"Accommodations could have been"
The area was far from the event I was attending. We had to use the pool at a nearby hotel, because the hotel was being renovated. Overlooking the ocean, wasn't what we expected. It was overlooking the bay, which was a turn off. The sheets itch me the whole time I was there. End up sleeping on top of the comforter. The ice machine was not working. the hotel room was nicely appointed with nice upgrades., and the service was very good.
It was one of the pleasant hotel stay for me so far. The staffs were very helpful and provided good customer services. I was much disappointed with the jetted tub. It was rosty and not well cleaned. Over all, it was a good stay.
A fine stay for especially for off season , all fine except for a little league team pulling firealarms but brats are beyound the hotel 's control.

I was happy with the hotel. It was nice to have a little shop in the lobby that sold snacks and all the amenities in the room. The room was very nice and comfortable. My only complaint is about the pool area. The pool really needs to be updated and work needs done on the pool deck. There was yellow caution tape around the one end of the pool. Also for […] an indoor pool it was cold because of the glass enclosure and the roof. The cold outside was felt inside due to the glass. They also need to maintain the pool water a little better. I have been a lifeguard and know how an indoor pool should be maintained and I was disappointed with this one. Usually with an indoor pool you can smell the chlorine but this one you couldn't tell and the water was murky. In the summer it would not matter because you have the ocean and bay to swim in but in the winter an indoor pool is really nice so I appreciate the hotels that have indoor pools as long as they are well maintained. The one thing I really liked though is the fact that they do allow one night stays. Most hotels have a mandatory 2 or 3 night stay and I don't like this because there have been times when I like going away just for one day and like to be able to stay just for the night. Les mer

The hotel is really nice, and I would like to say it deserve more considering the service what I have gotten over there, I hope can be there again sometime in the future
My hotel stay was better than expected. The room was fresh and very acommodating and clean. It made my visit very pleasant. I plan to stay here again. The price was terrific!

"Awesome Front Desk"
The gentleman at the front desk was most helpful in getting my daughter and me into our room so that we could make our appointment on time. I am forever greatful for their effort. I will stay again! The room was clean and comfortable which is all one can ask for.

Spent 2 nights & enjoyed newly renovated room. Simple yet tasteful, clean and quiet. Staff was courteous, no complaints. Bayside location is really nice since Coastal Highway can get really noisy at times. Great sunset view from our room...

"Good Hotel, but slightly oversold"
Complaints: pool and spa was closed and no concession despite it not being noted on Hotels.com. They wouldn't even upgrade to a better room, despite overhearing that they had PLENTY of rooms available when we were there. Second, there is NO continental breakfast as described. However, the plus is that there is a Denny's attached, which also wasn't noted […] (who is writing their listings?). After walking into an uncleaned room, they did upgrade my wife and I to a King bed with a whirlpool tub, which was pretty nice. It's definitely worth asking for the upgraded bayview so that you can watch the sunset over the bay. Overall nice hotel, clean and comfortable and certainly worth the bargain we received over Veteran's day weekend. Les mer

We loved this hotel! Staff was very welcoming & the connected Dennys was wonderful. The only compliant we had was about the pillows, they are roughly the size of throw pillow & make for an uncomfortable night. But overall everything was great!
"OC Bay Side"
Its Ocean City at the end of the season so you expect the hotel to have that worn out look. It was fine for a modest hotel and quiet for the one night we were there, even on the first floor. Lots of parking.

"Good Hotel for the Price"
Room is pretty clean, service was good. Kid loves the pool. Only complaint is crossing the highway to get to the beach. There is no cross walk, u have to go up or down 1/2 a block to cross at intersection.

AS I REALIZE THAT THE ECONOMY IS NOT IN A GOOD PLACE RIGHT NOW! IT MAY ADD A TOUCH OF SWEETNESS TO INCORPORATE SOMETHING OTHER THEN A CUP OF COFFEE AS A COMPLIMENTARY BEVERAGE. MAYBE EVEN SOME SORT OF PASTRIES! JUST MY SUGGESTION!

My roommates and I wanted to get away for a weekend at the beach. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. There is a bus stop along coastal highway not far from the hotel, which made getting to the boardwalk or anywhere we wanted to go very simple. The only possible complaint would be with the ice machines at the hotel...sometimes they wouldn't […] have ice or I would have to try a few different ones before I found one with ice....not that big of a deal. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to friends! Les mer

"No complaints, but won't recommend either"
The room was clean and comfortable, for a frugal hotel I can't really complain. When I return to OC, I will probably pay a little more money to be on the ocean side and closer to the action, but if you are going for affordable, there is no reason not to pick this hotel. Some notes: - Our room had an absolutely horrible view of the roof of a Denny's. […] Just be aware that if you want to avoid an eye sore, you might need to make a special request. - Close proximity to some restaurants, rite aid, and a liquor store, which was convenient. - The part of the beach it is near has no showers or bathrooms. My family decided at the last minute to drive down to Ocean City and found this hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. It is in a convenient location for going to the beach, dining, and if you need to pick up forgotten items from the drug store.

This was our first time in Ocean City and the staff were very knowledgable about the area and best places to eat. The rooms were clean and neat. Although we had stained sheets the hotel staff addressed it immediatly. The holtel is very basic with almost no amenities. But the area has alot more to offer... Its a bit far from the boardwalk and nightlife. […] We had to drive every where. Except the beach is in walking distance. This hotel is better for families. It is a delightful place to stay and was very convenient because of Denny's restaraunt was attched to the Hotel. However it was a little noisy late at night, coming from other rooms and people talking out in the hallways.

Having read the reviews I was worried that I had chosen the wrong hotel. However, upon arrival we found the staff really friendly and the newly renovated rooms came as a wonderful surprise. It is a very nice place to stay. I would definitely stay again!
"Quality Inn Beachfront and Suites"
Each room has a kitchen which allows for fixing your own food. The rooms which are designated non smoking need to have their own linens. Our room had a bedspread from a smoking room. There were two burn holes in one bedspread. The first room had cigarette burns on TV cabinet. My back hurt in the morning from the mattress.

The first time I stayed here I was impressed. I actually own a house nearby that I lost to a fire. So this is coming 'home for me". The staff is very helpful, genuinely concerned about your needs. They should have indicated at check-in or when making reservattions that the pool hot tub etc.. were closed for maintenance. They stated that it was posted on the website, but after further review, we were unable to locate where it was posted. We would have stayed somwhere else.
