Hotellet ligger rett ved flyplassen og er helt ok for overnatting før/ etter flytur. Maten på hotellet smakte ikke spesielt bra. Grei pris og hyggelig personale.

Stort hotellrom med eget kjøkken med bra beliggenhet. Pluss for to restauranter i første etasje og svømmebasseng på taket. Også gratis wifi og safe på rommet. Hotellet er ikke akkurat nyoppusset, og det vises på rommene, men meget bra valuta for pengene.

Fint hotel, god service og rene delikate rom. Men det er IKKE basseng på rommet, det er tilgang for hotellets gjester til et helsestudio med basseng like ved hotellet. Ellers er det masse shopping på et av USA's største senter på andre siden av veien.

"The price was right"
This is not an "impressive" hotel but it was convenient. I was in town to seea concert in the Olde Town area and it was only about a mile or so away. The price is what made it right. I didn't have to worry about driving after cocktails and the show. A cab back to Jersey would have been pretty expensive so kudos to them for pricing it right.
"Decent stay"
Hotel was nice... Friendly customer service, clean room, an overall decent stay. The hotel was a short walk to Dave and Busters on the pier, so it saved us $11 on parking. The view from the room wasn't spectacular (with a view of Interstate 95 right outside the room) but I would definitely stay at this hotel again if my travels take me to Philly!
Convenient and the full breakfast each day was a real plus that was included. Also the happy hour

I found the Hotel staff to be friendly and very responsive. My room was very spacious and comfortable especially my king sized bed. The bathroom was imacculate!..Public transportation stops right in front of this location and It is very close to several large and small shoping centers, a large movie complex and easy access to down town Philly. "Worst hotel I've ever stayed at while in Philly."
This was, by far, the worst hotel I've ever stayed at while in Philadelphia. Rooms were not clean. Sheets where not washed. Bathroom was not clean. Called down and asked for room service and they never came back to do anything about it. Called down a couple hours later and were just pretty much left with a "we will get to it whenever" reply. "Close to Riverfront and Liberty Bell"
Staff was pleasant and courteous. Had no trouble finding the Hotel. Will stay again
"Very Good Hotel"
I got room on the 9th floor and the view was SPECTACULAR. Overall cleanliness, service and quality of the room was very good. It was a little crowded with many young people in the lobby (students I guess), elevator and in the corridors but they were no concern since everyone was busy in their own world. Also there was no noise in the room despite people […] in the corridor. Breakfast was waaayyy better than most hotels with that kind of pricing. The only annoying thing was the overnight parking charge. But that's the premium for the location I guess. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Les mer

The hotel decided to shut down water supplies for maintenance from noon till 3 PM. Just as we had to leave by 1 PM. We could not use the bathroom or wash or hands. Otherwise, everything would have been great. We will try this hotel again. Yvonne

Although being renovated it is an excellent location right on the river. Easy on and off to the highway. Has a Dave and Busters 2 blocks away and is within a quick walk to both metro system and buses to all points of the city.

This room was great very clean customer service was great bathroom was spotless. The staff knows what they're doing, and the best part of everything it was close to all the main attractions liberty bell and all the history monuments excellent price on top of that cant beat it!

I never experience such bad service in USA! Partly because one lady in the front desk is sooooo ugly! And most unacceptable thing is their WIFi cannot be fixed!!!!!!!!!!! The lady looks fine, but she never listen when you call her! I asked for shuttle when I cannot find them in google map; she transfer my call to their shuttle bus number which I didn't […] hear clearly, then I called her again to ask her to help me call them herself, she just hang me up l! I asked her what's wrong with their WIFI and when can it be fixed; She just said 'don't yell at me, I don't know, ask the company yourself!' Finally, after I left their hotel, I found I lost my keys; I have to call them again. And she transfer my call to LAUNDRY department TWICE! Les mer

The hotel itself was alright, although I thought it a bit pricey. The room was clean, but the internet didn't work while I was there. The most important thing to know is that parking is not free, but costs a significant amount for each day. When you take that into consideration, this hotel might not be worth it.

