Hotel Lutetia - Paris

Topp beliggenhet - meget pent lokalmiljø med kort vei til alt i fantastiske Paris. Hotellet har et eksklusivt preg fra tidligere dager - godt vedlikeholdt. Hyggelig betjening - stor grad av luksus. Kan trygt anbefales - ikke siste gang jeg bor der.

Vi er lokale med bakrunnsinformasjon, og det oppfylte våre forventninger.

April 2011. Vi har brukt hotellet tidligere og vet at beliggenheten, service etc. er toppen. Denne gang var temperaturen i Paris uventet høy og vår suite hadde ettermiddagssol, noe som gjorde det ulidelig varmt på rommet. Luftkondisjoneringen fungerte ikke. We had an updated deluxe room with balcony on the 6th floor. Front desk staff were pleasant but Concierge desk was "hit or miss" with both knowledge and friendliness. It was our anniversary so the front desk sent up a complimentary bottle of wine and some candies which was a nice touch. The only downsides were the king bed was not a real king but 2 […] twins pushed together which made it a bit uncomfortable for a couple trying to stay close and they were still in "heating" mode so the hotel was quite warm. We had to sleep with the terrace doors open which cooled the room but brought in the traffic noise. Overall though, I would stay again. Les mer

We stayed at a 3 star hotell nearby. Didn't like it. So we cancelled that and went here. We saved 300 € per night by using Hotels.com. Exelent hotel, Metro accross the street, Le Bon Manche a few steps away. Don't miss theirs brasseri in the corner. We ate both lunch and dinner there.

It is a shame for Paris city authorities to rate this hotel as 4*!!!! worth 2 max If you are looking for comfort and cleanliness pls avoid this hotel Only good point is location

Stately hotel with old world charm and the very best location for shopping on the left bank. The best bakery in the world is around the corner. I love this section of Paris, and would highly recommend this clean hotel with very comfy beds.

Everyone was super nice and helpful. I lost my wallet and Frank, at the concierge was beyond helpful. The hotel was in a great area, nearby great shopping and restaurants . Metro was literally across the street for easy transit. Cabs at the corner at all times. Would definitely stay here again Elyse F

They need to remodel the bathrooms .... very old and inconvenient!

She is very aged and resting upon her laurels, Understaffed, lost her Elegance but not her charm! She needs more than a little putty and paint to make her what she ain't !! One can sense her past elegance but the owners must invest in this property to justify her rack rates otherwise she is doomed to sell her rooms at great discounts....definitely a […] real piece of Parisienne history. Perfect location, easy access to metro and wonderful service. The rooms need some updating. But overall comfort was great.

Great stay, large room for european standards, great neighborhood!

Arrived at 1 PM but room would not be ready till 3PM. Returned after lunch and still had to wait. Desk offered us free drinks at the cafe. The room was spacious and well appointed. The beds were comfortable but bathroom was a little cramp.The WiFI service was average. The concierge service was excellent. Made all of our restaurant reservations and got […] Museum tickets. when i first checked in, we were given on the 1st floor in the back. it was tiny with no view and was told this is the best they can offer. when i went back down to the front desk, they suggested i could get a corner suite for a bit extra per nite. when i saw the room, i couldnt resist. it was the type of room that would probably go for huge money during […] peak season so i took it. only problem is that the room smelled like a sewer and i was told it was due to old plumbing. since i had two balconies, i left the doors open and the odor was less noticable. if i can get the same room at the same rate with no odor, i would definitely return! Make sure you choose your room carefully. The rooms overlooking Blvd. Raspail are very nice but somewhat noisy if you have your windows open. The quiet rooms have a courtyard view. This time for some reason we received an extremely small room, about half the size as the normal, the small rooms are OK but very cramped even by Paris standards.

The hotel is, unfortunately, going through a deep restyling, and the management seems not to dare to close some floors while working. Hammers started to make noise in the room next to mine at 8.30 AM, to stop at 10AM... Indeed, when I complained the offered me the bottle of sparkling water I had taken from the minibar, but for such a high standard hotel […] I'd expect something different ... Les mer

Enjoyed our stay. Out first room was a bit threadbare and we moved. The second was better but hardly the standard I would have expected. Overall, the stay was great - thanks mostly to an attentive staff, a great lobby bar and a great location. The infrastructure could use updating.

There is no parking outside the hotel so you have to double park before the concierge arranges the valet parking, which worked well. Art Deco style is fresh and the room was a good size and comfortable with international standard en suite facilities. However, the hotel bar and restaurants are expensive - much better to seek out good local cafes of which […] there are many. The metro entrance is very close but you can reach the Louvre, Notre Dame, Musee D'Orsay, Champs Elysee on foot if you have comfortable shoes. Boulevard St Germain bustleing with life and good cafes. We had a beautiful room and very well-equipped bathroom. It is in our favorite Paris neighborhood, and we did not want to leave!

clean, big room but very old; deinitely needs everything updated refused to extend checkout time few people available, especially late evenings

I was told by a friend to make sure we got a renovated room. After booking on Hotels.com I called the hotel to make sure the room rate we paid was for a newly renovated room. I was assured it was. It was also suggested that we look at the room assigned before luggage was sent up. Our room was on the top floor, facing towards Notre Dame - the room itself […] while 'newish' showed real signs of use and hardly looked recently renovated. The one feature this room did have was a great platform balcony - and in the summer I may have been tempted by that to keep the room. I asked for a change - shown a room on the 2nd floor over the looking the street - and the room was excellent. Recently redone, comfortable with plenty of closet and drawer space. Paris I've learned over the years is very quirky when it comes to hotel rooms and ratings so I keep my own list of where to stay and more important where to avoid. This hotel is on the stay list! Excellent établissement, le restaurant et la brasserie sont au même niveau. Le rapport qualité prix, l ambiance musicale du bar permettent de passer de bons moments sur place. Les magasins sont proches.

