Residence Inn by Marriott Rochester - Rochester

Reasonable rate for the size of the room, beautiful property and nice staff. Bathroom was a bit small, but bed was comfortable.

Clean and very affordable. Bed was harder than I would have liked and the suite was dated. Very clean though and met our needs. The fireplace you have to buy a special log from the front desk to use. Didn't look into and wasn't impressed that it would have been an extra expense. Breakfast buffet was good and convient. Overall had a great stay.

The only problem was broken closet doors. Comfy bed, dog friendly, used the kitchen and fireplace. Will be back.

This hotel is perfect for local attractions and family activities. The have a nice pool area with basketball court and sauna. They also have 2 grills in case you want to cook outside.. I would definitely stay again when I come back to Rochester...

The individual buildings were inconvenient for us. We had to go outside to walk to the office. The first night there was running above us. And we were disappointed to have no inside pool. Outside pool not ready and weather cold and rainy. Breakfast - fabulous. Wouldn't stay there again.

We booked a 'penthouse-suite' which accommodated 6 (2 bedrooms, and a pull-out couch, and room for an air-mattress). There were no extra-person fees and a full breakfast buffet for the 6 of us was also included. So I consider this a very good deal. The place seemed very clean and I was willing to walk barefoot on the carpets. There was a full kitchen […] but while it included a lot of amenities, had no utensils. We had 3 flat screen TVs and 2 full bathrooms. Aesthetically, it was very nice. A few things, that while isn't a big deal since its very fixable is still worth mentioning: the toilet would run, the pull-out couch was at an incline and one lamp needed a bulb replacement. The area of the hotel is located at is very convenient. I say this because I am from the area and only stayed there for the night since guest stayed at my house. Restaurants and shops are just down the road, but the hotel is situated beyond the high traffic area so there was no noise and congestion. They gave us a late checkout which we appreciated. I have stayed at Residence Inns before and this one is definitely below par of other Residence Inns. The room was smelly like it had been a smoking room, the overall housekeeping of my room was minimal (just making the bed, new linens and putting out toiletries. I don't think the floors were ever swept or vacumned even though I stayed 5 nights. It needs […] updating of the carpets and paint in the room and outside porches were peeling paint. EL HOTEL ES REALMENTE MUY COMODO, MUY BIEN EQUIPADO, LA PILETA Y EL JACUZZI MUY AGRADABLES. LA HABITACION POSEE MUCHOS ELEMENTOS DE CONFORT.

This was a very pleasant stay in an updated and comfortable room. I was quiet grateful as I had just stayed at a Residence Inn on Long Island that was not comfortable. The staff was very professional and poliet and overall was a joy to stay there.

We loved everything about this hotel. In fact, we wish there was a Residence Inn everywhere we had to go. The kitchen, living room and bedrooms were very clean, as well as the breakfast area and lobby. The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was complete and the food fresh.

Great hotel! Nice rooms and the complimentary breakfast was great. It was in close proximity to everything. They even gave the mothers roses for Mother's Day!!

We stayed at the Marriott on Saturday night it was once again an enjoyable experience. The staff was wonderful very friendly and very helpful. Sure we will be back again

Kitchen inside the room is a great ameninty, especially if you comming with kids or planning long stay. You can cook all your meals on the stove, microvawe it or store in the fridge. Bring your grocery with you and no need for expensive restaurants. Breakfast was good, the only problem - the area was overcrouded on Sunday morning. Another con - looks […] like all the room have only kingsize beds. So, if you are not the family, make sure you are comfotrtable in sharing the bed with , say, your coworker / business trip companion. Les mer

Had some trouble finding the hotel due to road construction down the road from the hotel.

Excellent suites at a fairly reasonable price. I would definitely go there again and recommend it to others. The only issue at the time was road construction going on.

We were very pleased to find the studio roomy and very comfortable along with it having a full kitchen was just a plus to our stay. We will look to stay at Residence Inn when we travel again.

This hotel was exceptional, great people very friendly and helpful. I will stay there over and over again. Keep the excellent work, and Congratulations

Everything you expect from a Residence Inn plus, very nice staff; surprisingly abundant breakfast and seconds from the highway. Located in a less than pretty area but, very functional. Restaurants, Grocer and other stores all within 5 minute drive.

Excellent stay but the room did have a smokey odor. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The pool opens too late for an early morning swim!
