Fint hotell med utsikt over Paris. Flybuss stopper like ved, Flere resturanter og cafeer like ved. Ca 15 min å gå til Triumfbuen. Kort vei til metro. Dyrt å spise og drikke på hotellet. Hotellet har i 33 etg en sky bar med god utsikt. Meget stive priser, men fint sted å sitte. Innsjekking først kl 15:00.

Veldig bra beliggenhet for de som reiser med Ryanair ,fordi fra Beauvais til Paris bussen stopper rett foran hotelet. Bra restauranter i området rundt hotelet. På hotelet kunne vært kjempe fint med vannkokeren på rommet.Ellers hotelet var bra.Hadde utrolig fint utsykt fra rommet.Hotelet ligger ikke sentralt men det vær lett å ta T bane eller drosje. Perfect location and easy to find when you're walking as it's one of the tallest buildings around. If I visit Paris again I will definitivly book the same hotel.

Lite sjarmererende service, men dette er jo Frankrike, så i forhold til resten av Paris var det bra. Hotellet fremstår som et Internasjonalt hotel med god kvalitet. Det mangler det hjemmekoselige, men beligenheten er meget bra og servicen fungerer selvom den som sagt er lite sjarmerende, men dette er vel heller et Fransk/Paris problem.

Svært professjonell betjening, store rom, eksepsjoenll utsikt: Paris!!! Buss til CDG-flyplassen rett utenfor hotellet. Metro, RER og buss i umiddelbar nærhet. Stedet ligger et par hundre meter fra Triumfbuen.

Flott hotel, hadde en kjempe fin helg, noe minus var at vannet skiftet fra kaldt til varmt, varmt til kaldt når man dusjet, + styr una minibaren, dra ned til butikken over gata og kjøp drikke der, sky-baren har en kjempe utsikt over paris, nydelig og sitte der, men heller ikke ett sted og drikke noen øl, betalte 45 Euro for 2stk 0,33l heineken. Hotellet ligger bra til ift det meste og med sine 33etasjer er det utsik over HELE Paris uansett hvilket rom dere får. Dette får dere på Concorde La Fayette: 1.24 timers roomservice 2.Consierge 3. Kjøpesenter 4. Nattklubb 5. T-bane 1. Her kan dere altså bruke hele dagen ute på tur, og om dere ikke spiser på en lokal resturant så kan man ta seg et bad […] å bestille mat til rommet HELE døgnet. 2. Consierge er ganske ukjent for oss kalde normenn, men i tilegg til å fikse bagasje, taxi, parkering, så ordner de praktisk talt ALT skal du på show og resturant? De ordner ALT... 3. Kjøpesenter..... Mine herrer La Fayette ligger inngikk et kongressenter, kjøpesenter, og kino. Så er man uheldig og regnet PØSER ned... Bare å gå inn på kjøpesenteret. 4. Nattklubb. Orker du ikke å reise rundt å lete etter en bra klubb, så er det en under kongressenteret + at om du er med madammen anbefales det å sitte oppe i Panoramabaren med fantastisk utsikt i 33egt. Men reserver bord, og husk at det et relativt dyrt. Her kan dere på kvelden se Eifeltårnet glittre en time før det slukker for natten. 5. T-bane. Det er et svært organisert og tilgjengelig å bruke t-banenettet i Paris og man går rett ned til denne ifra hotellet via kjøpesenteret. Dette hotellet er dermed et svært godt utgangspunkt for en weekend i Paris og anbefales dermed på det varmeste. Les mer

The only complaint I have about this hotel is the WiFi quality: very slow and very difficult to connect to.

