The building and especially the lobby are beautiful and the extras are many. Breakfast, afternoon meal and popcorn are all included. But in my book this does not qualify to hit the top marks. The hotel is huge and it is a un-personal machine. There are huge lines for every meal, and the meals are served on plastic plates. My room did not feel perfectly clean and the bed linen were old and should have been replaced. The location is great.

Historisk sus og følelse. Det som mangler på standard (kunne vært opp-pusset en del av rommene) finner du i hotellet forøvrig. Fantastisk flott restaurant og nydelige omgivelser forøvrig.

front desk peple not frendly. They don't clean my room we need to get clean towels the room smell bad not confortable beds they hav e problems with people the night that we arrived and they don't call the police I not recomend this hotel is terrible.

The sheets were stained. Did not have fitted sheets for the bed. The room smelled. The motel was in the ghetto. It was so uncomfortable.

"A Knight to remember"
A little difficult to get to because of traffic and I10 crossovers, but very much worth the minor inconvenience for a great location so close to places I needed to get to (not just the medical center, but other offices as well). I will definitely come back here!

not enough space in the room, shower was not woking well, breakfast was not so grate, key cards keep deactivating everytime we go out
"Crazy People around the Hotel"
The hotel was fine... it was clean, big and we could rest. what was interesting was the people that show up the two nights we were there.. Crazy people, gang members, prostitutes, and couples fighting.. did really bother me because I was tired and fast asleep.

Beds are way too soft. Floor is more comfortable for someone with a bad back. They should look into getting new mattresses. Cleanliness issues also. Housekeeping forgot to clean coffee pot in room for there were coffee grounds from previous hotel guest still in coffee maker.
Me and My family stayed at the hotel for 2 nights for spring break . I was very disappointed in the service we got, don't get me wrong the front was great that is the lobby area and the front desk people were nice. When we got checked in our room was dirty there was no towels, wash clothes, soaps and our remote did not work not even the internet service […] there. We would have to go to front desk to request towels and such. Top of that it took bout 30mins to get our towels which is very nonsense.I will not recommend anyone staying there. Les mer

the hotel was ok nothing to write home about though It is what you expect for a cheaper hotel.50 50 on the service one woman was very nice but the other guy acted like he didnt know anything. some of the wall plugs didnt work so didnt have that cheap hotel coffee fix and dont expect much for breakfast it sucked but other than that ok.

The representative gave me the wrong address to the hotel, i check into the wrong hotel. i didn't know I had check in to the wrong hotel until the next morning. when the hotel clerk had inform me. I had call hotel.com several times to resolve this problem. After discussing the situation with Hotel.com, that had agree to give me a refund on my card. […] so then I can pay the Knight inn I stay at in SA. Since then I have call the refund department with no luck. The Knights Inn in Sa is still contacting me tp pay for the room and your office, keep giving me the running around. Les mer
"hotel from hell"
1 st off they had a trail of dried blood out of the bathroom ... the room was hot because the air did not work... the room was I guess cleaned... the straw that broke the camels back is the lights went out at 10 am and dod not come back on before check out time.... it you need a cheap place and don't care out quality...go for it

This hotel had bare bulb lights with exposed wires. Pool water was GREEN. Flushing toilet sounded like a wind tunnel. Broken chair in one room. I have swallowed pills bigger than the pillows. The front desk personal was excellent. However the bathroom had bugs inn the tub & behind the toilet, also I kill a bug thats was on my bed that night. I will never reserve a room at this hotel again.

Dirty restrooms, cockroaches, dirty bed sheets, disgusting!

Cigarette burns on the bed sheets, dirty restroom, air conditioning not working, poked foot with a sewing needle on the carpet, and hotel employee entered our room at midnight and apologized. Horrible service, horrible experience, overpriced. I would not even stay at this hotel again if i was paid to stay.