Stayed here for night after Pub Crawl...along with ALOT of other pub crawl attendees...staff handled crowd great...allowing people to pre check in so we didn't have to do it after a very long day/night...just swing by desk for key when ready...will definitely stay here when we do it again next year:)

Nice access to the sites we wanted to see. Internet was down during our stay due to "weather". I do appreciate the hotel staff backing us in a dispute with the local parking lot guy who wanted to charge us extra for leaving our car after we checked-out. You have untl 4PM per hotel rules regardless of when you checked out that day. Saved our party $14 […] each for two cars after hotel insisted he refund what he had charged. Les mer

The hotel front desk staffed were very pleasant, but overwhelmed. The network in the hotel was down our entire stay and we were unable to print our boarding passes or research the historical sites we wanted to map. I was dissatisfied with the staff at the hotel. Our keys were not working and the staff reprogrammed them without asking for id! The front desk employee got upset with another guest and left the desk unmaned! It was not a pleasant atmosphere.

I am sorry to say that this hotel did not work out quite as we had hoped. My husband, young son, and I stayed here on a short vacation to Philadelphia. We were on a budget and knew we had a limited amount to spend on dining out. On arrival, we asked if there was a refrigerator for guest use and were told that we could use the general hotel fridge if […] we labeled our bag of food and that there was a common microwave for reheating. The latter proved true, but the evening staff told us there was no way of getting into the hotel refrigerator without paying for a private one in our room. I wouldn't have been particularly upset except that this information contradicted what had previously been said. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told that there was no manager on duty and hence no one to speak with. The next day, we went out to see the sites, but when we came back our room had not been cleaned. We didn't necessarily need the towels changed or even the beds made, but it would have been nice if the trash had been thrown out. The bottom line is that this is an economy hotel with a good location and gives you a decent room for the night, but the customer service is wretched. Les mer

The hotel's a short walk from Penn's landing, the liberty bell, independence hall and other area attractions, which was great because we could leave our car behind and not deal with parking in downtown philly. The hotel itself was good. Clean rooms, friendly staff, free coffee. No complaints.

We received a room overlooking the bridge. I would recommend you ask for this because if you don't you will be facing the wall. The room is great and the staff is super friendly. So close to food and pubs it's unreal. The people and the culture were amazing. I hope you have as much fun as I did.

I was surprised at the size of the room, it was very warm, and pleasant, extremely clean..The hotel staff was very nice, and accomodating..what can I say about the full breakfast that my family and I enjoyed the next morning....It was a great experience, and I will book others there...

I went there for my birthday and because It was close to a conference I had to attend and my room looked clean when opening the door but wasn't. The housekeepers dont apparently move any furniture when they clean because I woke up to get ready for work and had ants crawling around the floor of the room and the bathroom. The girls that worked the front […] desk were snotty and rude. When I called the to inquire about why there was no wifi in the hotel she told me "someone is working on it" and hung up on me. I went 2 days without it at the hotel and had to walk around Philly to pick up the cities wifi, so I could get some work done. To only find out from the guy at check out that I should of called a 1800 number (because everything there is outsourced) and they could of solved my problem, something I would of figured the girls at check in would of said to me in the beginning. They were doing renovations to a room down the hall at 9 in the morning, so there was no chance of sleeping in. I will never stay in this hotel again and will not refer anyone I know to stay in this hotel. I got there wanting a relaxing time and left with a headache. Les mer

I never knew that parking in the hotel can be extra $23 per night, well it is true for this hotel. So even if I had a room at the discounted price paying for parking made it the same price as any other hotel in the area. I can honestly say that I enjoyed my night at this hotel. The young man at the desk was friendly and he even upgraded our room so we could have a view of the river into Camden, NJ (excellent view at night). The only problem that I had was with the parking fee. I was already on a limited budget because of a last minute trip. Upon arriving at the hotel […] we found that it was located in a are were there is no free parking (street, parkin lots...). The parking fee, for our one night there, was approx 1/3 of a days stay. We couldn't find any other available hotels in the area due to a convention and I would not stay here again. Hotel is old and smelled odd, rooms need a refresh, carpet was rough, and bed was very soft and seemed old.

We stayed one night for a weekend trip. The location is right in the heart of the old city of Philly but sort of between two interstates, so it took us some time to figure out how to get around.