The hotel was really nice and I will definitely stay there again. It's easy to get to all the sights and there are nice restaurants in the area. Also, the bus terminus for the shuttle service to Paris Beauvais is right outside the hotel. However, if you're the kind of person who likes to have a meal in the hotel, or enjoys a drink from the mini-bar, […] or if you're expecting a view of the Eiffel Tower, be warned. Every extra frill in this hotel comes at a high cost. Even when my boyfriend and I were dying of thirst, we'd postpone hydration until we were out of the hotel. The mini-bar was way too expensive! We also ate out at the restaurants nearby as room service and the hotel restaurants were too expensive to justify. If you want a room facing the Eiffel Tower, be prepared to pay an extra charge per night. I had better not post the specific rate in case it changes. In fairness, I actually like their approach of charging high prices for the frills while keeping the overall room price relatively low. When you're in Paris, you want to be out enjoying the city anyway! Les mer

Club Room amenities include breakfast, tea (4 to 6), and bar drinks until 10 PM. Everthing about the hotel was great EXCEPT for checkin. First we were told our room wasn't ready (this was about noon to 1:00, so this was not expected). At 3:30 we were told it STILL wasn't ready but they could put us in a "superior" room on the 7th floor so we could […] "rest" while awaiting our permanent room assignment, along with a "chit" for two free welcome drinks in the Club Room bar. The 7th floor room was noisy (construction hammering, etc.), so I search though all the papers I had taken, including my original confirmation (thank you previous stayer for alerting me to this possible problem), and marched back downstrairs to be transferred to a club room immediately, and to speak to the manager if that was not possible. It was possible, and we immediately were given a room on the 29th floor. Following that fiasco (my husband didn't think it was that bad a deal, but I was furious!), the remainder of the week was wonderful. It was rainy, but the lower shopping center entrance to the Metro was great and kept us dry. Later, we took the train to Versailles and the train station was just across the street from one of the metro exits. It was a great trip. Les mer

Great views of Eiffel Tower and City, lots of good restaurants & Cafes nearby. Close to Metro on main line to most Sites of interest. Very comfortable bed but decor a iittle tired.. Bathroom and shower disappointing for a 5 star hotel, and A/C not working.

We stayed at the Hotel Concorde La Fayette and we were pleasantly surprised. Its nearest station is Porte Maillot about a 3 minute walk from the hotel, thus providing quick and easy access on the metro to all main areas. If you want to see paris a bit more like we did, you can easily take the bus 82 which, again, is about a two minute walk from the […] hotel and goes to some of the main sights like Tour Eiffel and Hotel Les Invalides without taking a long time - about 15 minutes by bus. The Arc Du Triomphe is also about a ten minute walk as well as the Champs Elysees. Overall, the location of this hotel is absolutely perfect if you don't mind taking transport or walking for about 10/15/20 minutes to some of the sights. We had a hotel room on the 22nd room which had a beautiful view - unfortunately though we asked for a view of the Tour Eiffel beforehand, when we got to the hotel we were told in order to get the view we need to pay 22 euros per person and after much deliberation we decided not to pay for that view. So just be aware of the fact that you will have to pay extra for it. We instead nevertheless had a lovely view of the Sacre Coeur, which especially during the evenings, looked absolutely beautiful. The numerous receptionists and the concierge were on hand to help with any information that we needed such as how to get to sights and were very professional and friendly - definitely very pleased with their attitude. The hotel is situated next to a mall centre which has a lot of shops and supermarkets so it is very convenient. I will say however, that I did think t was a little on the expensive side but as I stayed for two nights only, I did not mind in the slightest. Overall, I was extemely happy with this hotel and if ever I go away to Paris, this will be the hotel that I will go back to. I would seriously recommend this hotel to anybody and I hope the customer satisfaction will be the same for anybody who goes there as it was for me. Les mer

Poor service provided , not even a coffe maker provided in the room . Hotel asked for fees to charge my mobile telephone . level of carpet and toilet facilty are very old and in pad conditions.

