The rooms did not look at all like the pictures online. For it to be a non-smoking hotel, the first thing I smelled when I walked out of my room was smoke. Breakfast was more of a snack. The cable channels were very limited. I won't tell anyone else not to stay there but I know I will not be revisiting.

I'm fine with a no smoking policy but I booked a smoking room online and was unaware of the new policy until I checked and arrived to my room. This information needs to be kept updated so people can get what they think they're paying for. It was cold, rainy, and windy and I didn't like the idea of going outside for a smoke! Horrible access to room, only 2 rear stove eyes work (small ones), stove knobs didn't work and fell off, kitchen floor extremely dirty-unmopped, bathtub dripped constantly,coffee pot didn't work, carpet very dirty and unkept. I WILL NEVER STAY OR RECCOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!

I was definitely impressed by this hotel! We only stopped for the night because we were on our way elsewhere, so it was nice that it was quiet and we were able to get a good night's sleep. Staff was helpful and courteous. The room came with a full kitchenette which was a happy surprise!

We arrived about three hours early to the hotel. When I first walked in I was pleasantly surprise, the lobby was small but it was very cleaned and it smelled good. They have hardwood floors, a desk area (with two mesh desk chairs), a 32" flat screen t.v., a small kitchen area, a sleeper sofa, a bed area with a pillowtop mattress, a walk-in kitchen area, and a small bath. I has an ironing board with iron and spair pillow and blankes. The rooms needs some updating. The couch did not have much cushioning. One of the ceiling light fixtures was hanging down, like someone changed a light bulb and did not push it back up. The room was cleaned, for the most part. There was a string of hair in the bath tub and some toothpaste stains on the toilet tissue holder. Overall, I would stay at hotel again. It was in a nice area, with several restaurants in the vicinity. There were not any major issues. The room was nice. Les mer

First of all this is not really a hotel but an extended stay facility. There is no daily maid service or amentities, my first room was filthy, had to change room, second room had no hot water in the shower for two days, sheets were stained, overall condition was worn. Room cleanliness was an issue, the hotel is old needs some updating, not an issue for me but no elevators, be warned. Walking across 280 is like playing frogger, be very careful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurants within walking distance Very quiet for its relation to 280.

It is an older hotel. There isn't a maid service. If you need towels, you will have to go to the front desk & get them. I was there to sleep because I was there on business & it was fine for me at the price point that I received. If you are going to hang out in a hotel, look somewhere else!

The hotel need a little updating. The halls had a very strong odor. Even though it is an extended stay hotel, housekeeping should pay closer attention to cleaning and deodorizing the lobby and halls. Good price for a night stay.

When we checked in, we were sent to a used room with bed linens half off the bed and a light left on. We went out to the reception desk and the woman who checked us in had disappeared. We tried calling several different numbers to reach her. Finally, she and her co-worker came out. She then sent us to another room. That room had pubic hair all over […] the floor, sink, bathtub and even a washcloth. We asked if there was a child's bed available. We were told no but that we could change to a different room with a pull-out bed. We looked at that but there were no bed linens available. Finally, we asked for a blanket for our toddler to sleep on. We were told there were no blankets available. We left in the morning without taking showers in that filthy bathroom. Hotel was loud at times as the doors were difficult to close softly.

The customer service was really top notch but the room itself was in serious need of repair. Our bathroom had a chipped tub, peeling ceiling, and the shower head sprayed the wall more than it would you.

I usually don't bother with these reviews, but this is the place if you are on a budget and want some peace and quiet. The extra added bonus is the friendly and professional office staff, a rarity in today's travel world.

This was a very affordable place to stay. Clean yes,and loved that it had a kitchen with fridge for my kids stuff! Thank you for a great stay!

When we got to our room the heater was broken. It was fixed immediately. The maintenance guy was so nice. There is no elevator and only one way in/out. The worst part was the cleanliness. Before I let my kids use the table I cleaned it. I had to rewipe 7 times with a rag and soap to get all the funk off. The rag was brown. Other than that it wasn't […] too bad. They let me check in early. Room was very accomodating. Kitchen with stove, oven, full sized refridgerater. Even had plates,and silverware. Great location with bars and restaurants very close! Definately recommend!

We were in town for the Vintage Motorcycle Fest, the hotel was close to the event and at a great price. Friendly staff Only things would like to see is possibly shampoo (there was soap), pape rtowel/dish soap for kitchen, and a slightly larger TV.
