Wow! Dette hotellet har alt man kan drømme om. Ligger midt i smørøyet, har et eksklusivt preg og er alikevel koselig. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

Have stayed here several times in the past 4-5 years. Clean rooms. Very nice and helpful staff.
"Comfortable and convenient"
Our room was updated, comfortable and clean. One of the beds had a slight squeak, but that was our only complaint. We were charmed upon entering the room by a small gift that was intended to "keep Austin weird." Although the hotel is not walking distance from Austin's attractions, it is conveniently located just north of downtown and the University […] along I-35, making getting into the city quite easy. I would never stay at this hotel again. Bathroom is the size of a small plane cockpit. Plumbing from adjacent rooms fell like they would be dumping all its contents into our room. Other members of group had the same experience. Avoid it at all cost.

"Hotel in Austin"
My husband and I have stayed here before, and will stay here again. It is central to the UT campus and our childern's homes, so a wonderful location. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpfull and really very nice. It is an older Marriott, but again, this was not a problem and our stay here was wonderful!

"Great Experience"
Staying at the Courtyard Marriot was a great. The front desk representatives had wonderful customer service skills. I liked that the train stop was a mile away, which made it easy to get to downtown. I loved that the gym equipment was working, and the area was clean. The only negative thing I can say about the hotel was the location. Be prepared to step into the tub to close the door to the bathroom. It is very small. Good thing the sink is outside of the tub and toilet. Otherwise LARGE bedroom.

The hotel price was the most attractive aspect. The room was spacy but there was a large AC unit outside my window (and the old style AC unit in the room) that disturbed my sleep. The toilet should have been cleaned prior to booking me into the room. The room also had a slight odor (locker room type odor)! The hotel location was central to everything. Its like 5 minutes from downtown with no traffic. The rooms were clean and comfortable but my only knock would be that there are no fridges in the room. Fortunately though they were nice enough to let me keep my drinks in their fridge downstairs.. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The first room we got, there was a big wet spot on the floor, so the receptionist was able to change it for us. There was no small fridge and took the maid 30min to give us towels for the room. "Very Comfy Stay"
We were very satisfied with the Hotel and would stay there again. The one thing we were not happy about was the Coffee, in the rooms, it taste like nothing and no amount of sugar or milk helped. We started going out for our morning Tea n Coffee Thanks

"No Hot Water"
Got up on Sunday morning to take a shower and there was no hot water, I hate cold showers, the boiler was down and i could not wait for them to repair it so i had to do the polar bear swim and my teeth are still chattering, and since i booked the room through Expedia they could not even give me discount on the bill or a credit towards a future stay, […] i thought they could have a least comped the $10.00 breakfest. oh well you live & you learn. "Good place for short stay"
the price makes this an excellent choice for a short stay. Very good breakfast, very average rooms. But clean and wonderful desk staff, which are my two biggest concerns with chains such as this.
"Not my best experience at a Courtyard/Marriott"
The hotel was a little tricky to get to as there is a small driveway that is easily missed, especially when they didn't turn on the hotel sign at the entrance. The hotel is large, clean and typical of Courtyard. Unfortunately, we were given a room that was: 1) immediately across from the elevator and 2) overlooking (on the side of the room) the vaulted […] ceiling of the lobby. Needless to say, the noise level was not the best throughout the night. The mattress was also not very comfortable, though I have been, admittedly, spoiled by my memory foam mattress at home. Overall, it was "OK". Will definitely ask for a different room next time I get placed in a similar circumstance. Les mer
"Decent location, but better hotels in the area"
Check in was fast and speedy. Customer service was great. I used the business center; it was comfortable and operated properly. I had a few issues with the documents opening on the hotels computer, but ultimately I was able to print. The bed was not comfortable to me. I will stay at a hotel chain where I can expect consistency with the beds ie Hiltons […] or Holiday Inns. I was disappointed in the comfort of the air and had a hard time sleeping after a long day. I turned the temperature down low, but could never get the room cold it was just cool. The entrance is also hard to see at night, especially since the hotel doesn’t have the sign lit up. If you miss the turn you have to go all the way back around which is inconvenient. Ok deal for the price, but like I said I will stay at a different hotel chain on my next trip. Les mer

"Some Issues with Cleanliness"
We had two rooms in our party. One room smelled strongly of mildew. We could see some black mildew in the shower, but it smelled strongest near the bed. That was definitely off-putting. Also, the bathroom floor was sticky. Otherwise, a decent hotel and good location. I thought for the price we paid we should have gotten a free breakfast.

Hotel was clean and friendly, has a restaurant for morning only. So do not expect room service. The take out service offered was awful, but then again I did not order hamburgers or pizza - they were probably better with those.

I called as soon as I got to the hotel and asked if they could switch out the pillows because I am allergic to Down. They said they would bring one up. When I got back to the Hotel at almost 1 am, they still had not brought it. I called again to ask them to bring one and they apologized and said they had been busy and that they would bring one. This is an older hotel that has been updated and is very nice. Rooms are large with great beds and the Sunday breakfast was fantastic (not complimentary though).
