We had a fallswiew room booked, and that was we'll worth the money. The hotel was ok, nothing spesial, but a tiny bathroom in our room.

Hotellet ligger ganske så sentaralt. Ansatte ved hotellet var veldig greie og behjelpelige. Standarden på rommet var et røverkjøp til denne prisen. Hotellet hadde også en ganske så rask tårdløstinternett uten tilleg i prisen. Vil anbefalle andre som vil heller bruke penger på noe annet kjekt enn hotellrom å velge dette hotellet, da du får utrolig mye for pengene.

Being a travel agent myself and based on the room conditions, I will not recommend this property to any of my clients. We were given a room on street level. The curtains were falling off the hooks of the sliding glass door, the sliding glass door was held shut by just a stick, lights in room did not work, TV remote control did not work. Checked into […] the hotel at 3.00pm and after notifying the front desk agent on 3 different occasions someone finally came to the room to fix the curtains and change the light bulbs at 6.30pm. very old hotel, housekeeper did not change the bed sheets from previous clients, did not change towels in bathroom, one of the bed was broken, reported to the front desk and they didn't care about it. I will never stay in this hotel. Price too high for this hotel

I'm not sure which was worse, the fact that one bed clearly had not been changed, sheets were full of hair, mattrees pad was not on properly, pillow case was dirty so it was turned inside out, or the dried up puck on the boxspring. "Quaint Hotel close to Niagra Falls"
The motel was old and needs a few repairs, but the rate was great (cheap) for what I got -- full breakfast, helpful staff, just what I needed on my business trip. I asked if there was a hair dryer in room, said there was, but there was not so I probably could have asked for one. It was quiet, and I could walk to several restaurants. The bed was nice. - staff promised a crib for our child. I watched them walk to the back, stare at the TV and then come back out and tell me another guest must have the crib. I've stayed at lots of budget hotels, as well as many 4- and 5-star hotels. When a hotel is rated at 2 stars, I don't have many expectations. I do, however, expect basic cleanliness. This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The walls were stained, the floors were dirty, and the beds (and bedspreads) were comparable to what I found in cheap hotels in Central […] America. I had a yucky feeling the entire time I was there. Neither the TV nor the telephone worked. I ended up booking the Marriott for the same night and checked out an hour after I checked in. You really get what you pay for. The beds were as hard as cement. There was mold in the bathroom and the shower went from blistering hot to freezing cold all of a sudden - it was extremely hard to regulate. Both I and my partner couldn't believe how bad it was. Everything looks good from their website, but looks are deceiving! We stayed there for family day weekend and booked through Hotels.com. I was expecting so much more, and was very disappointed. The hot-tub was freezing one day, boiling hot the next - dangerously hot, and then empty. Someone puked by the lounge chairs near the pool and it was not cleaned […] up the whole weekend. We never received any service for cleaning our room or changing towels etc. even though we were there for a long weekend. Someone ran into the pool bathroom and puked in the sink while we were swimming, and noone came to clean it up. Avoid this place!!!! Pay a little more and get something better!!!! I will state that we did appreciate that the breakfast was better than most continentals (had eggs, sausages, waffles etc), but you can get a good breakfast down the road (like at the flying saucer place) for a couple of dollars each. "It's ok.. Price Is cheap..."
Expectations were low... It served its purpose. Overall happy for the price. I would stay again. My case of beer cost more money ....so there you go. Book through a comercial "hotel" 800# and get a better price then a walk in. Don't expect too much and you will be happy.

We paid for the non-refundable room and DID NOT STAY. The room they put us in had either food or blood on the bathroom ceiling, the door had no chain - appeared to have been ripped off, there was a crochet needle on a chair in the room, and the bed had no matress pad and no fitted sheet. Staff were Good, price was really good. Area was not there was a long drawn out argument and fight after midnight between drunken people. Sounded like domestic abuse, very disturbing. Not the hotels fault, but it did not feel very safe.

