Hilton Baltimore er en utmerket kongresshotell med direkte korridor til kongressenteret. Dessverre var det ikke inklusiv frokost.

Absolutt ett hotell å vurdere til dere som skal til DC. Pris er OK, store rom, fri tilgang til internett, ganske nytt og bra standard. Trimrom og innendørs svømmebasseng. Fri tilgang til PC m/printer i eget rom. Veldig praktisk med printer da vi skulle bestille bussbilletter til NY, og derfor slapp å skrive ned all info. Fri buss til og fra Union Station (ca. 10 min.) Og derfra er det bare 5 minutters gange til Capitol Hill og National Hill.

The room, location and breakfast were very good. Only negative was a very tiny bathroom that was claustiphobic and had an awkward door.

"Room apperance and cleanliness Horrible"
My husband and I was dissatisfied. We purchased one of the rooms with the whirlpool tub in it and it was terrible. The tub was rusty, soon as we ran the water it turned yellow because of the rust coming from the jet outlets. It was the most disgusting experience I ever had in a hotel in my life. The walls were terribly painted yellow, with black marks […] on them. The curtains were wrinkled as if they were old. It seem like noone cleaned the room in months. The tables and chairs were displaced in the room. The complimentary breakfast was nasty...I really was looking forward to a great stay. I can honestly say my money was wasted. Les mer

Nice hotel for the price. King bed was very comfortable and clean. Didn't try the breakfast. Parking lot is silly to get to, only one way in and out! Close to shopping and highways.

"Holiday Inn Express Historic Annapolis"
As soon as you walk in the door you could smell the musty odor of the hotel, the smell continued into the guest rooms. The hotel did not offer pay per view in the guest rooms. The continental breakfast did not open until 7 am, we had to leave prior to that. For the price not worth it!

I would definitely recommend this hotel with the only caveat being the one and only entrance to the hotel is from one direction- unless you go through the empty lot next door like we did on more than one occasion!

"Smelly"
The first room we checked into smelled horrible - like wet dirty socks or towels. We bought some air freshener hoping it would help, but needed to ask for another room on a different floor. The second was better but still not the best experience for the price.

"Adequate stay"
This was a quick stay for one night before moving to the Westin for three nights. Perhaps that "upgrade" colored my review pf the Holiday Express.
"Would Not Recommend This Hotel to Anyone"
The only good thing about this hotel was the friendly staff. We reserved a non-smoking room and upon opening our door the smell of fresh and stale smoke was absoutely overwhelming. Even though we were told we were on the non-smoking wing, the entire hallway/wing smelled of stale smoke. We requested another room and were immediately moved to a room at […] the very end of the same hall that smelled strongly like perfume/deodorizer however was much better than the smoke. We left to attend our event and when we came back to our new room we discovered that it was infested with tiny ants! Upon further inspection we found an empty bottle and a piece of cookie under the headboard area of the bed. We then requested yet another room however everything was booked and there were not any more rooms available. They offered to "fog" or spray the room however it was 10 PM and we have 3 young children! The staff was nice and felt really bad however were ultimetly not able to help. They said they would mail us a voucher for a free night at any Holiday Inn in the US however we have yet to receive it. Beyond the obvious problems mentioned above, the hotel itself is in very poor condition, nothing like the pictures I viewed before booking it. There were home-made ramps layed over the steps that appeared to be extremely dangerous and unsteady. I'm not sure how this hotel has passed a health or safety inspection recently. Not to mention the complete false advertising of having non-smoking rooms available, when clearly there was not an area of the hotel that didn't smell of smoke. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone, for any type of trip. This experience has very possibly turned me off from staying at any Holidy Inn or it's affiliates again. Les mer

