Hadde et veldig trivelig opphold. Generelt godt fornøyd med hotellet som hadde et flott badeannlegg. Også positivt at det gikk gratis buss til The Strip hver halvtime. Turen tok kun 15 min. På den negativ side må det sies at det ikke var rengjøring eller bytte av håndklær hver dag som på vanlige hotell (1g på 7 dg), men man kunne ringe og få rene håndklær i løpet av dagen. I tillegg var det stusselig hvis man var uheldig og trakk det korteste strået og måtte ligge på sovesofaen. Den var ikke god å ligge på, og ødela veldig mye på helhetsinntrykket av et ellers supert hotell. Gjør også oppmerksom på et ekstra gebyr pr dag som kommer i tillegg til alt annet.

Fordelen med dette hotellet er at det er plass til mange. Ser veldig bra ut innvendig og de har mange fine detaljer. Dette er mer som en leilighet enn et hotell med mange gode kokemuligheter. Må være perfekt for en familie. Greit pool på taket og hyggelige folk. Beliggenheten er grei, ikke langt unna hovedområdet på the strip. Ikke noe casino på hotellet så det er litt roligere her.

MGM skal ha brukt 8mrd dollar på Aria, Vdara og city center. Det merkes. Jeg har bodd på godt over halvparten av alle hotellene på "the strip" og plasserer Aria som en favoritt. Passer for de under 40 og de som er glad i mat. Flott pool, gym, spa, saloon, barer, casino, og ikke minst nattklubb. (akkurat nå hottest in town, spring break 2012) Flere restauranter med Michelin stjerne kokker, hvorav en har en 3-stjerners kokk bak spakene. Og som "icing on the cake" verdens beste kaker hos Jean Phillipe's patiserri. Prøv fruitcake, du vil ikke angre!

"Imperial Palace - fantastisk beliggenhet, men.."
Hotellet ligger fantastisk plassert midt på The Strip med gangavstand til nesten alle fasiliteter i Las Vegas. Likevel ønsker jeg ikke å anbefale hotellet videre da det var meget slitt og skittent. Rommet ble vasket hver dag, men hadde en utrolig sur lukt.. Mistenker at lukten satt i vegg-til-vegg teppet. Hotellet er veldig slitt og har etter min mening […] stort behov for oppussing. Servicen var for så vidt grei, men ble overrasket da den inkluderte frokosten var på Starbucks som kun hadde vafler, muffins og kaker! Forsøkte å ta en baguett, men fikk da beskjed om at det ikke var inkludert i prisen - kun kakene.. Alt i alt en ganske skuffende hotellopplevelse, og jeg kommer ikke til å velge dette hotellet ved en eventuell retur. Pluss for fantastisk beliggenhet, minus for skittent/surt luktende rom, stort behov for oppussing og underlig frokost. Les mer

The second time I'm staying here. Hotel is pretty run down and the cleaning of the room was pretty bad (dark hairs in the bathroom (we are both blond), empty bag of chips and a bottle under the bed), but it is still a good value. You are staying in the middle of the strip, and it is a cheap hotel. So if you don't plan on staying a lot in the room and […] rather want to use your money on shopping this is a great hotel. "Only good thing about this hotel is the location"
The only good thing about this hotel is its central location. The Standard is not good at all and our room was located next to the pool area and was very noisy. The noise did not bother us, but the poor standard of the hotel did.

Rommet og da spesielt baded var slitt (utslitt). Jeg forventet ikke et tillegsgebyr på 5 USD pr. natt. Heisene hadde dårlig kapasitet (brukte over 30 minutter på å få heis i ett tilfelle). Trappene kunne bare brukes dersom du skulle ned.

"Would never stay here again"
Didn't expect too much going in, but booked this room for our very brief stay because of it's location. Though clean, rooms are extremely dated and a musty smell seems to pervade everywhere. The clincher was the guy who checked us in. He was extremely rude and belligerent. He almost seemed like he was looking for a fight. That put me on edge for the […] rest of our time there. "Central location"
Since we don'tgo to Vegas to stay in the room - the hotel location was great and the rooms were clean. Construction/renovations in the hotel were going on - but did not seem to bother us. Wonderful. Clean. Well kept and maintained. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable of their hotel and services.
Our stay at The Imperial was great! Rooms are clean, all we needed was a small fridge!! :-(... Location is awesome, right on the strip!!!!

