Bra hotell, sett i forhold til prisen. Kjempefin beliggenhet med kort bilvei til alle parker og gå-avstand til flere bra spisesteder. Bra og stort rom med balkong, kjøleskap, kaffetrakter og microbølgeovn, dog med gammeldags TV og en litt bråkete AC. Hadde lest om flere klager ang sakte heiser og dårlig wi-fi. Heisene var helt ok (var der i en 'stille' […] periode, så kanskje det er verre når det er fullt) og wi-fi brukte jeg hver dag på pc og iPhone uten problemer. Frokosten er nokså basic og er nok ikke grunnen til å bo dér. Frokostrommet er ikke stort og jeg vil tro det kan bli trangt om saligheten når hotellet er fullt. Det samme kan man vel si om pool-området. Det primære formål med reisen var jobb (jeg er reisekonsulent) og bor på bedre hoteller i området når resten av familien er med. This is our 2nd time stay in this hotel. Great hotel. Very close to Disney parks. Room was very clean, staff was great and breakfast was pretty good, actually better than breakfast I purchased at one of Disney's hotels. I will definitely stay here again on our next Disney trip.

Stay was satisfactory- pool waterfall/slide broken last two days. Ice machine on floor 6 broken.

It was a good location and pretty good for the price. I have stayed a better holiday inns. The free breakfast was great. The room needed a big upgrade. There was cobwebs on the ceiling and the bathtub had rust all around it. The tv had tone fixed but it was down in a very quick manner. Good price for not being there most of the day.

I left our jackets/coats in the hotel room closet and didn't realize it until we got back home and were unpacking. I called that evening and the staff located our jackets, boxed them up, and sent them to the next leg of our trip (my dad's house). Thank you so much!!

Good location, shuttle to Epcot free. Safe to walk around at night.

Being the Hoilday inn I exspected more quailty out of the hotel. This hotel is in need of work..The ice machines didnt work on each floor, and everyone was at the desk asking for ice. The lobby floors was in need of mopping, and the elevator shook everytime you passed the second floor. The balcony was full of spider webs. So there wasnt much time spent […] out there. It's clean and tiny, has a small balcony which really enjoy me. But it doesn't have shuttle bus to the theme parks, it is really inconvience and i suggest the hotel should set up shuttles.

The king size bed was so hard I didn't sleep in two nights. The old tv had a fuzzy picture and the remote did not work well. Good thing they had a breakfast for a good feature.

It was the perfect location for the.money spent. The free breakfast was the best, it saved my family from having to buy food before we left for the Parks. And we weren't that hungry after just few hours.in the park, which haves us the.option to decide whether or not we wanted to spend the money on food in the park or go back to the hotel where there […] are restaurants within walking distance and more affordable. Very.convenient, beds were a little hard but the.room and.customer service was above what I expected, considering the ratings the hotel received. I read some comments that.said "you get what.you.pay for" that's a complete understatement. You get a lot for what you pay for and in think those reviews are just people that want 10 star.treatment for cheap, which doesn't exist. Those people don't need a reason to.complain its part of their every day. We stayed for the first time at this hotel and were so disappointed with everything. The room was very dusty and the carpet was stained and dirty. The door knob in the bathroom was broken. We will never stay here again and we don't recommend this hotel at all.

This hotel is in a great location accessible to all the parks and food places. The hotel by itself is very old.

Have stayed here 4 times before. It is a great location close to DTD and the Interstate. Will stay again.

I'll never stay in this Hotel again!...Very poor service!..Very dirty, we found little spider inside the fridge, the carpet was very nest, people hair in everywhere soon we walk in!...The door that take you to the other room was broken...Anyway...I DON'T RECOMMEND...NEVER!!...For what we pay for??...No...Not value at all!... We stayed here 5 years ago and the hotel has been recently renovated. It was great--clean comfortable rooms, heated pool, decent breakfast, lobby store with reasonable prices, convenient location. Our most recent stay was somewhat disappointing. The rooms are run down and musty smelling, the staff wasn't very friendly and we had two maintenance issues, […] one of which was never solved. One took an entire day to fix and they never offered to give us another room instead. We had one room whose balcony door wouldn't lock (we stayed two times within 12 days). The pool heater and hottub were broken the entire time we were there so they were ice cold. Our room overlooked another hotel that was completely abandoned, boarded up and full of broken windows. It was a very creepy feeling. The breakfast was good and the store is still there, but open weird hours. We stayed at two other hotels during our trip and both were much better hotels at the same or better price. We won't be staying here again. Les mer

