Et greit hotell hvis man ikke er opptatt av og bo i gå avstand til stranden. Var der kun en natt og det var veldig greit. Rent og fint og sentralt.Hvis jeg skulle ha bodd i Naples litt lenger ville jeg bodd litt nærmere stranden.

Dette hotellet var en positiv opplevelse. I løpet av vår rundreise i Florida, så var dette hotellet det rimeligste. Da vi betalte så lite, forventet vi også litt lavere standard, men standarden var på høyde med de andre hotellene vi bodde på. Leiligheten hadde stue, kjøkken, to soverom og to bad. Kjøkkenet var velutstyrt og hadde til og med litt basic-ting som salt/pepper/kaffe/sukker ol. Veldig greit! Hotellområdet var frodig og fint med kjekt bassengområdet. Ungene var også begeistret for skillpaddene og de andre dyrene i parken. Stranden lå en liten kjøretur unna og hotellet var behjelpelig med å tilby både strandstoler, parasoll og håndklær som vi fikk låne! Veldig greit!! WiFI på rommet inkludert. Hvis vi skulle satt fingeren på noe, så måtte det vært rengjøringen av leiligheten mens vi bodde der. Søppel ble tømt og nye håndklær levert, men senger ble ikke redd og rommet ble ikke vasket.. Mulig dette ikke var inkludert? Ikke noe stort problem, men stusset litt med det. Alt i alt et veldig kjekt, enkelt og rimelig hotell!

Nær motorveien, men heller ikke langt fra strendene i Naples som er veldig fine (ca 10 min kjøring)! Hotellet hadde store rom med minikjøkken, micro, kjøleskap etc. Frokosten var OK. Det var flere fastfoodrestauranter i gåavstand. Alt i alt et veldig greit hotell!

I really enjoyed being beachfront, but that's all I enjoyed about the hotel. It didn't seem clean to me. When we checked in, we unrolled the bath mat and a live roach fell out. The bed and pillows weren't comfortable. For the price, the stay wasn't worth it, and I don't understand why it's four star rated. The next time I return to Naples, I'll spend […] a few extra bucks and stay at the Ritz Carlton down the street. Les mer

pricey but the staff was pleasant and ready to help.my only problem was with the fishermen who were allowed to fish off the beach while other guests were swimming. Spa was expensive and the massage itself was not worth the money.

We stayed in the beach house - not the towers - and found them to be outdated and overpriced. The bed was not comfortable so found it amusing that in the room key packet was information on how to by a "Noble Bed". I seldom review a property - but this one left enough to be desired to comment. The hotel is older and they were in the process of painting and upgrading the tired looking carpets while we were there. Hotel is kept clean. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are marble, clean and have a shower/tub combo. The shower is hot and has good pressure. Satellite tv. Pool is kept warm and is quite nice. Restaurant food is quite good and reasonably […] priced. The feel of the hotel is of old Florida; ie, no automatic doors or glitz. Parking is limited and therefore one must use the valet service at an extra cost per day. I would recommend this hotel. Les mer

My husband & I stayed here for five nights in January and couldn't have chosen a finer place to stay for an anniversary celebration. The hotel staff was beyond accommodating and did everything with a smile. The location of the resort was great in relation to the airport, the beach, downtown Naples, etc. We would go back in a heartbeat!

they charges resort fee, but the hotel has only two small heated pools. The bayside view room we stayed was across the road to get to the pools. we were not able to use the pools because the weather was too cold to cross the road.
The people at the front dest were outstanding. The room was clean and bright and the beach was great! I would stay here again!!!
This is an wonderful resort. The rooms and food are exceptional and the views or the gulf and sunsets are outragious. Staff is very helpful, respectful and friendly. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Great resort. Our room was ready early and overlokked the resort and we had a view of the ocean too. The satff was great and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful and the resort ammenities were great. The food was good but prcey and be prepared to spend money for tippinig allot while there but the low rate during off season allowed us to stay at […] a beautiful place for reasonable money. Les mer

"Very Friendly"
The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The rooms were very large and beautifully decorated. All of the employees were very nice and helpful. The parking situation is not great. But the valets tried hard to get the car quickly. We prefer self parking. Much easier. Even the 5 star resorts in Orlando give you a self parking option at a lower price.That […] would be nice. We had an excellent stay at La Play with our 4 year old son. A complaint I had at check-in is that they gave us a handicap room and the shower was uncomfortable. They were willing to relocate us, but we declined because we had already set up shop. The beach and pool was excellent and their staff was helpful. The restaurant was outstanding and Gary our […] waiter was excellent. The next night we were at the fire pit and Gary went out of his way and got us towel to dry the chairs and remembered that my son drank lemon aid and got him one to drink. We did have to wait about an hour and after many phone calls to get the fire started. We wanted to do early smores before bed time for our son, about a half an hour before sunset. All said it was an excellent stay and I recommend the hotel and restaurant. Les mer

