Since I do not like old hotels, I m very happy about my choice of NH CENTER, modern and well organized. Bus stops nearby are very cocnvenient to go to the old city center, to the beaches and the museums. The tourist sightseen bus stops just a couple of blocks away. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Pool and pool area was a lot smaller than the photos would allow you to think. Room was a good size and modern but it could have been a lot cleaner- dusty surfaces and dirty corners still even after the room had been serviced. Good location for bio park, parks and old town. Cool, comfortable and convenient to metro and buses. Next to big road but not much traffic and no noise problem in rooms. Best things were pool on roof with a welcome breeze when it was very hot. Not a big pool, but clean and refreshing. Valencia is a great city with a lot to do and the NH Center is perfectly located for any 1st time visitor. The metro is minutes away and within 2 stops you are in the centre of town. Plenty to see and do with more shops and restaurants than you will ever need. The only thing lacking from the hotel was balconies in the rooms which would have been a nice […] bonus and the bar and restaurant where never overly busy which isn't a good sign. very close to the metro line. The bus station and taxi rank within a five minute walk, possibly a little too close! Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. The rooftop terrace and swimming pool a very welcome feature.The bedroom was a good size but soundproofing was an issue - the only negative.

The best thing about the hotel was the staff.I must say they were very friendly and helpful. The interne tservice makes no sense, you have to renew it every 30 minutes and exists only in the public spaces. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel with one proviso, a problem with noise. The sound insulation from outside is fine. However, noise originating from inside the hotel I found to be a problem. Slamming doors, chairs being dragged across the floor of neighbouring rooms, the endless sound of water running through pipes in the walls all made for […] several disturbed nights. Had a few nights in Valencia and found the Hotel to be very comfortable and convenient for walking into the city centre (10min). The facilities in the hotel were very good and staff very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

We found the hotel very well located. There was a Corte Ingles around the corner and it was quite centrally located. Right next to the river which has been converted into a long green zone and park. The restaurant was very good for a couple who had spent the day looking al over Valencia.

This hotel is reasonnably located within walking distance to the old town. Depite its name it is located outside of the main retaurant and shopping area. It is however only 5-10mn away by taxi. The main reproch is the sound isolation of the rooms. You can hear both the noise from the corridor and from other rooms.

Just spent 3 nights here as visting the city to watch the MotoGP. Extremely happy with the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the location was spot on, close to the metro and just a short walk over the Turia to the city centre. The trip to the track was easy, take one metro from the local station […] (Turia) south to Sant Isidre then change to the overland train to the Ricardo Tormo circuit. The hotel was popular with MotoGP fans and teams. We even met Nico Terol (the new 125cc world champion) in the bar after the race on the Sunday! I would definitely recommend this hotel. Les mer

Hotel not as close to city centre as had hoped. Surrounding area lacking in decent restaurants although we did ask the hotel reception and they did recommend a local Spanish tapas/restaurant which was really good although not cheap. Two light bulbs weren't working in our hallway so had trouble seeing into the wardrobe/accessing the safe, but once reported […] to the hotel, these were replaced the next day. As I have difficulty in walking very far the hotel was too far from the central sights, although we managed to get to the wonderful beach by using the Metro/tram - which I would recommend. We had a 3 day travel card which I had ordered prior to our stay and which we picked up at the Airport Tourist office. Metro very easy to use and would highly recommend visiting the beach - have never seen such a large beach! Just one small matter there were jellyfish in the water the day we went but the locals just picked them up and threw them onto the side of the beach out of the way! Presumably they weren't dangerous but just be aware of this. For those who like cycling Valencia also has a cycle hire scheme and as it is mainly flat, this would be a great way to get around. Overall would highly recommend Valencia for a city visit and we will certainly be going again. Les mer

This is a slightly faceless hotel, clean and comfortable but large and fairly bland, could be anywhere in the world once you're inside. Well served - toiletries are nice, mini bar not over-priced, towels fluffy, bedding good, curtains block the light and glazing dulls the traffic. Our aircon was perfect even in 35 degree heat. The position is very good, […] overlooking Turia Gardens, close to Carme district which is one of the nicest. The rooftop has spectacular views and free wifi, I didn't use the pool or gym, nor eat there, but am sure all are as described. I would certainly recommend and stay again myself, especially if I could get a good deal. The hotel was in an ok location around 20 minute walk from centre and 5 min walk from metro. Main problems are room air con didn't work and even after changing rooms still did not work. The pool is also much smaller than it looks in the pictures and was too busy.

