Hotellet var fint, og servicen meget god. Det eneste vi kunne sette fingeren på var frokosten, der utvalget var relativt dårlig, samt at å kjøpe wi-fi tilgang kostet alt for mye. Nabolaget bar preg av å være i voldsom ekspansjon, med hektisk byggeaktivitet. Følgelig så det ut som en byggeplass i nærområdet, uten at dette sjenerte nevneverdig. Støy var absolutt ikke et problem. Hotellet ligger et lite stykke utenfor det mest sentrale området av Milano, men ettersom t-banen kun er noen få minutters gange unna gjorde ikke dette noe. To stasjoner med banen, og man er midt i hjertet av byen!

Jeg var i Milano i april, og dro for å shoppe. Det var gåavstand til alle de gode handlegatene, og det var sånn passe rolig rundt hotellet. Frokosten var god og servicen var upåklagelig. Det eneste jeg ville klaget på var at sengene var steinharde, dusjen var rar og de var enten for varmt eller for kaldt uansett hvor lenge jeg stilte på vannet (det kom så sent.. her snakker vi ett minutt eller 2) og dvdmaskinen virket ikke. Sier jeg som ble oppgradert fra vanlig rom til leilighet:D jaja. Supert hotell.

Vi hadde et veldig behagelig opphold på hotellet. Vi hadde rom mot bakgården så det var ingen støy, og rommet var av veldig god kvalitet. En av oss har cøliaki og det viste seg at de var veldig behjelpelige i hotellrestauranten med glutenfrie produkter. De hadde et eget bord med forskjellige glutenfrie varer i frokostsalen. Transport til sentrum var veldig enkelt siden trikken gikk ofte rett på utsiden av hotellet. Hotellet anbefales.

Vi var 8 venner på tur til Milan for shopping og fotball. Meget fornøyd med hotellet i forhold til prisen vi betalte. Hyggelig personale, og god service. Ligger 5 km utenfor sentrum av byen, så det er ikke mulig å gå til sentrum, men med trikk og taxi fungerte det bra for oss. Rent og fint på rommet. Anbefaler hotellet.

Milanos sentralstasjon er monumental, full av marmorbelagte haller og terrasser og mosaikkgulv. Den er Nord-Italias største og travleste stasjon og kanskje Europas flotteste. De fleste internasjonale tog og høyhastighetstog kommer hit, og metroen sørger for enkel transport til sentrum. I nærheten stiger Pirelli-bygget (Grattacielo Pirelli), Milanos høyeste bygning og symbol på byens rikdom, mot skyene.

God beliggenhet i forhold til sentralstasjone og T-bane samt "hovedhandlegaten" Boenes Aires. Bra frokost, litt tungt frokostlokale men OK. Ikke lov med strykjern på dette hotellet! Kan anbefales

"Hotel Michelangelo, Milano - sentral beliggenhet"
Vår italienske venn anbefalte hotell ved sentralstasjonen. Michelangelo lå rett over gaten, med kort avstand til handlestrøk, kaffebarer og restauranter - og ikke minst med gode Aperitivo barer i gåavstand! Hotellet ligger i et rolig område, vi ble ikke fostyrret av trafikk, det var romslige rom med god standard. Kort avstand til Metro, hvor et 48 timerskort […] ga oss rimelig transport ut til alle byens viktige steder. Vi kan anbefale dette hotellet og vi reiser gjerne dit igjen. Les mer

Meget bra hotell. Rommet var rent, nye håndklær hver dag, kom inn og fylte på toalettartikler to ganger om dagen. Frokosten rommet alt hva en kan begjære. Fri minibar! Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Hotellet har en fantastisk beliggenhet like i nærheten av metroen.

"Convenient location."
This hotel is conveniently located across the road from the Central train station. Nice clean room but the pillows are rather uncomfortable. Otherwise everything was fine.

"Perfect hotel"
I stayed there for 1 night. Easy to access - it is located just in front of the central station. The reception staff made me feel at home. The room was excellent. the same for the breakfast. Best value for my money. Don't think twice - - take it.

The breakfast looked beautiful but we had to leave at 6am, so unfortunately we couldn't partake. Tried to use the phone to call the front desk, but couldn't make it work. Otherwise the room was spacious, clean, well-lit and the bathroom was exceptional, evening providing filtered water for drinking.