When we walked onto the outside deck of the hotel, its literally on the water, it was breathtaking. The white sandy beaches and the all day warm water were worth it! Our room had canopy bed and a wall to wall balcony. Baleen Restaurant was okay. We expected a more quaint experience. The food is delicious though...yet its the same for room service.

For a luxurious, romantic get-a-way La Playa is hard to beat. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is friendly and very willing to please. The food and drinks are tasty and well presented albeit a litttle bit pricey. The ony downsides are the mandatory valet parking and the fact that it's in a residential area so to see anything, go out to eat […] etc. may take several times having the valet bring your car around. "Lovely hotel with impeccable service"
I arrived at La Playa over 5 hours early intending to check my bag and have lunch on the beach. Instead, the reservations agent, Kristin, upon hearing my name told me me room was ready and I could certainly check-in at that time. This was only the beginning of the attentive and special service offered by all employees from parking valets to servers […] to anyone who passed by wearing a "La PLaya" shirt. The hotel was lovely, tropical and laid back with beautiful white sand and gorgeous sunsets from our beachfront balcony. The food and drinks can be a little pricy for some but the hotel is well situated if you'd rather spend less and go locally to eat. There is a daily resort fee and parking fee which can hike up your bill, but I was aware of these fees prior to arrival, and well, vacation is vacation. Hard to tell from the pictures, the hotel is more Key Wesr than Ft, lauderdale glitz, so if that's what you like, this is the hotel for you. Les mer
"Small issues"
Very nice Hotel. I was disappointed because I though I would get a room on the water, and the room I recieved was across the street from the property. The property has several bldgs. Prepare to add additional fees to you rates once you arrive at the property. Other than these unexpected issues the room was very nice.

"Superb Hotel"
Hands down one of the best hotel's I've stayed at for the money. Great views and great beaches. The bar prices were quit pricey though. The staff from the vallet to the bell hop to the receptionist were all fantastic and showed a genuine concrn for any of my needs no matter how small. I will definately stay again.
"A few glitches spoiled an otherwise perfect stay"
La Playa was a very nice hotel. The room was lovely, and the view was beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable, and as you would hope in an upscale accommodation, the a/c was quiet and performed well. The bathrobes were plush and comfy. Then again: There was not just one, but two burned out bulbs in the bathroom (about half of the total). There […] are no ice machines available to the hotel guests - apparently, you would need to call and order ice to be sent to your room. The information booklet suggested that ice would be included "with the turn down service", but it's not clear that turn down service isn't automatic - we waited all night for ice, and we weren't willing to pay a tip for someone to bring just a bucket of ice. We ordered breakfast by hanging the handtag on the door. We chose a 9-9:30 delivery, but at 9:45, we hadn't been served. The front desk wasn't particularly apologetic, though they did promise to find out where our breakfast had gone off to. (It came a few minutes later). Les mer

"Pricy but Excellent"
Pricy restaurant, daily parking fees and daily resort fees; yet great service and wonderful staff. The bay view was beautiful, beach right on the other side, very comfortable, and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was outstanding, but $20 per day to park plus $17 per day bogus resort fee. Massages are $130 plus. Then there is the food and drinks. Very good but priced like Four Seasons. Hotel was in a great location and had incredible service. Didn't really need to leave hotel - everything was right there! The pools and the beach were very nice and the restaurant was fantastic (a little expensive, though). Our air conditioning was not working well upon our arrival, but was repaired very quickly. Our room was beautiful with a balcony […] overlooking the gulf! Prices may be steep during "season", but not too bad out of season. There were a couple of hotel charges we weren't aware of before we arrived which made the stay a little more expensive than we planned. Overall, loved the place and will return if we can afford it! "A beautiful get away"
The facilities and staff at LaPlaya are top notch. The room and beach were impeccable. It felt wonderful to be pampered. I just wish that the pier and shopping were closer. I also didn't realize how early the shops close in the evening- different than other resort locations. Nonetheless, the hotel was a perfect place to get away and relax.