The rooms are disgusting, stained carpets, stained walls, mould in the bathroom & very small. There are no cheap, decent or friendly cafes or bars in the area & nothing to do unless you have millions to spend at the grossly overpriced, over heated shopping centre attached. The hotel tried to overcharge me 84 Euros on checkout. When I asked why, the […] rude woman on Reception said it was Mini Bar. I didn't drink anything from the mini bar & she just kept sayingf, "but it's on the computer, you must pay". She refused to send anyone to the room to check the fridge, told me to sit & wait. I waited half an hour & no-one did anything, no-one came over to me to say they were looking into it, they just ignored me. A complimenatry coffee might have been nice while they made me wait. I left after half an hour to eat outside the hotel & came back 2 hours later, they still hadn't checked the fridge. I demanded to see the Manager, an American, who was also extremely rude. They agreed to waive the charge, but I will watch my Credit Card bill because I'm unsure they did waive it. I have been to Paris many times & stayed at some lovely friendly hotels & never experienced the rudeness I did at this hotel. This was horrible. Because there is a Convention Centre attached, & many of their clients are obviously business people who don't keep track of what they use from th mini bar, & are travellinng on Expense Acounts & don't scrutinise their Bills, this hotel gets away with fraudulantly over charging, & they don't care. NEVER AGAIN ! Next time in Paris I'll stay somewhere where they care about guest services & don't treat foreigners lke complete idiots. I won't pay for things I don't use & would NEVER recomendd this hotel. Thge whole hotel was grossly overheated, about 35 degrees. I had the air conditioner in my room on the coldest seting but still couldn't cool the room, it was like a sauna, impossible to sleep in the heat. Nice View, although wasn't given the Eiffel Tower side I requested. Still could see the Arc. Hotel rooms a bit small, and very expensive ($9 for toast to be brought to your room). Apart from that it was clean and well maintained.

Hotel lobby was very nice. However, hallways to rooms had dated worn carpet. Although bathroom in room had updates (tile, fixtures, counter tops, sink) there was quite a bit of water damage to ceiling. Paint was peeling over shower. Bathrrom smelled of mildew espeically in shower and on counter tops. The room in general was very dated. Carpet was […] worn and didn't look clean. Room decor was very dated (circa 70's). Hotel location is great, can either walk or get subway quite quickly to all the main spots. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Free wifi too. The Panoramic bar was still closed for renovations unfortunatelely. Only negative point would be that the hall ways were a bit dated, but it looked like some of the lower levels had been renovated. It´s been a great experience to stay a few days in this hotel, especially for the good reception service which automatically provided us a room with great views to the Eiffel Tower. One recommendation would be to renew the rooms to a much modern style matching better with a 4 stars hotel.

Newly renovated superior rooms are fine but definitely not the unrenovated standard classic rooms. The unrenovated standard classic rooms are really dated, so it's definitely worth paying extra for the renovated superior rooms. Lobby and common corridors need renovation. I have not checked out the rooms in le meridian which is just across the street, […] but lobby at le meridian seems to be newer. Standard room rates are the same as concorde la fayette. Location is fine given that it's close to metro and also there is a direct bus to and from the airport, so it's very convenient in that regard. That said, it's quite far from the shopping and sightseeing places like St. Honore and St. Germaine. It's quite a number of metro stops away. Overall, enjoyed my stay at the renovated superior room but not at the unrenovated standard room. Les mer

I stayed 2 nights with my family, including my ill mother. We weren't told about the maintenance works that were happening the next day - the day my mum was resting after her therapy, but the staff did a great job at compensating us a little for the unannounced discomfort. Second issue I had was the porters. Asking for our luggage after 20 min wait, […] one of them hang the phone on me after telling me it was on its way. But that was the only sample of impolite and unprofessional staff I came across. Otherwise everyone else was splendid and I would certainly recommend the hotel - it has a fantastic view of Paris, after all. Les mer

