽だったし、ホテル横から地下鉄にも乗れるので、移動も楽チンでした。 ぜひまた泊まりたいホテルです。

メトロの駅から階段をあがればすぐ、ルーブルのお向かいという便利な立地でした。夜になればオレンジ色の照明に輝いて美しく、歩き疲れて帰ってくる時にはウットリしました。 一歩外にでれば、カフェがいっぱいで、どのカフェに行くか悩みました。近所に和食や中華のお店があるのも心の支えになります。 お部屋はイメージしたとおりのパリらしい赤系の部屋で、水まわりも若干お風呂の水捌けが悪かったぐらいで問題はありませんでした。バスタブもあり、タオルウォーマーもあり助かりました。 フロントには感じのいい日本語のお上手な男性がいて、彼がいる時を見計らって、湯沸しポットなどお願いしました。 無料でwi-fiが使えたことは想像以上に便利でした。 ひとつ困ったことは、ロワッシーバスのバス停からの移動手段。バス停に着いてから、 […] 地図を見ながらがたがたする歩道をスーツケースを押して歩くのが辛かった。帰りはメトロを使いましたが、これがまた、階段の上り下りが辛かった。普通に歩くと遠くない距離だけどタクシーを使うべきかな。 しかし、行き帰りの不便さより、私は滞在中の立地と居心地のよさのよさをとります。次もこのホテルに泊まりたいです。 Les mer

ロケーションは申し分無く、非常に便利です。 以前はNovotel Les Hallesに滞在しておりましたが、全般的にこちらの方が良いと思われます。 今回の部屋は内側向きに部屋でしたが、外向きの部屋ならより環境が良いのではないかと思われます。

Hotellet var alt for dyrt i forhold til kvaliteten og det selv når beliggenheden er taget i betragtning. Der bliver tydeligvis sparet på alt af hensyn til fortjenesten og det hele har et fornæret præg.

とても満足の行くホテルでした。 特に立地が最高です。地下鉄の駅も近く、ツアーの集合場所にも近く、ルーブル美術館も目の前です。パリの街を散策しながら、何度も部屋に戻って荷物を置いて、また出かけるという使い方ができました。 お部屋もとっても快適でした。 日本から来るということを分かって頂いていたのか、チェックインして部屋に入ると、日本語の説明文と、日本茶が用意されていました。また、ホテル特製のマカロンも用意されていましたが、これがとてもおいしかったです。 次回、パリに行く時にも、絶対にこのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。 気になった点 ・ミニバーのビール（ハイネケン350ml)が1本１０ユーロはさすがに、高いと思います。 ・マカロンが1泊目だけのサービスというのが、残念でした。 ・壁のスイッチで […] 消えるはずのランプが消えず、コンセントを抜かないと消えないランプがあったのが、不思議でした。代わりに、パソコンを接続したコンセントの電源が、壁のスイッチで切れてしまいました。部屋の模様替えをされたばかりだったのかもしれません。。。。 Les mer
