I grew up nearby and felt right at home in the neighbourhood. My only complaint is with charging for wifi, in the room. Otherwise it was great.

Great location, spacious room, good service. Parking kind of expensive, 25 CAD per day. Close to Quebec premier ski areas, Stoneham, Mont-Sainte-Anne, and Le Massif. Rotating Restaurant L'Astral is at the top floor.

Nice place, clean rooms, but tiles had moisture and furniture was damaged.

24$ parking when it's free if you eat at the restaurant,15$ for wi-fi internet (TV remote that doesnt work, cleanliness of the room doubtful... Locatin is perfect, bed are comfy but you dont get what you paid for...next time i'll pass.

Although we had requested queen beds, we were upgraded to a room on the 19 th floor. The rooms were great but the beds were 54 inches wide instead of 60 inches. I cannot see why a hotel of your quality would have 54 inch beds when there is ample room to put either 2 queen beds or 2 king beds. It would certainly make it better accommodations.

Just was disappointed that the bed wasn't more comfortable. But I loved the service and everything else about the hotel. It was great. A more comfortable bed and better exercise equipment would put this hotel over the top.

It was a nice weekend away, enjoying the Quebec Carnaval. Hotel was in great location.

We were there on Jan. 26, 2013: The room was nice enough, with a very nice view, but the bed was really uncomfortable, sagging in the middle. Otherwise, the experience was nice. What I've notice over time is that good hotels don't necessarily have good beds. Also, the spa tub was not warm enough.

everything is good. only the gym and spa are too small. also the equipment is broken but nobody to fix it.

Very professional staff and courteous. Very quiet room with superb view of the river. Only issue is the lack of french movies to rent. Would go back nevertheless. Patrick & Lucie

We had an amazing time at the Hotel. Location is awesome and we had an amazing view. Tips: ask to have your room as high as possible and facing the city.

Perfect stay for New Year's celebration. Walking distances to all interesting areas including Le Petit Champlain, shopping areas, restaurants, etc, etc. Will definitely return but it might be a summer trip........ had a very cold period. Little dissapointed that it cost $42 for WIFI room service for 3 days. I believe that public places in the hotel […] had free service but who wants to go to the lobby from the 21st floor to use the Internet. Les mer

Generally, it was a very good hotel. Especially for people like us that wanted to participate in the New Year's Eve program which was held exactly in front of the hotel. Rooms and lobby were very clean, a little bit old though. You should know that it is a pet friendly hotel. It is very close to old Quebec and most famous restaurants of the city. I liked the room and the check in rep was extremely helpful and pleasant. The room service rep were Also nice and pleasant. However my room would not get cleaned until the last day of stay. Also the hallways were extremely noisy with staff cleaning rooms and running their mouths. Also I definitely did not like the check out person that was completely […] rude, unprofessional. I asked Him for help with getting a taxi for me to the airport and his response was " go outside and start walking on the streets" to find a cab. He got annoyed when I asked him to call a number for me and kept pushing me off to another rep. He completely ruined the entire experience and I would not recommend that hotel to him. Les mer

I have been charged twice for parking on my visa and i don't know why.

Service was horrible, stayed there for four days, they only clean our room on the first day. Then when mentioned to the front desk, not even an appology. Very disappointed.

A very good hotel at a really good price we received after Christmas and before New Year. The complimentary hot chocolate in the lobby was a good touch. The rooms were large, the bed comfortable and the facilities were excellent. As usual though, the higher quality hotels always seem to charge for wi-fi, yet you receive free wi-fi in cheaper hotels […] and even hostels. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They called us to check up on us when we were heading out in a snow storm! Service was immaculate! Revolving restaurant offers breathtaking views of the city and St. Lawrence river! Only draw back was the lady at the reception kept harassing during check-out and pretended she wasn't notified about us waiting for […] the bell boy. She needs to go to preserve the customer service! We had a great stay at Loews. It was in a great location for all the actives you would want to do in Quebec City. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. An extremely comfortable stay- would recommend this hotel to anyone! Loved it.

Overall a good Hotel - enjoyed my 2 days! But... A very North American experience ... Non of the charm and ambiance of old Qubec! Example ... No traditional Qurbecois food on the buffet at Christmas! Not even a tourtière!

THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS VERY GOOD, IS CLOSE TO MOST OF THE ATTRACTIONS IN QUEBEC. ALSO THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY.

Wi-fi billed at 13 a day in a 5 star hotel! poor service and unavailable menu choices at rooftop restaurant. Room bathroom needed upgrading - fixtures leaked.

The hotel was in a great location to walk and see all of quebec. Located at the top of Grand Alle where all the restaurants and nightlife take place. In addition, it was a close walk to lower town and also St-Jean where one will find a little more local street. Cosmos restaurant on Grand Alle was great and but avoid the Spanish restaurant.

Enjoyed our overnight stay. Hotel was clean and had everything we needed. Quiet and an amazing view from our room. Staff was nice. The valet service was slow and we were forced to use it after buying a parking pass since the parking was full... That was rather frustrating. Also we made a reservation at the restaurent upstairs for 8:30 and asked if they […] could call us if anything was available earlier as we were hungry. We were about to leave to go eat elsewhere so i went to cancel our reservation and they asked if it were because it was too late. After telling them that yes indeed we wanted to eat earlier they let us up immediatly. Once in the restaurent we realized that there was plenty of tables available... Les mer

great hotel, great service. A little outdated but probably one of the better hotels in quebec city. There are not many grand hotels in that area anyway. Rooms are fairly large.

This hotel had clean rooms and had lots of space, the bathroom was somewhat small. Great view of the city. Close to Old Quebec.

Hotel is in walking distance of all downtown sites, great view from the room, lots of fantastic restaurants very close by, food at hotel not at the same standards as the local restaurants

Within easy walking distance of the walls of the old city, the hotel was quite conveniently located (except for our arrival day when we could not reach the hotel due to a parade). The concierge and parking valet, when available, were very helpful although the front desk staff was not. The hotel had a great location and was very convenient to restaurants and the Old Town. The room was clean and mostly adequate, but somewhat outdated and in need of a refresh. Public areas were definitely worn and badly in need of update. For example, carpets in front of elevators and on stairs were worn and dirty. Also lobby WIFI access was very spotty. The […] staff was very nice. We had a problem with our bathroom one night and a plumber arrived to fix it 5 minutes after I called. There was an erroneous bar charge on our bill which was removed without question. I would recommend if you get a good price but don't expect 4-star accommodations. The only problem we encountered was on one week end nite, we had a terrible problem with drunken party girls running up and down the hall until 5am. My recommendation is never go there on the weekend. Stay with week days if you want to sleep.

Booked this hotel the last minute & stayed there 2 nights..Great location at the beginning of Old Quebec & amazing view! the staff were welcoming, doing everything they can to make you comfortable. If I ever go again, I would book again in Loews Le Concorde!
