Fint hotell med god standard og veldig sentral beliggenhet rett ved Via Grande. Bra restaurant. Et minus er at et kulturmøtested for ungdom ligger rett over gaten - det medfører en del støy fra ungdomsfest på ettermiddager og kvelder som kan være plagsom.

Vi hadde for andre gang et fint opphold på dette hotellet og kommer til å velge dette hotellet ved neste besøk i Madrid:-)

"Nice airport-near hotel"
A nice hotel with the most basic facilities needed for a long city-week-end. Good breakfast (fair price) and very helpful personel. Not to far to the subway and a nice pick-up service to the nearby airport Baraja.

This hotel served our need to stay near the airport before leaving Spain; however the low price we paid reflected more the hotel than the four stars. The rooms could use some updating. The floors have holes/indentations under the carpet. On the other hand, the staff is superb. They helped us out with a gaff we made when leaving something there. the hotel is a bit old but ok the most important thing,its clean the restaurant is overpriced but the food was delicious. The staff was really nice and helpful. I didn't see any restaurants near by so we just ate at the hotel I know that there is a metro station near by but we were tired and decided to stay in. there is a nice pool for summer time, […] and a nice playground for kids. Very convenient location if you have to stay near Barajas Airport. Awful layout: you have to walk outside to another building to get to your room. It was raining when I arrived, so it was an inconvenience. Not worth the rate I paid.

"Near to the airport"
The hotel is near to the airport and a subway station so the location is great. However, there are not many places to eat near to the hotel and the hotel breakfast and dinner are a little pricey. The rooms are clean but some of the carpet in the hall is worn out. I arrived at almost midnight and the shuttle picked us up from the airport.

The hotel consists of several small buildings adjacent to each other and a conference center (green building at the far back) which also have rooms. Although building stile is not consistent the facilities are all there including swimming pool, outdoor bar, lounge, restaurant etc. The hotel location is ideally situated near to the airport and 10min […] walk to the underground stop "Canillajas" which is 20min from center of Madrid (ticket 1euro). The free shuttle service from and to the airport is a great convenience and saved me and my family a lot of money. The rooms were clean, with 2 tween beds which were double-size. Very comfortable indeed. Although hot at the end of July that I visited the air conditioning system was very efficient and not loud, keeping the temperature very cool. The staff very helpful and more than happy to help despite the long hours they seem to be working. I would definitely recommend if you are planning to visit Madrid for business or pleasure. Les mer

This is the first time in my life I write a review. I feel that I have to let people know what to expect in that '4 stars' hotel: extremely rude personnel; dirty halls; stained carpets; old broken (broken!) towels; no breakfast; no double bed; gotta pay internet; etc. Don't go there!! For the same rate and also close to Barajas Airport, we had stayed […] before at 'Auditorium' where we got excellent service, internet included, plus a great breakfast and shuttle to the airport every half an hour. I will never book last minute a hotel in Madrid and definitely will not use neither recommend Osuna ever again. How they got their 4 stars remains a mystery to us! Stay somewhere else, probably even a hostel in Chueca has better quality service and installations. Les mer

"I would never recommend this hotel"
This hotel did not get it's 4 star rating based on customer service. From the front end reception to the room cleaning & maintenance, right through to the shuttle driver loudly playing his personal CD's, this hotel's management is in need of attention to guest service skills. Until such time, Hotels.com should refuse to represent this property. Unfortunately, […] the quality of our hotel room was even worse than the guest service. Though there may be better rooms somewhere within the complex, this is definitely not a 4 star property throughout, but more like a 2 star motor lodge, with room doors opening onto the the parking laneway. Our room, in particular, should have been removed from the hotel's inventory due to serious water damage that caused mold, mildew & a lifting and twisting of the laminate flooring to the point where there was a gap under the exterior door. The supplies were lacking (no soap, missing bath towel), there was dried urine on the toilet seat, hair in the sink, & a used, dirty bath mat. In the morning, we had a visit from a spider. And cold water showers. The logical question would be why didn't we demand a different room? The reason: We'd already received an un-welcoming reception upon arrival, including staff inability to find our Hotel.com reservation, even though I had phoned by 6:00PM to say we would be arriving later. When we returned to the front desk after seeing the room, it was evident that the harried staff were busy dealing with several other guests' complaints...none of whom seemed to be receiving satisfaction. Ultimately, we were in the age-old traveller's predicament of needing a place for the night before an early morning flight. Upon check-out, I had to insist to the non-English speaking front desk clerk on having the "Complaint Book". I documented the main complaints with a promise that the hotel management will be contacted. And they will be, following this warning to other travellers. "good budget 2/3* hotel"
I stayed in the hotel during one weeknight in March. I drove myself and found it very difficult to find - the hotel is located in the heart of a residential neighbourhood.. When I went to my room, in a separate building at the end of the property, it was smelly and hot (the thermostat showed 26 degrees) and I felt uncomfortable as it would be impossible […] to sleep with the window open being located on the groundfloor. I had to return all the way to reception, as the phone in the room was not preprogrammed with any internal hotel numbers and there was no hotel directory in the room. The staff at reception explained that the A/C had not yet been switched on in the building as it was March - they suggested I sleep with the window open. I told them I didn't feel comfortable doing this as a woman on my own and that the room was quite smelly anyway. They immediately switched me to a room on the second floor, which was relatively clean. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. In short, if you are looking for a budget hotel (type IBIS hotel) and are spending time in the area, this is good value for money. It seems that there is a difference of cleanliness between rooms within the same building. If you are visiting Madrid as a tourist, this hotel is not in a convenient location (8 miles north east of the centre). Les mer