Excellent hotel next to Stazione Centrale where one can access trains,metro and bus connections.Only a short walk from the hotel doors and no need for expensive taxis if one has loads of luggage. Breakfast was complimentary and there was an excellent choice of continental and cooked foods available.The highlight for my family was the fresh orange juicer […] using fresh oranges.There was a choice of teas and coffees served by polite and efficient waiting staff. The bar was manned by a very accomodating fellow who spoke very good English and had a sense of humour.Drinks were accompanied with a selection of nuts and hors d'oeuvres at no extra charge. Seating in the foyer was plentiful and comfortable but rather low and difficult to get out of for elderly folk ,is my only criticism of this otherwise excellent hotel. Les mer
"Great hotel close to Central Station"
Although this is a business hotel it suited our needs perfectly for our one night stay. Literally across the road from the Central Station it was easily located . The room was excellent and the breakfast satisfactory. We were impressed with nice touches such as the littte bedsite mats and slippers and the complimentary soft drinks and chocolate bars […] from the mini-bar were very welcome. Good adjustable air-con kept the room temperature just right. Our initial check-in was was less than welcoming but other staff more than compensated. We left clothes behind and received an excellent response when we called to enquire about them. We retrieved them within minutes beatifully folded and packaged. My wife and I stayed here overnight whilst travelling by rail through Italy. The hotel is very convenient to the main station and for early risers serves an excellent breakfast from 6am. Excellent value for money and throughly recommended.

"Great Hotel, Cost more than advertised"
The only complaint with this hotel is that we were charged additional fees for a double that were not mentioned on hotels.com. This cost us about $50 more per night at an already pricey hotel. There were only two of us and there was no need for more beds or any other amenities.

On the hotel.com website, it states there is a sauna. This is one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. There is NO sauna. I was looking forward to relaxing in it after an overnight train ride from Vienna and inquired as to which floor it was on. The desk clerk told me NO sauna. Later that night, I pulled up the hotel info and showed it to the front […] desk staff. False advertising. Also, the maids and minibar staff just open your door without knocking. "Michel Angelo hotel milano"
Very close to central train station where you can take train,subway and taxi, two min walk. The hotel has a bit dated furniture but all was very clean. Our drain in the bath did not work but was fixed within 15 min after reporting the problem, so very good. Rooms were quite large, bigger than some other hotels i stayed in in Milan in same area and price […] level. Also close to hotel are some restaurants, including a mc Donalds. Breakfast was not great but also not bad, they serve American coffee unless you specify what you want, we call this " dishwater" where I am from ! I stayed there for two nights and would pick the hotel again if I would have to stay in Milan again. Drinks in the mini bar were free of charge ! No alcohol though. First time I have been to a hotel where they had free soft drinks. Les mer

It was smaller than I thought, but consistent with other hotels in Milan for the price. The staff was VERY patient with me while I was sightseeing in Milan. They helped me figure out how to get around the city...and were very clear on directions. If you go to Milan, be prepared to steam your clothes in the bathroom because clothes irons aren't allowed […] in hotel rooms (strange thing but true). It is hard to beat the airport shuttle and train station across the street. I often walk to to shopping and restaurants. The hotel is well appointed and familiar for an American traveller. I speak Italian but they are accommodating in many languages. The restaurant is surprisingly good. The blood orange juicer at breakfast is a high point for my wife. Arriving in pouring rain, there is no better feeling than knowing that your hotel is across the street from the train station. Deserving of its four stars, the hotel's desk staff was superbly helpful, and after three weeks in the Balkans, a hotel where everything worked was just wonderful. "Perfect for a prompt stay near the Train Station!"
For me the best thing about this hotel is that it is close to malpensa shuttle bus service. The rooms were very clean although old fashioned and breakfast was better than expected. Excellent value hotel, if you choose to stay near the train station choose this!

This hotel is just steps away from the main train station and was very easy to find when I arrived from the airport by shuttle. It's well maintained and had very helpful staff. I really liked the breakfast - it had about 5-7 choices for fruit and very fresh pastries! ( what else do you need? :-). While my room faced a busy street, it was still pretty […] quite at night. The metro could be accessed from the train station and then it's easy to get around the city. There is also a cash machine and a currency exchange at the train station. My only complaint was the Internet. I didn't have my laptop with me and used the computer in the hotel - it was ancient! And the connection was really slow. It's simply embarassing. There is an Internet cafe about a block away near Macdonalds which I had to use instead. A short walk from the Central Station with its main line and metro connections, the hotel offered a useful short term base for a weekend stay in Milan. Room was clean and comfortable with all the usual amenities. 4 metro stops (10 mins) to the Duomo with its sites and shopping attaractions.

The hotel was just opposite the train central station. The room has all the necessary amenities to make the guest stay comfortable. The internet connection was very good. Their breakfast was more than filling. Hotel helpful staff gave us directions to places all the time.I would definitely stay there again next time I will be in Milan.

Great location - next to Central Station. Nice staff - very accommodating and helpful. Jacuzzi tub was a nice surprise and was kept very clean - used it every night. Wired internet connection was excellent - did not have a single problem with the connectivity - and was included in the room price. Breakfast was included, but wasn't stellar - just the […] typical European breakfast of cold cuts/cheese, cereal, pastries, fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice. Coffee was extra so be aware before you order it and have it billed to your room. Bathroom comes with both 110V and 220V options which was convenient for US travelers. Windows were thick, but traffic around Central Station can still be heard. Large in-room safe was convenient - was able to fit my entire 15" laptop in there. Bed was comfy. Room was a little outdated, but clean and organised - very high-tech - switches to open/close curtains and customised storage places in the drawers for the nick-nacks (stationary, pens) - everything had it's place.