I cannot say enough about this hotel. It is perfect. The staff, the rooms, the restaurants....everything is perfect. Okay, there was one problem. The minibar in my room was not stocked, so I figured that the minibar in our grandchildren's room was also not stocked. Wrong! Even when I told them that the items in minibars were expensive, they still ate […] and drank their way through $85.00 worth of chocolate bars and Cokes. We will never take them on another vcation, but we will always stay at Hotel Concorde La Fayette. I think there should be locks on those minibars. Au revoir! Les mer

The reception area of the hotel was lovely and we were given a room with a view of the Eiffel tower which was amazing. However the rooms are badly in need of decorating. The paint was flaking in the bathroom & not just a small amount and the bedroom would have looked much better even with a small coat of paint. The furniture was very dated & the beds […] quite hard. We had managed to get a good deal on the room although it was still fairly expensive but would have been particularly upset had we paid the full price. Reception was clearly as you would expect of a hotel of this standard however the rooms I believe were below standard. Location was good right need to the bus stop for Beauvais however did require a walk to get to any tourist attractions of tourist bus. Les mer

Booked the hotel at last minute, and was amazed at quality of the hotel for the price. Room was tiny but with a view of the Eiffel Tower, everything was as you expect in a 5* hotel. Many brasseries & pubs in the area, as well as the shops of Avenue des Ternes.

Plenty of rooms for improvement in term of internal communication among the hotel staffs! The first point of contact at the reception is a horrific experience, treatment of the hotel guests are accorded accordingly to their occupancy rate !

We travelled five EU Countries in 10 days, sort of a mini Europe Tour as my treat for my husband on his b-day. I must say without bias that this hotel exceeded than the other EU hotels we've been to. The moment I walked into the lobby for check-in, I didnt realize the grandeur and sophistication of the hall, the overwhelming high ceiling that made me […] feel like being in one of those cathedrals, and the high-end store within the building. The business center was an effecient chic place to do a quick work for the office or just checking the flight for the next day. The staff was absolutely warm, professional and are there to help, They even helped me out in getting info for a Thalys train sched without hesitation (it was past midnight when I asked for their assistance, when I checked my flight the next day was overbooked we decided to go to Brussels for our JFK flight, Brussels is only over an hour train ride. The train station is also a few minutes walk from the hotel, so getting anywhere and pretty much in all of the city landmark is not a problem. If you are a New Yorker and can get by the commute of subways, then Im sure you will absolutely love this hotel, knowing the traffic of the city and the limited days we had, we relied pretty much on the train to maximize our day. We were able to do all that we intended to do during our stay. The Arc De Tromp is only two train stop away and we were able to get the hop-in hop-out city bus tour from there. By the way, it was my husband's b-day that day we checked in, and I jokingly asked the front desk if we can get a room with the eiffel tower view for his b-day, he smiled and looked at the passport and said, "As a matter of fact I think I do have. Ok. No extra charge. Happy Bday. Enjoy your stay". I was amazed at how much they really mean customer service, true enough when we get to our room, the eiffel tower is staring straight at us through our window at 12 O'clock direction. This was a great hotel. It is a conference center and had an entire mall attached to it. The only problem is that it is away from most of the sightseeing places. But if you don't mind taking the subway every morning this is a gem of a hotel. This hotel was really nice and comfortable. The staff was great and very helpful. The metro was only about a 5 minute walk underground. There was only one downside to this hotel. The shower went from warm, to ice cold to scalding hot and then back to warm again. If you want the convenience of staying very very near or almost in the congress centre, then it is fine. Otherwise, this overpriced, old-smelling, tall ugly building is not much fun. Panoramic view from the top is great accompanied by very highly priced drinks.

+ Bra läge för kommunikationer. +Galleria med bra butiker och brett sortiment i direkt anslutning till byggnaden. Fin utsikt. - Alldeles för dyrt för något så hopplöst omodernt hotell. 70-tals byggnad. Litet rum. Jag ratar standarden till 3-stjärnigt. Allt som allt, ej prisvärt.
