The hotel was ok. My last night there made me mad. After a long day I get to my room and my keys does not work. I go to the front desk and they fix it. Now in my room,housekeeping does not make up one of my beds and when I go to take a shower my personal bar soap and body wash are missing. Housekeeping is making this hotel look bad. Great bed, hotel tired needs refresh. Wearing shows on carpet other hard asserts. Nice tv and mostly friendly staff. Confusion on reservations not technically aware, almost gave away our room. Internet drops out frequently.

Didn't have a great stay. Night we got there the front desk girl was overwhelmed as I am assuming they were short staffed that night. The room we got hadn't been cleaned yet and it was 2 hours after check in time. Our room was clean and comfortable, but the age of the hotel has left a lot of wear and tear and the building and furniture. We did report to the staff that we had a light that didn't work and the TV remote did not work.

We left after waiting 30 minutes for a room to be cleaned at 4:30. When we got to the room it smelled terrible. We decided not to stay and as we left a woman was begging in the parking lot for money. The front door glass was blown out with tape all over it. May be okay if your expectations are very low.

Upon walking in the door, I was disappointed. The girl at the front desk was in her hoodie, counting down the seconds until she was off. Oh and her sketchy boyfriend was sure to be there waiting for her as well. She had more gossip to tell the new girl coming in to work, than the concern of telling me anything. After being ignored and treated as if […] she didn't care if I was there or not, I went on to the room, and was even more disappointed. The hallway carpet was stained and coming up off the floor. The towel rack in the bathroom was hanging off of the wall, as well at the toilet paper holder was falling off. The most aggravating part of my stay was the fact that our keys stopped working repeatedly, and I had to get new sets of keys....FOUR TIMES. Sone how i was ledvto believe it was my "fault", although 2 of the times the keys didnt work, and i had walked straight from the front desk, to the room. I will never stay there again. Beware! The room was very clean. The bathroom was tiny tho hard to close the door without climbing in the shower first. We never got the extra pillows we asked for and the hotel wasn't even full. But overall it was a pleasent stay and I would stay here again because of price and being close to I-24.

There were numerous bad reviews about the hotels in this area. I was a little worried when I booked this one. It was the most expensive in the area but still very cheap. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. It was not a five star but I only payed little so I did not expect it. I only stayed here for one night. Good morning please note that this motel was very nasty with very poor reviews. Had change rooms 3 times. One room had been pried open with a screw driver and was standing open.the next room air not working next room very dirty.

The people were friendly, good choices of food for breakfast, and the room were comfortable and have fridge and microwave. The building is clean and there is free parking.

There was no reservation when I arrived. there was no response to my last note by hotels.com. You need to return my deposit for the room to my credit card, since I had to pay for a non-reserved room at full price.

Room and hotel was quite nice. Courteous amd helpful staff. Beds were incredibly comfortable, but a tad small. Only problem I had was the surrounding neighborhood. It was a little ghetto-ish, with run down, empty buildings and I even spotted a few "ladies of the night" prowling around across the street. They never came onto the property, however. There was no single chair in the room. There was no pen with the hotel book binder. There were no cloth hangers in the closet. The headboard was full of dust. The sink was clogged. For the second day, there was only one shower towel and one hand towel. I asked the cleaning person in the afternoon and she said there were no more. The front desk said she did not get the payment from hotels.com. I had to call hotels.com myself. Hotels.com put me on hold so that they could check with the hotel. The young lady at the front desk was rude. When I opened the door to my room, there was a hole in the exterior wall where the AC unit should have been. Nothing covering it, just an open hole.

Hotal was dirty. Bathroom was nasty and filthy. I told my son not to touch the walls of the ahowers. I almost choose to go without a shower it was so nasty. Total fail on the hotels part. NEVER STAY HERE!

The ONLY two complaints I have are minor (imo). There were some stains on the bedspreads, but they were clean, and the TV had color issues on the sides of the screen. Other than that, the rooms were extremely nice, the beds comfortable, the bathroom clean, the shower hot, and the location convenient.

Hotel staff pleasant when reservation delayed coming through to their system. Rooms average, bathrooms recently renovated, beds average, and quiet inside the rooms from outside traffic. Found cheaper rate online. Convenient location, walk able to The District and right next to major highways. Safe location.