Nice, clean, secure air conditioned hotel in Valencia Next to Turia Park and central bus station and within walking distance of the old town/El Carmen district. Great rooftop terrace with pool and small gym. A "corporate" hotel without much individual character but still recommended. Approx 1.5 km walk to Plaza de la Virgen or 500m to IVAM (Institut […] Valencià d'Art Modern) with the fabulous La Sucursal Restaurant. Valencia metro is very quick and inexpensive, few € and 25 minutes to travel from the airport to the hotel. Lots of great cafes, bars and restaurants around every corner in Valencia. Les mer

Though we stayed for only 1 night we had a very nice experience at the hotel. The staff was very helpful from the start. Being vegetarians though we had a problem at the restaurant for dinner, but the waitress in charge was very helpful and got us special veg meal. The hotel was clean, centrally located (just 1 metro stop from the station) and has a […] big garden in front across the road. The most i liked about this hotel is the late check out. You can check out late by informing the staff about it at an extra cost. This is more comfortable than having to wait hours at the airport or railway station to catch your flight/train that is late in the afternoon. All in all a pleasant stay. Les mer

Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff were very very helpful. The location isn't central but easy to get to using the metro. Also, wifi is not free in the rooms but available at reception and if you need it for more than half an hour, it is a bit troublesome as you have to keep going up to reception to get a password for every half hour you go […] online. As part of the NH group, this is an excellent hotel. The only concern was regarding with the location. It's 15mins far from the centre by bus and 5-10mins by taxi (EUR 5-8). If you are staying for a weekend, maybe better getting something right in the center. For longer stays than that, this hotel should be definitely your first choice. Lovely hotel set in a lovely city - and plenty of walking - although buses are excellent, and the metro is closeby. The only complaint,as usual with most hotels overseas, the 'Gym' looks better in the pictures,than it actually is, and personally, i wouldn't be planning on using it!! Reception staff very helpful. Room allocation not as booking so requested another room. This was not a problem. Breakfast very good but best to eat out for evening meal. It is a 15/20 minute walk to old town. On returning to the hotel in the evening a few people were sleeping rough in the proximity. The car park facility was excellent.

Great hotel and very modern. Would use again as it's a four star at a very reasonable price. Close to town and spotlessly clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. No iron / ironing rooms available so the only way is to use the laundry service (aprox 4 Euros per shirt). Hotel breakfast a bit on the expensive side but be aware there are dozens of cafes […] & restaurants and shops which serve breakfast snacks at the Corte Ingles shopping centre complex just 2 streets away towards the Metro station. The public bus from the airport (Euros 1.30) calls at the Metro stop 'Turia' / Corte Ingles shopping centre / Central bus station which are all 2 mins from the hotel. Journey time 30 mins. To return to the airport the bus stop is the 'yellow' stop (the red stop is a different company), just turn right outside the hotel and go all the way to the end of that street (200 meters). They run every 20 mins. To get downtown Bus number 1 leaves from the red bus stop just to the left as you exit the main door of the hotel. It goes towards the old town then carries on to the modern centre of the arts and sciences / aquarium, then on to the beach. Les mer

The hotel is clean a central of Valencia old town, but not far of the new area as well, the hotel is clean and modern. I will be happy to go back to the same place next time I visit Valencia

Nos parecio muy buen hotel. Cuando entramos y vimos que la habitación era igual que la que habiamos visto por internet nos parecía imposible...normalmente cuelgan las mejores habitaciones pero por lo visto este hotel no tiene mejores y peores habitaciones ya que todas parecen igual!! Estuvsimo muy agustito.. además teniamos el corte ingles al lado, […] mogollón de bares...y el cine muy cerquita y como olvidarse de ese peazo de paseo verde que esta nada mas cruzar la calle. hotel is erg degelijk, kamers hebben extra deur tussen badkamer/gang en slaapkamer. geluids isolatie is dus beter dan gemiddeld. locatie is prima tov centrum,10 minute lopen verwiderd vanaf Kathedraal.

Nous avons trouvé que l'hôtel était satisfaisant pour y séjourner un week-end. La raison principale est l'éloignement du centre ville historique et de la cité des sciences. Toutefois, il reste bien desservi par les transports en commun (métro, car). Le quartier étant peu touristique nous avons connu de grandes difficultés pour nous restaurer convenablement […] notamment le soir. En ce qui concerne le personnel de l'hôtel, certaines personnes ont été très sympathiques et d'autres beaucoup moins. Pour les infrastructures de détente, la piscine est trop petite au vu de la taille de l'établissement tout comme la salle de sport dont la climatisation ne fonctionnait malheureusement pas. Les mer
