Overnattet på Ramada i forbindelse med fotballkamp på old trafford. Bra standard, god frokost, gangavstand til old trafford, puber,kjøpesenter,emperial museum, samt subway rett rundt hjørnet. Alt i alt et fint opphold i Manchester.

Ok opphold, men ikke all verdens serviceminded personell. Bestilt to sengs rom, men fikk kun ensengs rom + sovesofa som ikke var redd opp med sengeklær.

"There was no window"
There was no window in the 1st room. The bedroom hadnt seen a hoover in sometime. The bed needed to be condemned. The Bathroom contained black mould round the bath, The Sink unit was chipped down to the bare wood. Requires a complete refurbishment. max stay is 1 night
"Brittania Sacha Hotel Manchester"
The check in was excellent. The lady was very helpful and informative with a very pleasant manner, alas thus ended the pleasant experience..the bathroom had extensive mould and mildew around the sides. The rooms of this hotel are terrible. The first room had no working phone, the laminate around the sink had been ripped away and the bath was moldy. The second room offered was only modestly better but was swelteringly hot (mid December) despite using aircon. The bed was very uncomfortable. You also have to pay £17 for parking over the road. Although room basically clean and clean bedding looked tired and a bit shabby. Windows only partially opened and there was dirt and dust between inner an outer windows. Several lights did not work and reported 3 times but no repairs took place. Breakfast moderate. Just about decent for the price.

The staff were a little unfriendly on arrival, but helpful all the same. We were offered breakfast for a discount (only £5 instead of £10). The room was clean with everything we needed, just a little old fashioned nithing however to complain about. The bar was friendly and cheap. It is also one of the best locations in the city being situated in the […] Northern quater with an excellent range of pubs, bars and restaurants. My boyfriend and i recently spent a weekend at the above hotel.We did enjoy our stay, and there was a choice of either breakfast in the room, or breakfast in the dining room which we do recommend. On arrival we were offered a smoking or non smoking room,which was a good idea as my boyfriend smokes.However, we realized that th room did not have a window,and […] was inadequate lighting. "Sacha's manchester - hotel from hell!"
the hotel has a central location close to a lot of clubs and the boutique shop district, that's all the good stuff dealt with! the outside condition looked so delapitated i thought it was a derelict building, well that was a taster of what the inside had to offer! the coridoors were grimey and stank of cigarette fumes, the lifts did not work properly […] and sent us up and down the building several times, the room was disqusting! the bathroom had no ventilation and smelt of sewage, the ceiling had an attractive 'blood' type stain all across the wall, the decorations were rather distressed but given they have been there since the 60's is no surprise, the bed also had pubic hair in the sheets. we had no window which although claustrophobic was probably a blessing given the dirty back alleys surrounding the building! The food was disgusting and rubber eggs had been standing for several hours before serving. The staff were nice given the dismall working environment but the hotel was so vile i would never stay there again and certainly not reccomend anyone else do either! Les mer
"Great location but tired hotel"
Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Got to the room, which was a free upgrade due to our late arrival. 3 out of 5 lightbulbs missing!!! Hairdryer not working, no hot water for shower. It served the purpose as we were only staying 1 night, but rather dissappointing. One very good point was the excellent full breakfast for only a £5!! […] !!!! Les mer

The room was clean and large.Didn't expect to have no window and surprised how thin the walls were as i could hear was was going on next door. Hotel is in a great location for shopping and nightlife. I would stay here again because of its location.

me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel on wednesday the 3 of august it is lovely and clean however we were woken in the early hours of the morning by people slamming there room doors continuosly not only this but our double bed was the most uncomfortable thing i have ever slept or attempted to sleep in. stayed at hotel 3 years ago but no changed and needs complete overhall. Dirty carpets, lift.The room was not clean and hairs over bath and bathroom floor. Old kettle part on floor near TV. Breakfast was awful, cheap as chips but still wouldnt stay there again
"Dirty and Cramped"
We were fortunate enough to get some R & R after a week camping in Aviemore or so we thought!!!! This should have been the perfect end to a very perfect holiday with my boyfriend. However when we got to the hotel we were so disappointed with the room. It could only be best described as a broom cupboard with a bed. It was very very hot and the A/C did […] not work. No window or ventilation. The bathroom was outdated and dirty. The headboard was not attached to the wall or bed and constantly banged against the wall, even on moving (forget romance). However I will say that despite all that the staff are very very nice and very helpful. The facilities are very good but very upset about the condition of the room we were given!!!! Les mer

"Once a gem, now a nice old hotel in central Manchester"
Very nice, comfortable room right off Manchester Piccadilly. You get the sense this used to be a very posh hotel from a bygone era. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good restaurant service and great prices.