"convenient location and great price"
I've stayed here a couple times before. Hotel is a little old, but the rooms are very nice and clean. It's located right in the middle of the Strip so it's super convenient. It's a great deal consider the price is so low.
"Cheap and central, but not really cheap enough"
The location, as noted by others, is very convenient and central. The staff were a mixed bag, the table workers seemed pleasant, but the front desk staff were riding a thin edge between unpleasant and outright rude. I wasn't allowed to check into my room until I signed up for their 'rewards card', which is worthless and a ploy to get your contact info. […] The rooms were clean, but afforded no view at all; the televisions were tiny, the beds uncomfortable, and the showers barely a trickle. Spend an extra $20 and get a much better room elsewhere. One bright point - the Hash House a Go-Go is easily the best breakfast spot in the whole city, and worth a visit all by itself. Les mer
"Great location, good value"
If you're going with your wife or girlfriend, splurge and stay at a nicer hotel. If you're going with friends, this place is just fine. Great location, save money by skipping the overpriced taxi rides, you can walk to a lot of great places from here. Also very easy to get to the monorail from here. Not a particularly nice hotel, it's one of the older […] and dumpier ones left on the strip... But it's clean, the pool area is quite nice, $5 tables aren't hard to find, and it's a great way to save a few bucks if you just need a convenient place to sleep. Les mer

this location is great if you want to be in the middle of the strip and have access to hotels. however, there was a horrible smell around the hotel and when you took a shower. the water smelled like it just came out of sewage.

"How much time do you intend to stay in your room?"
As just a place to sleep for a few hour each night, Imperial Palace is a good option. Basic room. The hotel is older, but who cares? How much time do you intend to spend in your room? It's Vegas! The room should meet anyone's minimum expectations - bed, TV, full length mirror, shower with hot water, ironing board, table and chairs, A/C. Only disappointment […] was NO COFFEE MACHINE in the room. It is right in the middle of all the action - Mirage and Bellagio accross the street. I actually like gambling down the block at Bills - its where the locals go. Bills also has the best deal on Prime Rib - awesome! Les mer
"Is what it is"
Place is cheap and ghetto, we got exactly what we were expecting. Only problem we had was getting the in room phone to work, so we always called housekeeping from a cell phone. We will deff be going back, and staying at IP again!
Great location and very cheap prices, wasn't worried about room quality because we were always gone but it would have been nice to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The ironing board was beat up and almost unusable and table in the room was about to fall over. needless to say it'll all change. they are going to do some 500MM in renovations as rebuilding it will cost too much (its in a floodplane, and sits over the tunnels). The 'worst' part is the elevators that are slower than heck and all busted, but I found the room clean, well AC'd and overall nice. The restaurants are good, and the location on the strip […] is fantastic for walking places. I'm sure when they rebrand this hotel under a new name the prices won't be anywhere this cheap, so enjoy it while you can!!! Les mer

"Good location but noisy and worn out-don't stay"
It was so noisy during the night (people screaming all night). woke up every 30 min. Definitely don't go with kids here. Very old, old carpets, looks like a 2 star hotel (or motel).. wouldn't stay here again. And the elevators were a joke (had to go all the way up to be able to go down..)

This hotel is terrible. Things were broken, walls held together with duct tape, missing signs, burnt out lights, the tub was painted and chipping. Stay at a homeless shelter instead.

"decent location on the strip"
The rooms were extremely nasty. The carpets were so dirty that I would not take my shoes off to walk on the floor. There was someone else's hair in the bath tub and on the bathroom floor. There were beer bottles and cigarette butts left on the balcony. This place was bad!!!!!

Very old hotel, needs to be demolished, the room was dirty, the sheets were stained, the bathtub filled up from the drain with 2 inches of grey water then drained again. We came back to room after maid had been there to find a cigarette butt out on balcony.
