Excellent rooms, staff, & cleanliness. Extremely convenient and comfortable for families with small children. Only issue was that the hotel has such a big layout with the lobby and food area at one end, it felt like we walked a mile from our room to check in, check out, breakfast, or to buy something in the convenience store.

Every year my family gathers to visit Hershey Park as part of our family tradition for Christmas. We have stayed at this hotel for years and have always found it not only convenient but exceptional in cleanliness and staffed with great people. Other than expedia booking first name as last , the room was neat, clean and very comfortable. would highly recommend this facility. complementary breakfast was excellent with pleasant staff, comfortable dining area with sufficient space for couples or groups. significant value for the room rate.

Excellent hotel and one of my best travel experiences. The room was clean and orderly, though the carpet was a bit wet when we came in (I suspect this was from a cleaning immediately before our arrival). The staff was wonderful and the provided breakfast was both tasty and filling. Definitely a place I'd return to in the future.

The motel is quite nice overall. I had 2 specific issues. 1) There is no elliptical machine in the workout room - 2 treadmills, 2 stationary bikes and free weights. The machines have individual TV's - very nice, but I really need the elliptical for my workout. 2) I love breakfast. There was adequate room to eat but not in the food service area. That […] was very crowded and it is a bit unpleasant to have to say "excuse me" every 15 sec as you are in someone's way or they in yours, or you bump them with your breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay using our Welcome Rewards night and were able to try a whirlpool suite. The whirlpool was relaxing and the homeyness of the suite was a pleasant surprise. We were on a schedule that prevented us from trying the pool and other amenities. Breakfast was okay for cafeteria style. The place just had a nice feel.

This is the second year in a row we haved stayed here. Accomadations were great, breakfast was nice and the kids enjoyed the pool and basketball.

I've stayed in numerous Homewood Suites and this is by far is one of my top three. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well stocked with toiletries. The bed had an abundance of pillows and blankets; one of the best nights rest I had in a long time. The staff was outstanding... Breakfast was acceptable. Awesome stay for a connection for our family trying to link along I-70 to join daughter (NJ), son (W & J college lacrosse son), and pet w/ Ohio mom + dad). It wasn't home, but home was not a realistic choice this year. We spent Easter weekend here. It was rather crowded, but our needs were met quickly and with friendliness by the staff. During our stay the shower drain was clogged, but once they knew about the problem it was taken care of within an hour. Our complaints: the walls seemed a bit thin, we could hear our neighbors clearly, sometimes every word and sound, […] it was difficult to access the thermostat because a huge tv was in front of it, and while there were many breakfast choices the food was not particularly tasty. However, if we travel back to the area again we would definitely choose to stay here again. The room and rest of the hotel were clean and well maintained, the location was perfect to visit Hershey and Gettysburg, and the staff was excellent. It was a good value for our money. Les mer

On web site it says Dogs stay free!! They charged me $50.00 for one night. I would of stayed at another hotel if I had not already paid thru expedia. Other hotels were $10.00 for pets across the street. I got two rooms which were on different floors. Not handy with a family with 4 kids.

Our stay was fantastic! The room was beautiful! It was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The only improvement I would suggest is the scrambled eggs for breakfast. They were pretty tasteless and bland. All of the other food served at breakfast was excellent.

This Homewood Suites is located off to the side of an office park. We were there on the weekend but the buildings are spaced far apart and there is an empty field next to the hotel so it was very quiet. There is a grill deli right across the street and the freeway is close by. The facility itself is about as nice as it can get. There is a complimentary […] breakfast AND dinner. The decor is beautiful. The room had everything we needed including extra blankets on the shelf. The suite is NOT a hotel room worked over. It is a small apartment. Large kitchen, living room with couch and easy chair, two large screen TVs (one in the bedroom) with cable, of course. Wi fi too. The king bed was perfect. The bathroom was very large with big closet. We were attending a meeting in Harrisburg about 15 minutes away and we were happy to make the drive to Homewood. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Even lent my husband an ice scraper when a nor'easter came through. This is a great place for short or long stays. There's a large laundry room on the same floor as the room, right near the pool table. Very cool. Les mer

The room was very spacious and everything worked. It was clean and comfortable with good beds. We were visiting the Williams Grove Speedway and Harrisburg, so we found the location really good. Would highly reccomend this hotel and it is great value for money. The staff were very nce and helpful.

Myself and my family found this hotel to be a great value for the money. Check in was smooth and easy. The suite was spacious with the seperate bedroom and kitchenette. Very nice room everything was perfect. The only real problem was the temperature, very cold in there and couldn't find a thermostat to change it. No restaurants in walking distance and a little further drive to hershey park than I would have liked, but well worth the money.

We spent an entire day at Hershey Park with 4 kids and arrived at the hotel close to midnight. The staff was great. They were friendly and accomodating to our late arrival. The hotel was easy to find with the use of the GPS. However, it is in a very dark industrial area and you might think you are lost. The room was spacious and very clean. We had the […] room with a suite, two to a bed including the let-out sofa. The carpet NEEDS REPLACING but overall it was a great stay. We arrived too late to enjoy the pool, so I have no comment about that area. Moreover, I wish the staff would have mentioned the time for breakfast the next morning. Unfortunately we missed it and had to find some place to eat, which was not easy if you want a good sit down breakfast. Our stay was enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel. Les mer

This was our first time staying at a Homewood Suites and we can't wait to do it again!!! We were very impressed by how clean and well kept the rooms were. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was delightful and convenient. I will always look for a Homewood Suites before booking anywhere else:)

The hotel sits right off the highway but doesn't have much food options in the area. Hotels.com says spa tub and there is no public spa tub. We found out they have spa tub rooms. The pool is much smaller than the photo appears. We purposely got a suite so the kids could be in the living area and we had privacy. However the bathroom is only through […] the bedroom. A solid lodging choice in Harrisburg especially if your itinerary includes the west shore area. Well run, friendly, accommodating staff with apartment-like rooms. I used to use the Residence Inn between Hershey and Harrisburg but this is a much better option. You can tell that management maintains qualified customer-oriented staff, a pristine facility […] and attempts to meet patron needs. My only concern is the swarm of children that used the hallways as race tracks on several nights during my 9 night stay. Parents either missing or don't care. Spacious & clean suite at a very reasonable price. Perfect for what we wanted. Very nice hot & cold breakfast was included. The warm cookies were nice on our arrival. The beds were very comfortable. The only oddity was the presence of tube-type TVs in the room (instead of flat-panel). The worked fine though.

I chose this hotel because it's between Gettysburg and the Hershey attractions. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fine, and there is a pool table for guests' use. The seasonal outdoor pool was not open while we stayed. Having a true suite with closable bedroom door was great for traveling with my school-age son, but the bathroom […] sink area is open to the bedroom so parents of young children should be aware that while they can watch TV or read in the other room with the kitchenette and living area, they may have to worry about noise and light disturbing a sleeping kid while they're getting ready for bed. Nice value, friendly staff, convenient location just off Route 15 but not walking distance to many restaurants so you'll need to get in the car for many nearby choices. Les mer