This was a great, affordable hotel. The satff was great, room was clean, location perfect, and the breakfast was well done. Pancakes and everything!
Hotel is in a great location, close to many restaurants, bars and shops. There's even a grocery store behind the hotel. But, as other reviewers have mentioned, the location isn't great because you can only get to the hotel from one direction and can only leave the hotel in one direction. I also found it a little disturbing that the hotel looked over […] a graveyard. For the cost, we just closed the curtains and were fine, but was still a little creepy for me. Overall the hotel was very clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was above average for hotel continental breakfasts. Rooms were quiet and I couldn't hear other guests. My only complaint is the access/egress to the hotel. Access and egress to West Rd. would make it much more convenient to travelers while in town Annapolis

unless you want to spend double the price to be in annapolis, then this hotel hotel is just fine being 5 mins outside the main city. to drive into the city is quick and parking for the day was no more than $10. the hotel was clean, but the bathroom, although clean, seemed a little dated. staff was great and very attentive to our baby and breakfast was […] good too. "Older building"
The hotel was several different levels consisting of 2-3 steps. We had to set down a homemade ramp that didn't seem real stable to get the luggage cart up and down the couple of steps. If you need handicap features you would want to make sure and get a roomn on the 1st floor.
"I wasn't expecting much but..."
Despite it's being relatively far from historic Annapolis and the Naval Academy, this gave us a respite from fellow tourists and the hotel was a short walk from a great, high-end mall with mutiple restaurants and a few bars, as well as some quality shopping. The breakfast buffet was so much more than danishes and coffee (lots of hot, tasty foods) and […] quite filling. Helpful and knowledgable desk staff. Close to the highways to get to Baltimore and D.C., though cab fees seem to be arbitrary - so haggle first! Les mer
"Seedy in Annapolis"
This hotel is clearly being run into the ground. There were broken and rusty fittings. It smelled like stale cigarette smoke both in the hall and our non-smoking room. There was a removable ramp on the steps in the hall that was wobbly and dangerous.

Not a bad stay for the price. Breakfast was good but the coffee needs serious help. If you are touring DC, the Holiday Inn Express in Largo is far better, cleaner and has a friendlier staff. This location is good for Annapolis. Next time I will look for something newly built rather than just painted over.

"Bad Experience"
I booked into this hotel thru hotels.com and requested a non-smoking room. When I arrived I was given what was obviously a smoking room. (Front Desk Clerk did not mention it, however.) When I went back to the front desk, I was told that non-smoking rooms were not available and there was some reference to the fact that I had booked thru Hotels.com. I […] had the distinct impression that had I booked directly with Holiday Inn, they would have had a non-smoking room for me! This hotel is conveniently located but old and shabby. "Accomodated our Special Request"
We requested by phone early check-in at 1:00PM instead of 3PM standard. They agreed. When we arrived even earlier at 11:00AM we said maybe they would allow us to check in and they did. The hallway was a little dingy, but the room was excellent. Price was reasonable. The only very minor problem was that the street in front is one way and there is no […] left turn at the next light, so you have to go right again and do a U turn to go to that part of town or go around the block to go South on Riva Street. "Wonderful Stay!"
My husband and I had a great overnight stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. We were pleasantly surprised by the location. It's right next to a fabulous shopping area and close to some nice restaurants as well. Not to mention the highway access. The room was very clean and the main thing that stood out for me is that after midnight, the front door […] to the hotel is locked. Which allows only patrons staying there to have access by swiping their room key to open it. I think that's a great idea, plus you feel more safe. The other nice aspect was the breakfast for guests of the hotel from 7-10am, it was hot food as well as cold cereals. We had a great stay and we will definitely return. Les mer
"The fish tank was amazing!"
Overall was a great hotel. The bathroom had a couple of repairs done a little poorly in some places. But the Rest of the room was perfect and the decor was right up my ally. The breakfast was a surprise to me and my wife how good it was, it was above average than a normal hotel continental breakfast. "Great room for the money"
Rooms were very clean....rooms appeared to be recently remodeled. Bed was too firm. Not impressed with the continental breakfast. I made my reservation through Hotels.com for a non-smoking king...when I arrived at the hotel, they said the only room they had left was a smoking room and it was clear on my confirmation what I requested.
