Hilton Baltimore er en utmerket kongresshotell med direkte korridor til kongressenteret. Dessverre var det ikke inklusiv frokost.

"Convienant to work"
I wasn't happy. This is our third stay and each time online description stated microwave and fridge. 1st time queen room no mic or fridge. 2nd time no mic or fridge and when we asked desk agent she stated only available in king rooms.( online description listed mic and fridge with ALL rooms) 3rd king size room, no mic no fridge. When we asked desk agent […] she stated she didn't know why but they were removed for the room. Each time we stayed we took food with us that either spoiled due to no fridge and restaurant leftovers we couldn't warm up due to no microwave. We will not be staying at comfort inn in the future unless problems are fixed. Les mer

"Good hotel in this price"
I stayed in any comfort inn first time. I liked hotel and room. There were a couple of issues at check in. we reported one and it was fixed in a very reasonable time. We did not report the second one as we were staying there just for 3 nights.I think this hotel is good in the price we paid for it.

"Great service, comfortable for price"
For the low rate, this hotel was pretty good. All the staff was extremely friendly. Housekeeping was kind enough to leave a bag with clean towels outside my room because I had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on. The breakfast was decent. The hotel itself could use an upgrade. I was put off by a missing ceiling tile right above the shower, the air system […] was very loud and finicky, and the cable quality was spotty. Other than that, the room was comfortable and clean. Was an excellent and service close to a seminar I was attending.
Clean, pleasant staff, no smoke odors. Buffet breakfast quite adequate w eggs/waffles/cold & hot cereals /toast bagels donuts/bacon or sausage and good coffee & juices.

My stay at the Comfort Inn Hunt Valley was restful and conveniently located to the convention I was attending. The breakfast which was provided in the morning was good and the staff was always very helpful and friendly. The room itself was clean and well-maintained. Ask for a room at back of hotel as York Rd noisy at rush hour. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Free breakfast a little sparse. Room was exceptionally clean. Very economical for Quality of environment ! Would stay here again.

The staff was excellent. I originally thought my room came with a refrigerator and microwave but it didn't. I called the front desk to ask about my reservation and the employee immediatately offered to upgrade my room at no extra charge! Front desk staff very cordial. Good location for business meeting. Tiny bathroom very difficult to move around in, much less close the door. Towels felt like sandpaper. Small pillows were more like throw pillows than bed pillows...uncomfortable. Remote worked on and off...when it felt like it. Very nice breakfast.

"Hunt Valley Comfort Inn"
We were well pleased with our overnight stay at this hotel. The front desk was busy, but addressed our needs in a timely manner. Room was quiet and clean, but there was no working exhaust fan in the bathroom. The free breakfast - coffee, eggs, bacon, waffles, etc. - was well prepared and satisfying. We would definitely stay here again!

The Comfort Inn Hunt Valley was in a convenient location; it was very clean. The only thing is I felt crammed for (3) adults & a small baby. My room was too small in size; we kept running into each other.

"This Comfort Inn Not Comfortable!"
Got to hotel late after long day of travel and just wanted to rest. Bedspreads were stained, lights didn't work, Bathroom caulk and grout were filthy and bathtub "coating" was peeling off and stained! Asked for and received another room. Things were better until housekeeping knocked on door and woke us at 8:00 am (We didn't get into second room until […] midnight)! Then, NO HOT WATER! UGH!!! The title says it all. Staff is very nice and helpful, room is clean and bed comfortable. Ended up extending my stay, and in the future this will be my place to stay.

Our room air coinditioning could or wouild not remove the humidity in the room, therefore it felt like the room was wet the whole time. Overall condition of the room was poor, hotel interior needs a face lift. Stains on bed cover, carpet dirty. The personnel were friendly, breakfast adequate. But overall, the hotel needs renoovation.

"My stay during the hurricane irene outage"
It was a good stay during the power outage I had experienced at my apartment due to Hurricane Irene. The room was okay for the purpose of staying and the money I paid for. It was one of the few that had room availability and power during the power outages in Baltimore County areas. I give it a 3.0 out of 5.

