"The Inn at Jim Thorpe - a beautiful historic inn"
This was our last hotel on a 7 day vacation down through the mid eastern US. It was a beautiful way to end our vacation. A lovely, extremely clean inn, much more than just another hotel.

Both my husband and I loved our stay at the Jim Thorpe Inn. The people were so wonderful and truly appreciated us being there. We also experienced that same type of attitude with everyone working in the town. They sincerely seemed to love their town and loved sharing it with others. I can't say that I have ever been any where when I felt so appreciated […] as a customer. Truly a beautiful town and a warm area to be in. Les mer
"The Inn at Jim Thorpe"
Buyer beware: the room charge is based on one person staying in the room. Even if you state there are two people staying, or three, or four... The price that you have on your print out will change. The stay was marred by the idea that I didn't know what the cost of the room was at any point. Granted it was ten dollars here or ten dollars there but […] I never really knew until I signed before leaving. The final bill was roughly 24 dollars more than when was stated on my print out as my "price for stay"... The first thing out of the front desk was a complaint about being understaffed and then I was handed cookies and room key. Some rooms are probably very nice, ours was average. Over all I would only stay here if it was the only place in town. Les mer

This is a beautifull vintage but up-to-date and well maintained hotel....great location.