"Disastrous Hotel Stay"
This Hotel is has a beautiful website, however, what you see is very misleading. Our trip was disastrous from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Upon arrival, the reservations were incorrect and although we eventually sorted it out to some degree and they were able to accommodate us at the hotel, the environment was less then favourable. The […] rooms were not cleaned and left much to be desired. We had to ask the front desk for towels and request the rooms be cleaned to some level of satisfaction. We complained several times to the front desk, but the staff lacked training in customer service and satisfaction and were quite rude. The breakfast is an atomic failure and you should definitely not try the supposedly boiled eggs. This hotel should be shut down and exterminated as they lack the understanding of cleanliness and the mattresses definitely need to be replaced as I am sure there are bed bugs residing within them (as seen by the visible bites on my son's skin). The staff definitely need hospitality training focusing on cleanliness and customer service. Quite a few people go to Niagara to have a good time and spend most of the day outside and just need a place to sleep at night. I suggest that you put your money elsewhere as this hotel is unsanitary and a serious health hazard. Not forgetting that the attitude of the staff is an absolute ZERO!!!! My girlfriend and I had no problems with this hotel because we knew what to expect. The rates are insanely low and most of the reviews are bad. For the money it is acceptable. But if you don't like holes in the walls or a dirty carpet don't stay here.

Room was clean, comfortable and affordable and then they give you a great breakfast buffet also. The place has a spotless indoor heated pool and is right in the middle of the hotel district of Lundy's Lane. Great deal.
"What you'd expect for a cheap hotel."
The staff was nice and helpful. This is your run-of-the-mill hotel. If you're looking for a cheap trip, this is OK, but we just stayed here one night because we were getting in late and didn't want to splurge on a night where we wouldn't be there to enjoy the night. "worst hotel experience ever"
I booked the 3 nights in this hotel but ended up only stay one night because I couldn't stand it at all. The furnitures are so old, one of the cover sheet is even teared apart, the painting is falling off. The vent in the bathroom doesn't even have the cover. I could see all the dust in it. The room lighting is so dim..And the worst part is the room […] temperature. The A/C is so loud and doesn't have the sensor to detect the room temperature. If you leave it running, the room will be extremely hot but if you turn it off, the room door is not sealed well and all the cold air will come in.. We had to manually turn it on/off every 30 minutes...it was a pain... And when the A/C is off, you can literally hear all the water pile running in the building.. "Bad experience"
1. The room assigned to us was dirty and housekeeping was not done. We reached the hotel at 10:00 pm- so we were not early. 2. The 'housekeeping' staff gave us an ultimatum that we have to vacate the room by 11:00 (not a minute late); or else... 3. Heating in the room was terrible. We have stayed here 3 times before and never looked at the mattress,why this time I don't know.But it happened and we looked at the mattress very dirty and in dire need of having a new one.One of the pillowcases was changed and had a blood spater on it.And for pillows that wouldn't hurt either to buy new ones

when we checked in, we saw a bug on the roof and my wife didn't want to stay as soon as she saw that bug. Otherwise the room is damp and mattress laid on a broken box or something.

It was a good deal, the room was in shabby condition. It was a smoking room turned non-smoking...it did smell like an old ashtray. But the linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. The indoor pool was a nice feature, however it was way over-chlorinated. My kid still smells like chlorine 3 days later and her eyes hurt so bad she cried. "Niagara Lodge & Suites- do not stay!"
This hotel was horrible. We booked two nights there and only ended up staying the first night as we could not take another night there. The room had a horrible smell, the washroom had stains on the toilet seat and on the sink, and I did not even want to lift the comforter off the bed as it looked like it was just made (and not cleaned) after the last […] person left. The bed was so uncomfortable and hard, that my body was sore the next morning.The area surrounding it is run down- there is a "wedding chapel" across the street and a strip club down the street. The hotel is also far from the Falls itself. If you are looking to have a good and comfortable stay at the Falls, do not stay at this motel. My partner actually compared this hotel to the Bates motel in the movie Pyscho. Les mer

the room was so dirty, infested with ants, and just overall nasty. I slept fully clothed with my shoes on because I was too afraid to expose my skin to anything. I can totally see why the cost was so low.

Rooms were not cleaned or ready, holes in the walls, celings, they stunk. Not once were we offered any other rooms, except to sit in the breakfast area. The doors leading outside were broken so you had to walk around the whole building outside to use the indoor pool.
