The room was neat and tidy, and large. Bathroom a bit small, but very functional. The hotel was quiet at night and we slept well. Staff nice and personable, would stay there again.

The staff was great, the room was clean. The hotel had information on the sights around them and the front staff was happy to help you find sights.

No elevators in building which made it difficult with luggage. Beds were not very comfortable.

Ok as a quick stop off the highway but there are better choices. We had reserved via Hotels.com , a king bed and got two doubles...the plus side is that the hotel did give us a small cash rebate but did not give us what we had reserved. Breakfast was awful...powdered eggs, watery coffee, frozen pastries. Room was clean but spartan.
"OK but a little run down"
People working here were very friendly and helpful. The place is a little run down. The ceiling creaked and cracked when people were walking in the room above us. The temperature controller did not keep a constant temp. It got hot and then too cold. "OUR STAY IN BECKLEY"
We had a great time in Beckley. Hotel was nice. People very friendly. Enjoyed our stay.
There was some confusion that the room had been prepaid so they charged my credit card again. It has since been removed from my BA account. There was not enough sitting facilities in the room just to read or play cards with out sittng on the bed

We got the room across from the "mini-kitchen" and next to the entrance. I would not recommend that again - way too much noise. Breakfast was surprisingly good. The bed was VERY firm. The room came with a minifrig and microwave, which was very convenient. Good - very clean. Great location next to I--77/64. Excellent Texas Steakhouse and Italian restaurant […] next door. So-So - bed too firm, poor room location. My bad on the room location - there was a room map attached to the website. Overall, about a 4 Les mer
"Good for one night."
The room was clean and relatively comfortable. The bathroom was small but it was satisfactory. There were a few little things that needed attention. There were no tissues in the bathroom tissue dispenser. The thermostat in the room was barely hanging on the wall and the door didn't seem to fit well. There was a lot of light around the door. "Comfort Inn Beckley"
This hotel is not made of concrete between the floors and is very noisy....you will hear your neighbors above you if you are on the first floor, the people above us did not stop moving around until 12:30 and we could hear every step.... the coffee was very good, the pool was extremely clean but very cool because it is placed with alot of shade trees […] around it and is not heated , nor covered... very clean and no smell, bathroom with be better with an exhaust fan to block out the noise of other people using it.. or to remove the steam, since the ac is on the other side of the room... no nightlife or bars/dancing in this location... "It was Okay"
This hotel was OK for the money. It wasn't a five stare (or 4 start for that matter), but we knew that going in. We wanted someplace clean and moderately priced to get off the Interstate and sleep. For the money, it was okay but there was certainly nothing outstanding or special about it. It could easily slip into the unacceptable category and definitely […] could use some updating. Les mer

"no swimming"
Was very dissapointed that the pool was out of order. We have a 6 yr old and that is the one thing he was looking forward too and one of the reason's we picked this hotel. otherwise it was ok for the price.
"Nice Stay"
Everything about my stay was as expected. Nothing was outstanding, and nothing was aweful. The property was nice, well maintained and my room was the same. I would stay there again.
