"Superb"
Excellent, I had no problems with this hotel at all. For some reason the blower fan in my room was a bit noisy at times and I couldn't turn it off. Apart from that I wasn't too bothered. I never even noticed it most of the time.
"convenient location"
Booked due to it's close proximity to Mile One. The hotel and it's staff did not disappoint. Will definitely return!

"Good Business hotel"
Taxi's are the best way to and from the hotel/airport it costs far less than renting a car and takes all the guess work out of a city you may not know well. The hotel was nice, friendly and in decent shape though you could tell parts of it were in disrepair. The location is downtown and it has a sky-way connection to the office building and hokey […] arena next door. Les mer

It was so nice to have a late check out due to the fact we were very late getting to the hotel. We were able to get some much needed rest for our return trip home.

At the Delta in St. John's, the reservation was for a King sized bed. This was not offered upon arrival, and the hotel was uninterested and unwilling to resolve the matter.

Kind of noisy at times. A lot of noise from road trafic, parting guests in the hall ways and from the flags flaping in high wind just outside my room window. Also I did not care for not getting a refund for checking out early.
Good view from our room, walking distance to must-see sights. In hotel restaurant was not as good as most Delta Hotels, no view and the menu was limited but other wise it was a pleasant stay.
