Godt hotell. Gode rom. Fint med balkong. Treningssenteret var bra, men med mye folk - og en dusjer på rommet - en er da i USA. Veldig hjelpsom betjening.

I was impressed about how friendly, flexible and warm the staff are. My husband is hard to please, and yet he was impressed by them. We will go back again :)

Even at full capacity the hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Our room had a balcony which was a huge plus and I highly recommend it. The pool area was gorgeous, very resort and even though the hotel was crowded we didn't have a hard time finding lounge chairs. The only negative was the parking situation. I was not happy being forced to valet since self parking was full. What was even more frustrating was the 45 minute wait to get my car from valet. The second day we entered self parking even though it said lot full and got a space with no problem. It was even more frustrating seeing valet reserved spots in […] the self parking area. Parking aside, the hotel was beautiful, spotless (clean enough to let my 10 month old crawl around!), stellar employees (even valet under pressure), pool area was amazing and it was nice having the boardwalk right there to take a stroll. Overall this hotel was fabulous. Great pool area, hot tub for adults only, great poolside bar, walking distance to everything. My only complaint is the elevators in the south tower (not sure about the north) take forever and are always packed.

We wanted to be near gaslamp district for shopping and dining convenience. This hotel is perfect. On top of that, the gym is beautiful - better than some health clubs. Lots of cold water available in cups, not bottles - better for the environment. And having Starbucks in the lobby was the icing on the cake. Incidentals are a bit high at this hotel. The rates were fairly good, but to have to pay for internet in your room? And parking is $28/day??? Really???

I ended up staying both at the Marriott and the Hyatt next door. Both were great, but I liked my room at the Marriott better.

Stay at this place when i don't want to stay on my business partners yacht in the Marina. Perfect location! The beds and pillows are so comfy... I even ordered 4 pillows for myself!

The hotel is situated in the absolute best location for restaurants , shopping and entertainment. The only thing we missed was that the hotel does not have a spa bc we were in the mood for a massage. Roy's Restaurant is located right on the water on the hotel grounds and dinner was 5 star fabulous!!!! We would definitely stay here again ( very cost […] effective). Les mer

Had a great time. The room we had was at the end of the north tower, with a balcony overlooking the pool area and a great view of the marina and bridge to Coronada. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful in the hotel. We did choose to eat a Roys and was disappointed in how noisy it was. The food was good but for the price have had much better. Everything was great for our family stay. Accommodating service throughout. Received large corner room with discount rate. Was glad on upper floor as trains going most of night and would have been annoying if lower down.

This hotel was very comfortable. The most comfortable bed I ever had!! It was in a great location, walking distance to the Gas Lamp District and the Marlina. Once we parked the car (at $27.00/day) we never used it again. Great harbor views from room. This is the 3rd time we''ve stayed here!! Loved it!

This hotel is always going to be busy as it is close to a lot of major attractions, and commands a beautiful view of the harbor. My only complaint is to be warned the walls are paper thin. We heard some barnyard animal noises if you know what I mean in the room next door. For the dad of two young kids that is a little uncomfortable explaining. We were placed in a room with a broken balcony door lock (which was fixed almost right away by the staff once we reported it) and our fridge temperature varied significantly making it difficult to store milk for our child. Our shower also leaked onto the floor. The staff was always very courteous and quick to please. The room was very nice and appealling […] overall, but it seems like its not maintained very well. I'm not a big fan of the $28 per day to park, but its similar for other hotels in the area. We liked being able to walk to restaurants for breakfast each morning (we recommend Cafe 222 off of Island Ave.). The view was nice. Les mer

Great location, on the bay, close to the "Gaslight District." Very clean, very modern, and my room was fine. My only criticisms would be the cost--spendier than I'm used to (I was there for a conference, so wasn't paying myself), both for the hotel and for food--although the small cafe near the Starbucks was good food and priced well. While the Wifi […] was easy to access in the lobby, I regretted that it was thirteen bucks in the rooms. My conference was at the Hilton, so I walked along the bayfront twice daily--very nice stroll. Great visit, all amenities nice, view spectacular, very close to a wonderful waterfront walk/shops/restaurants. People everywhere polite and pleasant. I wish people at home (Edmonton, Alberta) were like you.