Synes at opholdet var okay, dog uden at være prængende. Værelserne var ikke nemme at have med at gøre. Meget varme efter et lille bad og man kunne ikke få gang i airconditionen.

Hotelli oli todella hyvällä sijainnilla. Saimme ihan hyvän tarjouksen listahintoihin nähden ja sen puolesta olimme ihan tyytyväisiä hinta-laatu-suhteeseen. Hotellissa oli tosin puutteita, mm. melko epäystävällinen henkilökunta (paitsi ravintolassa). Huoneen yleisilme oli siisti, mutta huoneen kokolattiamatto oli yhdestä nurkasta ihan rikki ja todella […] epäilyttävän näköinen. Kylppäri oli vanha ja ehkä pikkaisen homeessakin saumoista. Todennäköisesti myös lattiasta, sillä muovimaton alle meni vettä... Kyllä siellä nyt suihkunsa kuitenkin otti. Ilmastointi ei joko toiminut tai ei osattu käyttää ja meillä oli todella kuuma nukkua (lämpeni yön aikana). Oltiin hotellissa vain yksi yö, eikä etsitty mitään luksusta, joten hintaansa nähden ihan ok. Sijainti oli loistava. Les mer

"Zimmer ohne Fenster"
Es gibt hier sog. internal Rooms ohne Fenster, die deshalb selbst im Winter total stickig sind. Ich hatte ohne es zu wissen über Hotels.com ein solches Zimmer gebucht. Vor Ort lässt sich nur bei Verfügbarkeit und natürlich gegen Aufpreis ein Upgrade auf ein normales Zimmer bekommen. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht nochmals wählen.

Das Hotel hat mit Sicherheit seine besten Jahre hinter sich und ist in fast jedem Bereich renovierungsbedürftig. Auch ließ die Sauberkeit der Zimmer zu Wünschen übrig, die Fenster wurden seit Jahren nicht mehr geputzt. Obwohl wir ständig außer Haus waren, hat es der Zimmerservice nicht einmal geschaft das Zimmer zu betreten. Das befahren des Fahrstuhls […] war jedesmal ein Abenteuer. Ebenfalls total veraltet. Positiv ist das Restaurant heraus zu heben, sehr gute Preise, gemütliches Ambiente mit einer schönen Bar. Auch die zentrale Lage ist sehr gut. Les mer

Todo o Staff foi muito simpático, prestável e ilucidativo. A piscina ótima. Pequeno almoço bom e preço acessível.

velbeliggende, forbavsende billigt, udmærket bar. Det er uvant at have værelse uden vinduer og badeværelset var i elendig tilstand
"Perfekt placering midt i Manchester"
Hvis man skal Manchester for at shoppe, som jo er helt oplagt, er det helt perfekt at vælge dette hotel. Det ligger lige midt i byen, tæt på alle shoppemulighederne og tæt på offentlig transport. Bemærkede ingen støj fra gaderne, selvom man befinder sig i centrum af byen. Hotellet kunne godt trænge til lidt opfriskning hist og her, men servicen var […] god og der er intet at klage over. Kan bestemt anbefales og det er også dette hotel jeg vil bruge igen ved fremtidige rejser til Manchester. Valgte egentlig hotellet udfra den fornuftige pris og blev derfor positivt overrasket over hvor "posh" det var. Les mer

Fick ett rum utan fönster, vilket förklarade det låga priset. Framgick dock inte när jag gjorde bokningen på Hotels.se, ej heller på bekräftelsen.