Somewhat of a disappointment...we stayed there three years ago and loved it--clean rooms, newly renovated, heated pool with slide, breakfast and a reasonably priced lobby store. Three years later the hotel is significantly run down. We had a balcony door that wouldn't lock, a shower that flooded the entire bathroom, a bathroom light that flickered so […] bad you couldn't stand to have it on, the room smelled musty and the heater in the pool and hot tub was broken the entire time we were there. Breakfast was good and the place was acceptable at the price we paid, but it took an entire day to get the light fixed and the front desk staff didn't seem to care that we were unsatisfied. There's a hotel next to this one that is abandoned, boarded up and full of broken windows which was kind of creepy. Overall, not worth the stay. There are equivalent hotels for the same price if not cheaper and they would love your business. Les mer

This hotel is perfectly located. Close to downtown Disney, I-4 highway and Premium Outlets. However, the hotel itself was dated and definitely need repairs. The parking lot was "rough", the bathroon looked dirty, the balcony needed some paint, the bedroom looked very outdated. The night we arrived, the front desk clerk was rather rude. I requested […] an additional room key for my party of four and her answer was that it was impossible to do so without cancelling the other two cards we had in hand. I asked the clerk who was at the front desk the next day and he had no problems issuing the room key. Breakfast was crowded but good. The shuttle service to Disney ran only three times each way, so if you like flexibility this is not your hotel. Les mer

VERY CLEAN, AND VERY QUITE AT NIGHT. BEING FROM IN. WE LOVED OPENING THE SLIDING GLASS DOORS, AND LETTING IN THE FRESH AIR.

great friendly service, free wi-fi, great breakfast bar, comfortable rooms. the rooms were clean and everything worked. we were out most of the day at disney. the convenient location makes it easy to go to disney, universal and a host of restaurants. we were also near a premium outlet mall that we ran out of time to visit.

This was a very nice hotel for both the single traveler and families. Room was clean and comfortable and many good restaurants in the area. If you're going to any of the Disney parks, you're better off driving there and paying the money to park, because the hotel has a very limited shuttle service. Still, it's close to all the Disney action.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone! Great service, very large room, especially comfortable beds, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. We would stay again, and again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I don't know what other people were expecting because some of the reviews were rather bad but I really enjoyed this hotel. It's not new but it is very clean, in excellent condition and has newer beds and bedding. I thought the pool was lovely, not a gigantic resort mega pool kind of way but it isn't the Hard Rock so I […] was't expecting that. The kids loved the slide and the pool stays open late so we could come back and swim. Over all everything was great, the brought us extra towels and toothpaste to the room, which was nice and the beds were very comfortable. Stayed here for two nights, visiting theme parks. Lots of restaurant choices located nearby. Comfortable, thick mattress beds, clean sheets (we saw being removed off beds). Some guests did not clean up the parking lot grass area after their dog, but otherwise a comfortable stay. Hot breakfast served downstairs, but the breakfast area can get crowded […] if you don't get there early enough. Still, there is an IHOP on the way out to the interstate (I4) and Disney. Les mer

We stayed for 3 nights during our trip to disney. The hotel is comfortable, there are plenty of eating options near the hotel and all of them are at walking distance. The breakfast is decent, the place gets crowded though. There is free shuttle from the hotel to Epcot center which is recommended. So no need to drive down to epcot or magic kingdom.

Hotel needs minor updating, but room was clean, service persons were very friendly & helpful. Free breakfast was just fine but they need 2 pancake makers as that seemed to be the most popular item among most of the guests. Definately would stay there again!

Very friendly staff, we were lost, so we had to call several times to get direction.

We weren't expecting much for the price, however we were VERY happy with this hotel, very clean no funky smells!!! and We have spent a lot more for other hotels and gotten a lot less. You can not beat the price and rooms have microwave and refrigarator!! Also, location was Great!

Very happy with the hotel. I strongly recomend this one if you are planing to go the Disney parks. Took me less than 10 minutes to get there and also a lot of restaurants. Definetly I will back there!!

Arrived at hotel to find on duty Manager warm and friendly, room and hotel very comfortable to my needs. Bed so comfortable I couldn't get out of it in time for breakfast in the morning.

Everything was super, except the sink and toilet seem to be for little people... The breakfast are always a plus... I would diffidently stay again...

Over all my stay at the hotel was great, except fot the blanket on the bed was dirty. It had stain marks on it. I should have called for another one, but I was too tired when I got back from Disney to worry about it. So I threw it on the floor. Other than that everything else was great. my stay at the holiday inn while only one night I was very impress. The hotel was centerly located to everything and with in walking distance to several restraunts. The only draw back I could find would be the abandoned hotel next door. I would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone else I see staying in the area.