This hotel is so gross that my daughter and I slept on the top of the bed in our clothes and took baths in the morning, changed and left. The food available for breakfast smelled so bad. Call me snob..."SNOB!" but the clientele were not anybody i would have lunch with and some of them were downright scary. Noooooo, it isn't race or ethnicity its manner […] of speech and dress, tone of voice in the lobby. Many seemed more the hourly rate type of motel clientele. I wasn't looking for the Ritz, the pics online are extremely deceiving and years old. I just wanted a middle of the road hotel where my daughter and I could sleep and shower after a long day of driving as we made our way from CA to OH. The hotel was located near the express highway system and easy to travel to all locations. The people at the desk (esp. Mike) were very helpful in trying to help us with directions. They were kind and courteous.

I was generally happy with this hotel. Clean room, decent location, good breakfast and most everything you would expect from a hotel of this caliber. However, one of the main reasons I booked this hotel over others in the area was because of their fitness room. While they did have a fitness room, it only had 3 cardio machines. The stationary bike didn't […] work at all - the machine wouldn't turn on. The elliptical machine was outdated, badly designed, and sounded like it was going to break the whole time. The treadmill functioned, but the speed wasn't calibrated correctly so it said you were moving faster than you actually were. It was impossible to get a reading on how far I ran. In addition to that, the lights didn't work and the water cooler was empty. In an otherwise satisfactory hotel, I left slightly disappointed. Les mer

I stayed at this hotel on my way to and from my hometown when I went to visit for the holidays. The staff I encountered both times was very nice, they even remembered me which I was surprised about. The accommodations are what you can expect from a Comfort Inn, not luxurious but nice/clean. They have a continental breakfast which was pretty good too. One […] reason I chose this hotel was because of its pet policy. My dog is pretty big (~60 lbs) and a lot of hotels won't let me stay with him or charge a ridiculous amount of money to stay with him. THE HOTEL IT SELF WAS OLDER BUT REMODEL NICELY AND RECENT. IT WAS EASY TO FIND. THE ONLY PROMBLEM I HAD WAS THE LOCATION WASN'T WHAT I THOUGHT . IT WAS IN A ROUGH PART OF TOWN . THE BREAKFEST BAR WAS OK THE FOOD WAS FRESH AND WELL PREPARED BUT THE LACK OF SEATING WAS A SLIGHT PROGRAM , HAD TO WAIT AROUND 5-10 MIN. TO SEAT TO EAT .

Från första till sista minuten var vi nöjda med allt. Bra bemötande vid incheckning och även senare. Rummen var rymliga och sängarna bra. Frukosten var också utmärkt.

Ich habe das Motel gewählt um eine möglichst Stadtnahes Motel zum günstigen Preis zu bekommen. Wollte mir nur für zwei Tage Nashville anschauen. Das RRI erfüllt diesen Kompromiss super. Zwar muss man nach wie vor das Auto anschmeißen um in die Stadt zu kommen - das geht dann aber echt fix. Für den Preis bekommt man ein geräumiges Zimmer, was zwar ein […] wneig in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und gepflegt war. Hier und da ein paar Macken im Mobiliar oder in den Sanitäranlagen sollte man bei dem Preis hinnehmen können. Ihh würde es wieder machen. Les mer

Dit is een goed, schoon en rustig hotel, meer als 2 **, redelijk ontbijt. De omgeving is gevuld met hotels en fastfoodketens. Voor een restaurant moet je richting downtown. Opmerkelijk is dat het baliepersoneel vertelt dat je downtown niet kan parkeren en een taxi moet nemen. Ze bellen dan een ((dure) taxi en krijgen daar fooi voor. Zo betaalde we heen […] $ 23 en terug laat op avond & 15. Het parkeren kost downtown $ 10 - $ 15 voor een hele dag, overal rond Broadway, de uitgaansstraat van Nashville, is heel veel parkeergelegenheid in de vorm van public parkeerplaatsen en garages. U bent gewaarschuwd. Voor de rest geen klachten. De naastliggende interstate geeft geen geluidsoverlast of belasting. Les mer