My stay was almost perfect. After a reasonable drive into San Antonio for a family vacation the kids were ready to jump in the pool, but it seemed as though the care of the pool was not excellent. Don't misunderstand me the pool and the pool area were all very well kept but it seemed to me that there was too much chloriing in the water, so I did not […] let them jump in. Other than this, I would have to say I enjoy staying at this location. I have stayed here many times before and would recommend it. Also the continental breakfast is not the greatest, but they do have a nice assortment of breads. My family and I like to head over to the nearby establishments for breakfast either way. Les mer

"the hotel"
we had reserved 3 rooms and one of the rooms the first night the air conditioner did not work and made a horrible loud noise the next day after advising the lobby it was fixed and we had a problem with the keys 2 of the rooms the keys didnt want to open the room we had to go to the lobby and had it checked out. "Very good value!"
Stayed at the hotel after a very tiring day at Fiesta Texas. Our room was clean and everything worked. We all showered and had plenty of hot water. Close enough to Fiesta Texas to be convenient but far enough not to be overpriced like some hotels. Would stay here again.

This place was the worst hotel I have ever been to. Smells bad, ants inside my room, low class people, horrible room. The only decent thing is the front desk people who are corteous. Not recomennded at all.

would like to say had a great night sleep. and kevin in thefront desk was really helpful.it was a trip to six flags with fam.. got to the room nice and cool and clean thanks made my fam, trip fun.
Location of room for which we needed was perfect from 6 Flags Fiesta,restaurants(several),and for leaving to next destination.Driving in and out of parking lot,traffic was heavy and fast. The room is clean at first impression. At bed time the bed I slept in had dried spots of something. Guess what it looked liked??? Took to front desk,manager exchanged […] sheet for (me) to remake bed. Had to ask for more towels,wash cloths. Hair dryer did not work. Manager repl with another. Pool ok. "Knights Inn Fiesta Texas"
Changed rooms twice times. First one wasn't clean at check-in, second one the they couldn't get the key card to work. Third room, shower broken, tub had no drain stopper so we were given a rubber stopper on a chain. The next morning went for continental breakfast & was locked out of room. Key card box batter went dead. Had to wait, wait, & wait for […] manager to get it charged so we could get in so we could start our day. Just remember...you get what you pay for. Very aggravated to go on vacation & have to deal with frustrations. I can be stressed at home. Les mer

"You get what you pay for at the Knights Inn"
I was looking for a good rate close to the malls in San Antonio. The hotel was placed close to restaurants but thee neighborhood didn't look too friendly. I got the reservation over the phone so when I got there and saw thee hotel, I had to stay or lose my money that I was already charged for. The hotel had broken fixtures outside, security cameras […] that looked like they didn't work and kids from the apartment complex next door coming over to swim in the pool. It looked like it was in a not so good part of town and that was my main concern because of things I had in my vehicle. my little girl almost got hit by two neighborhood kids pushing each other astound in a HEB shopping cart. There is no supervision for the kids running around. You would think that most hotels would come with an iron but not this one. I figured maybe I world request it from the front desk and they would have one for me. Not the case here, I had to rent one from them for an additional 10 dollars. That night my wife and I had to go out to dinner wearing the clothe we had on instead of our newer clothes cause I had waited hours for an iron and didn't get one till the next morning. I will never stay there again and I suggest that people pay that like extra if they can and avoid this Knights Inn Northwest Fiesta Texas. Les mer

Dirt, grass, & leaves were inside as I open the door. There was also spider webs underneath the coffee table as if no one ever used the room. Smelled like vomit and I had to call the supervisor to complain and to have someone come over to clean the room while we were out. Never again I plan to visit that specific hotel! The room was a little dated but the a/c is by far the best of any room I have booked from 4 star to 1 star. The room was clean. The location was commercial and suitable for our visit. Great value for a holiday weekend.

The room was not ready when we got there at 1:45 so we went to get a bit to eat. When we came back, we checked in rested for a while and the kids of course were ready to jump in the pool. We had a good stay and was very pleased. We will stay there again when we are in town. Staff was also very freindly.

"just a place to sleep"
Room was ok. We just needed a place to stay on a spur of the moment trip to Fiesta Texas. Wouldn't stay for an extended period.
