Hampton Inn Buffalo Airport - Cheektowaga

Great location, super breakfast, clean rooms, halls, friendly staff. May be shuttled anywhere within 5 miles! Rooms are small. Unable to have request for adjoining rooms despite 2 telephone requests prior to arrival/

Although I spent only a night, I would say it was a night well spent.Room nice and comfortable ,excellent customer service ,easy access to wireless , nice breakfast, and fitnes centre well equipped I would stay @ the hotel again anytime am in town.

Excellent location close to airport and local shopping and the Walden Galleria meal.

I don't know what else to say - the people were very friendly. I was actually surprised, every individual on the staff was very helpful and friendly - it was a company culture, not a job requirement.. The location is perfect for going up to Niagara Falls, without the expense of actually being in Niagara Falls. The mall nearby is very nice, close to […] the train station, near a number of restaurants of all types. . . I can't think of anything negative to say except that the hot tub didn't work while we were there. They did have the option of going to another hotel and using theirs but it wasn't worth it. I traveled so far, and by the time I check in, I want to just relax , this was Wonderful : ) I have a pool and whirlpool at home, and do to my disabilities, back and arm, it brought me comforts of home for theraputic and relaxation that was so needed after such a long trip. Also I had to be off to Gowanda by taxi at 7am, and there was a breakfeast bag […] all ready, for I hadn't enough time to enjoy the complimentary hot breakfeast offered. I was so very much impressed. Not to mention the great security throughout the hotel. The whole stay here was like home away from home, luxuries, extrememly curtious and staff that made me feel more like a family member than a guest. I know I will recommend this hotel to anyone going near the area.. THEY JUST BETTER NOT TAKE MY ROOM... HAHA... Honestly I am definately going to be a regular every time I am able to make the trip out. Les mer

The room was very comfortable, great bed, and I loved the set up in the bathroom. Our stay was short, but would return when in the area again.

Heat took until 3am for the room to get warm, Bathub was plugged and filled with hair, Breakfast area table were filthy. Room was nice and staff was okay. We just wanted a warm room and the ability to take a shower without the tub filling to the top. They unplugged it but then there was hair all in the tub and that was gross!

Not only was this hotel very clean, staff very accommodating, but it was within walking distance to an Applebee's, McDonalds', Target, Michael's, etc. I would definately recommend staying here, and I plan on staying here again when I travel to Buffalo.

The Hampton Inn is a nice hotel in a good neighborhood. It is close to several places to eat. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

出発が近くなって、リクエストしていた部屋が用意出来ているかどうか、ホテルに直接、FAXしたところ、ハンドシャワーの部屋は、1ベットの部屋しかないので、アメリカ内のホテルドットコムに連絡して、部屋タイプを変更して欲しいと言う返事を、E-メールで送り返してくれた。不自由な英語を酷使して、どうやら電話連絡が出来た。本当に部屋タイプが変更されているか心配したがチェックインしてみたら、ちゃんと障害者用の部屋が用意されていた。ハンプトン・インは親切でした。

La amabilidad de todo el personal que trabaja en este hotel es para que te queden ganas de volver . Nosotros llegamos al aeropuerto a las 19,30 h , desde el mismo aeropuerto se les puede llamar sin cargo, nos vinieron a buscar , y como ya era tarde y estaba nevando , nos llevaron a cenar a un centro comercial próximo y nos fueron a recoger.
