"Do NOT stay here"
Smelly room, stains on everything, noisy, uncomfortable beds, unhelpful staff - do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else!
"Nice but needs some cleaning"
I enjoyed my stay at the Red Roof in. The only flaw I had with my room was that I couldn't walk around with out shoes die to my feet would get dirty. They should shampoo the carpets more often. Also the pool and spa were closed during my stay without explanation.

We needed a couple beds for the night and we got them. Otherwise, the hotel was very old and in need of many upgrades. Also, the pool and spa were closed and not operating.

Location was great & the room was clean & quiet. The only issue with this room was the black mold growing in the bathroom. But overall we had a good night stay & would most likely stay there again.

Horrible, stay away!!!!!! Room smelled horrible!! I don't think the room had been dusted in months, people with asthma will suffer. Sheets had cigarrette burns. NASTY NASTY NASTY!!??? If you need a place to stay for a soccer tournament, it's better to drive in early than stay at this pit hole.

not sattisfy at all.it smell alot.nothing worked not even the lights work.the beds not confortable really old.it was cold but the kids want it to go in to the spa but it was close.so not recomend at all

This hotel was just decent, and not bad for the price I paid. The TV was outdated and had problems. The cleaning staff did OK, but did not refill essentials like toilet paper, coffee and cups. The room stunk, the bed was all springs and the neighbors were loud "long term" residents with pets everywhere.

If staying in Victorville choose another hotel chain. Very poor service, trash cans in hall ways were overflowing, and staff very rude.

The pool was closed and the room my wife had to clean everything with wipe its. The refrigerator had old food in it. I wiil not stay there again

I have been staying at this hotel once or twice a year (sometimes more) for the past 6 years, to visit or pickup my grandson. It has been going down hill fast! I guess they are clean, but don't necessarily smell clean. In fact, the room smelled like urine (not ammonia either). It was quite warm outside, and the room was stuffy, the air conditioner was […] horrible!! The grates were highly rusted, the buttons barely worked, and only on low did it even put out a very, very slight bit of cool air. My son and I got in after 9 pm, and may have gotten a not so nice room because of it - but, this was terrible. The only pluses were that it was on the bottom floor, people were sleeping above us (no noises on the floor), and the internet was OK. We stay here because it was inexpensive, and we didn't need all the amenities of other hotels, I am now willing to try something else even for a few dollars more. Les mer

we ended up having to stay in the area unexpectedly and booked the night here. staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was roomy and quite nice for a budget motel. We will stay here again when in the area.

Not clean, ugly, pool was dirty, spas were out of service, all appliances had old food on in them, bad neighborhood, smelled like mold BAD, beds uncomfortbal, pillows were like a piece of cardboard, not comfortable. "Used to be nice"
My hubby and I have stayed here at different times throughout the years, but this trip was our last stay at this motel. Our door looked like it had been kicked in and never repaired correctly, and the jacuzzi was filthy! It smelled like pond water! Once was nice...but now, not so nice. Beware!

The non-smoking room in the motel smelled strongly of smoke when i opened the door, They offered to exchange the room or come and spray with a deodorizer. I chose the spray option. "Worse Hotel EVER!!!"
We stayed @ this Hotel on our way to Vegas, it was our Worse choice ever...We got a Non-Smoking Room, But when we walked into the room it smelled like a Bar...The Rooms needed work, the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower was peeling as if the top floor has a leak & they didnt patch & fix it....Not good, Wouldn't recommend this Hotel, even just […] for a 1 nighter. "Old but worth the price"
The hotel is old. Our wallpaper in the room was peeling all over. The toilet seat looked a child's toilet as it was low to the floor and made it difficult for my wife, since she has back problems. The hot tub by the pool looked liked it had not been cleaned as it had leaves and the water was green. The curtain in our would not close all the way to cover […] the window. People nowadays do not understand the concept of customer service, and this hotel was definitely lacking. First face at the front desk -unfriendly and manner unkind. Hotel staff wasn't super friendly, but efficient. Considering we were only using the room to sleep, it wasn't bad. My two complaints are that our main light switch did not work and the smoke detector was just dangling from the ceiling. It served it's purpose though. Slept 4 hours and checked out.

"Fairly Close to Mountain High Ski Area"
Went to do some snowboarding at Mt. High and needed a cheap place to stay near by. The room had a frig and microwave and was a good value. The bathroom and shower should have been cleaner, lots of hair on the floor and shower. The halls, stairwells and elevator were filthy and the spa wasn't working. Close to restaurants, movie theaters and mall.

The old saying, " you get what you pay for" was absolutely true in this case. We were assigned a room in the rear of the hotel. When we arrived, we were astonished by the trash, tumble weeds, and what appeared to be broken down vehicles scattered throughout the parking lot. Perfectly fine hotel & good location. Used for just one night. Could use a coffee pot but the price was so good that there is no reason to complain.

Room was on the back side of the motel, so no noise from the freeway. Clean and convenient bathroom. We liked the sink located outside the bathroom, so we could get ready faster. Free parking is a plus. We recommended this place to 2 others, who also stayed there with favorable results.

"Good deal at a good price"
The Red Roof Inn was a very nice place, very close to the freeway and very inexpensive. It was very quite. My only complaint, if I am forced to give one, was the outside lights. They were very bright. I usually like my room pitch black when I sleep.