Confort basique de la chambre standard, salle de bain ridiculement petite, écran TV timbre-poste. Literie de qualité, et chambre sur cour très calme. Espaces communs et bar de l'hôtel très agréable mais l'ensemble n'est cependant pas au niveau attendu pour un établissement 4*. Le meilleur attout reste le quartier, parfait pour les visites possibles […] à pied (Notre Dame, Ile Saint Louis, Centre Pompidou,...) et le shopping ! Les mer

Chambre confort mais au dessus de la discothèque. Bruit assourdissant jusqu'à une heure du matin.

Nous avons adore l'ambiance Jazz le soir au bar de l'Hotel. L'atmosphere annees folles. La proprete des chambres. La situation proche de St Germain des Pres et du metro. Je revais d'y aller. Nous y retournerons.

2011年12月に5泊しました。サンジェルマンデプレが好きなので選びましたが、期待以上によいホテルで、次回も絶対にここに泊まろうと思います。 まず、立地のよさ。周囲には左岸の素敵なお店が多く、ショッピングや散策に最適です。老舗デパートのボン・マルシェも目の前ですから、荷物が多くなればホテルに置きに戻れ、とにかく便利でした。地下鉄もホテルのすぐしたから出ていますので、どこへでもアクセス至便です。 部屋はデラックスルームを予約しましたが、パリのホテルとしてはびっくりするほど広く、おそらく30畳はあったと思います。もしかしたらアップグレードしてくれたのかもしれません。スーツケースや衣類はたっぷり収まるウォークインクローゼットともう1つクローゼットがありました。水周りが若干古いのが唯一の難点かもしれませんが、清潔にしてありますし、不便はありませんでした。アメニティは […] Annick Goutal です。 受付では、かわいい女性が「こんばんは」と日本語で挨拶してくれました。ロビーや部屋はアールデコの装飾でとてもパリらしい雰囲気です。お部屋に入ると、ソファーセットのテーブルに、welcome スイーツボックスがホテルGMのメッセージつきで置いてあり、感動！3段ボックスにフィナンシェとマシュマロが入っており、これがとても美味しかった！嬉しい心遣いですね。 1階のサロンは遅くまで人で賑わい、とてもいい雰囲気でした。フランス人にも愛されているホテルと思います。立地条件、部屋の広さ、適度なサービスからみて、観光でもビジネスでも申し分ないと思います。次回も絶対にここに泊まります。 Les mer

Accueil chalereux, personnel au petit soin, bar, buffet et restaurant de qualité, avec en plus une animation culturelle le soir ou certains après-midi de haut niveau.

beaucoup de goût et de respect pour le passé (façades et l'intérieur) mélangé et complété avec des exigences hôtelières d'aujourd'hui. Chambres équipées pour le plus exigent, Surfaces importantes pour l'accueil/ le bar/ la brasserie/ le restaurant étoilé, sympathiquement aménagées. Je reviendrai

コンコルドチェーンのなかでもグレードの高いホテルであり、概ね満足度は高いです。 メトロの駅もホテル直下にあり、コンコルド、サンラザール駅に一本で行けるなど交通至便です。 唯一、連泊中部屋のミニバーでミネラル１本（€７）を半分ほど空け、残りをミニバーに戻しておいたところ、ハウスキーパーにもって行かれてしまったこと、およびチェックアウトの際、これのみならず、前の宿拍者（と思われる）の費消分まで請求されてしまい、若干後味の悪さが残りました。

Dependencias gerais mal conservadas e varioas vezes desligavam um dos dois elevadores gerando muita espera para subir ou descer. Academia de ginástica piorou muito em relação a estadia anterior pois estava sem ar condicionado sem agua e com alguns aparelhos em mau estado de conservação. Equipe de limpeza dos apartamentos gentil e eficiente.

La chambre standard est petite et très moyenne, la chambre superieure est plus confortable mais certains points laissent à désirer notamment l'entretien de la salle de bains .

Un hotel avec une âme

je suis un habitué de l'hôtel, j'apprécie la qualité du service et les chambres rénovées qui sont du meilleur goût. L'emplacement est idéal, au coeur du quartier latin.

Lever inte upp till deras 4- stars! Servicen är välldigt dålig! Tog 20 min att få upp väskan från receptionen till mitt rum, fick ringa 3 ggr! Hadde själv en tid att passa. Dom är dåliga på att svara i telefonen när man ringer från rummet!

excellent sejour

une chambre spacieuse, une literie super confortable et une vue imprenable sur la tour eiffel, en 1 mot magnifique. Par contre, on a pas pris de petit déjeuné, à cause du prix, de 26€ à 35€ pour un oeuf à la coque, c'est un peu du vol! j'ai demandé un seul café en chambre (10€) mais jamais arrivé! heureusement!