Close to the Mall and many things. Need to upgrade many furniture... more, TV remote is not working. Old TV, static on every channels.

We were disappointed. The room and hall had an overpowering smell of disinfectant. The food in the morning was as tastles as anything I've ever had. My orange juice, from the dispenser, was clear. Tasted like water with a hint of orange.
"Travel to family Wedding"
We stayed @ Comfort Inn as hotel around the corner Marriott Residence Inn was sold out. We were attending a family wedding in Hunt Valley. I reserved the room for Four 2AD 2CH plus infant. King size with pull out sofa for 3 nights. Rooms are small when sofa is open you can't use computer desk. There are NO closets just a small armoire, which my dress […] dragged on the floor to wear to wedding ( Wrinkled ) also had to place suitcase on luggage rack behind entrance door. 1st day (checking-in )bathroom only had towels for 3 remember reservation for 4. Next day left @ 11:30 A.M., 3 maid carts on floor , came back @ 4:30 P.M.room not cleaned. Called front desk and they stated would let housekeeping know. Left again @ 5:00 to return @ 11:30 P.M. Room never cleaned I had to change linens, towels, garbage myself . Children were exhausted and could not sleep as I had stripped the sofa bed and placed sheets on floor 1) so they would get fresh sheets and 2) no room to move with sofa bed open. Also the plug in bathroom did not work so no hair dryer. Maitenance wrote up an order on the 1st night for it to be replaced also no one came for that either. So we had to dry our hair without mirror @ computer desk. Next Day left for Wedding @ 11:30 A.M. to return @ 7:30 P.M. King Bed made up , 1 bath towel in bathrrom , no sheets on Sofa Bed and y tooth brush on floor of shower. MY toothbrush was next to sink. Called front desk and asked to speak to manager. Ofcourse unavailable 3 towels and 1 sheet brought up . It takes 2 sheets to make a bed. Hotel agent stated she would speak to manager about a credit for partial stay. No credit and never a call from manager. Also not available next day @ check out Les mer

"Decent for the price"
Facility was conveniently located for our purposes and was well-maintained. Complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. Only complaint was the quality of the pillows -- very small and too soft. My wife thought they were fine, so it's just my own taste. Good value.

I had planned a trip to the Inner Harbor but didn't want to spend a fortune so I booked a room at this hotel. The price was great, and the young lady at the desk was fantastic. We got into town early and I called to see if we could check in and she said we could. We arrived and checked in to find no towels in the room, and when I called down she said […] there were some avialable but she had nobody to bring them up so I went and got them. The room wasn't in perfect shape, and you could tell the hotel had some years on it, but we weren't staying long so I didn't worry about it. The free breakfast was pretty good compared to some others. Juice, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, toast, bagels and pastries. Overall, it was an acceptable stay for the money and it was close to our destination. I would stay again. Les mer
"good if you want this area"
Hunt Valley is not the most happening place in the world, but if you are here for work or something, it's perfect. This place has a microwave and fridge in the room. Running trails are nearby and plenty of stores. So good for more of a normal daily life stay.

While the staff was polite, and cordial, they were somewhat disorganized. The room/bed was comfortable, but the comforter had ink stains on it, and there was a food spill under the desk that looked like it had been there a while. Polite and helpful staff at the front desk. Room was very clean, with a very comfortable bed, etc. Rate was reasonable for the area and I'll certainly stay there again next time I'm ion the Hunt Valley/Timonium area.
"Good buy"
I consider this hotel to be an excellent value for the cost.
My only complaint would be that housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:00 a.m. I will remember to put out the "do not disturb" sign the next time I stay.

"Great Location and Clean - Hunt Valley, MD"
Good location due to my work, hotel is clean and well maintained. Amenities could be better as they don't seem to have refrigerator for people who are like me with weekly stays, but all in all, very good.