"The Osuna hotel a joke from the past"
I chose this hotel because of its high review mark! Probably written by a friend! The service was non existant, the bed reminded me of camp when I was 12! To go to my room, I had to carry my suitcase down a driveway at some 80yards from the reception desk! No help there. When I asked at what time the shuttle went to the airport the next day, they would […] not give me a time, just told me to come to the reception desk and wait? The reception staff at this hotel especially in the morning need to learn some customer service skills. They are appauling. The bar staff attitude leaves a lot to be desired. They need to learn good customer service and common manners! Please and thanks cost NOTHING!
"Osuna Madrid Aiport"
The hotel is in a suburban neighborhood, about 15 minutes from terminal 1. FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, as well as a nice outdoor pool. Perfect for a stopover between flights. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel does charge extra for internet access.

"Good hotel choice but"
Great pool, walk to Metro then straight into heart of Madrid, reception staff friendly and helpful and spoke English well. Pool towels and beds not available until 11am was wierd, no drinks at poolside or umbrellas and the bar was closed off to the pool. "Convenient Hotel for Airplane Transfers"
I spent only one night at the Osuna Hotel as I needed a hotel situated close to the Airport as I had an airplane transfer on the next day. The hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle bus. You need to call the Hotel Reception upon arrival. Bear in mind that it takes 40 minutes for the shuttle bus to come to the airport. It serves all the four terminals […] of the Madrid Barajas Airport. You may order the shuttle bus for your tharnsfer from the hotel to the airport as well. Again, you will need to place your order 40 minutes before your departure. The hotel has a nice-looking swimming pool though I didn't have the chance to try it as it was closed. The rooms are nice and quiet. The furniture is a bit out moded but comfortable. The air conditioning was not functioning properly and my room was too hot. Les mer

A very pleasant little hotel with a little swiming poole surounded with small bungelows. It is simple nice to come to after a busy day in a hectic city. However, there is nothing do find in the suburban eara in which this hotel is located.

La habitación era bonita y limpia,pero durante la noche pasé frío, habían apagado la calefacción. Si quería servicio wifi te cobraba 6€/día. Alejado del centro, te gastas más en taxi que lo que cuesta la habitación. No lo recomiendo

Ik had geboekt voor 2 volwassenen en 1 kind op dezelfde kamer maar bij aankomst bleek dat we maar 2 eenpersoonsbedden hadden. Bij de receptie konden ze ons niet verplaatsen naar een andere kamer (extra betaling geen probleem) omdat alles bezet was, ook een extra bed plaatsen was niet mogelijk. In het hotel zelf waren er nochtans vele kamers vrij alsook […] de appartementen. Ze deden totaal geen moeite om toch een oplossing te bieden. Gelukkig waren de bedden groot genoeg om met 3 in te slapen maar vond dit zeer slechte service. Verder was de locatie ideaal om toch rustig te slapen ipv in het drukke stadscentrum. Enkele minuten lopen voor de tram naar het centrum. Al bij al toch nog redelijk tevreden van dit hotel. Les mer

La verdad es que recomiendo decantarse por otros hoteles. La habitación no es de cuatro estrellas con colchon viejo y televisión sin sibntonizar o lo que yo creo sin TdT. Habia dos zonas una de hotel moderna y una especie de bungalos donde nos metieron me imagino por no reservales a ellos. Un chasco

En couple avec un enfant, hôtel vraiment mal indiqué sur la route plus de 45 min pour le localiser !!! acceuil froid ne parle pas français pas d'effort, la chambre ne correspondait pas à la photo on longeait la piscine pour allez au fond dans un autre batiment trés moche .... parking à 10€ la nuit abusé pour l'endroit ou la voiture est garé trés difficile […] d'accès pour tourner !!!! wifi payante 12€ 24h !!!!! literie horrible, chambre avec décoration à l'ancienne en gros pour un 4 étoiles il y a beaucoup mieux .
