Kort vei til/fra O'Hare int. flyplass. Utenfor Chicago sentrum, så enkelt å komme seg videre uten å havne i tung trafikk. Koselige og høflige ansatte og Legends sportsbar inkorporert i lobby området for å innta middag og drinker til normal pris. Store og fine rom; litt slitte, men rene. Frokosten var langt over middels med utvidet continental frokost. Fitnessrommet var veldig enkelt, men fikk trent basis. Nabolaget er noe slitent forstads- men virket greit.

Hotell valt i utg.pkt pga nær O'Hare-flyplassen. Svært praktisk, to stoppestader frå flyplassen med t-banen (Cumberland). I tillegg lett, rimeleg og kjapt å koma seg med 'blue line' til sentrum av Chicago på same banen. Middels pluss service i skranken på hotellet. Frukost visstnok berre svært lettvint, med 'småkaker' eller liknande. Nytta ikkje dette tilbodet sjølv. Ok reinhald på romma. Var på to forskjellige under opphaldet mitt. Restaurant næraste nabo på eine sida av hotellet, også parkeringsplass knytt til denne, utan at eg fann dette sjenerande. 7 minutts spasertur tek deg til diger supermarknad, der du finn alt du måtte trenga. Også andre småsjapper og ein frisør. 5 minutt til fots til t-banestasjonen. Motorvegen like ved og tidvis flytrafikk over, men gjorde ingenting av betydning. Godt støyisolert.

Rent og pent motell til en rimelig pris når man må bo på en flyplass et døgn. Hyggelig betjening, Spesielt hyggelig sjåfør som gratis beringer deg til og fra O'Hare. Fikk ingen beskjed på forhånd om at frokost var inkludert i prisen før etter at jeg hadde vært ute og spist på Subway i nabohuset:) PS! Er det nødvendig å ha pornokanalen gratis blant alle de andre kanalene? Nødvendig å ha porno på tv-en i det hele tatt?

Hotelet lå kun ca 10 min kjøring fra flyplassen. Vi leide bil, men lett å finne fram til hotel. Toget ned til Down Town stoppet like ved. Kjempe hyggelig betjening både ved skranke og matsal! Selv om hotelet ligger nær stor flyplass, var det lite vi hørte til trafikk og flystøy. Flott svømmebasseng!

"Hampton Inns are my new favorite"
We booked an inexpensive room here so we could hang out downtown Naperville without worrying about driving home. Downtown is less than 10 mins away. Recently every hampton inn I stay at is beautifully updated. Beds are super comfy, decor is pleasing and it seems like they actually took advice from people who stay in hotels because there are a lot of […] little things that most hotels don't have. From the pictures, we picked this hotel over a neighboring one that was $20 less. Down bedding, black out drapes, free breakfast (pretty good!!), extra counter space in a spacious bathroom and just the overall feeling of being in a classy place was worth it! This hotel was definitely a good value. The room was decorated tastefully and was very clean. The only downside was that the bathroom was very small.

I have nothing negative to say about the hotel. The staff was polite, the hotel lobby was nice neutral colors, the breakfast area was well organized and good food. I really enjoyed the inside of the rooms and what it has to offer. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who is in the Naperville area.

"Close to various restaurants"
We booked 2 hotel rooms. Soon after checking in at 4:00pm, we found that one of our rooms either wasn't even cleaned, or was used as a "break room" by one of their employees. There was a sodapop bottle on the nightstand, the beds were clearly rumpled up, and the TV was still on! When we notified the front desk, they had someone clean it up right away […] while we all waited in the other room. Breakfast buffet was good enough. They did serve some hot items (eggs, sausage, biscuits) and some healthy items as well. The hotel is located within a short distance to a variety of restaurants, and I-88 tollway is easily accessible. Overall, the hotel stay was good and employees were courteous. Les mer

We have stayed at the hotel previously, and as always the staff is very accommodating and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a small issue with the equipment in the exercise room and because of some staff lack of communication it was not resolved. Other than that the hotel is very good value for the money.

The service was not good. They did not plan well when we called months in advance for a wedding. We then came back to this hotel and we were all on different floors. We asked to be on the same floor and near each other, but instead we were scattered and because of this we were supposedly too noisy. Their planning sucked and we should not of gotten calls […] for this issue when it was their mistake in the first place. Very convenient to I88. Front desk staff were very helpful. Printed our boarding passes when we had to be away from the hotel. Room was comfortable, neat and clean. Breakfast was better that most and the warm cookies at night were an added bonus.

Recently renovated, beautiful. Fabulous comp brea kfast including hot items and just about anything you could want. Front desk called when we checked in to see if the room met our expectations and comfort requirements - terrific touch!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Naperville. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. They even came up with a safety pin, when I needed one. They are in the process of renovation, and the improvements will give the hotel quite a facelift. Our room had already been renovated and was clean, modern and comfortable. The newly renovated rooms are very pleasant. We were greeted by all employees with a smile and quick service. The continental breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Staff was quite good. Hotel lobby and main floor were under construction. Sheetrock, caution tape, etc. Rooms on my floor were newly rennovated and fine. Elevators are old and dark and dingy. Breakfast was in temporary room due to construction but ok. Hotel pool is in the parking lot. (surrounded on 3 sides by parking lot and one side by building). The building is a bit worn. The elevator a bit weathered from use but fully operational. The doors to the rooms seem a bit rough - had a bit of trouble getting in the room several times until one figured out how to move the handle in just the right way. Be very careful when booking this hotel. They do not have the Cloud 9 beds Hampton is known for, and the building itself is rather dated. They are remodeling as of now, so be careful with that. The hotel & staff were very nice, except that they were not able to accommodate our smoking room reservation. I arrived early for check-in (2 pm) and there were no smoking rooms available. They gave us a first floor room so that we could go outside to smoke, .
